Located in a strip mall near the Wal Mart, Rebel Chicken is a mixture of Caribbean and Latin influences.
They have a pretty simple menu, with offerings from Roasted Chicken, Roast Pork, Carne Asada and some other regional staples. A nice feature is a build your own platter meal, where you can pick one meat, a specific flavor (ie Mojo, BBQ and others) and two sides for under $ 12. The daily lunch special is a meat (I had roast chicken), with rice and a large salad. Finally, they have monster burritos and tacos.
In an area with a lot of latin and related cuisine, this is solidly average, but I will be back again to try some of their other specials.

I definitely enjoyed their build your own lunch menu — which allows you to pick two meats and then choose between 8 different seasonings.
I chose Jamaican Chicken and BBQ Beef which comes with rice and beans.
A very hearty flavorful lunch for an affordable price!
