McDonald’s

This is the last time I ever go to to this place they always mess up on my order but today honestly was the last straw as I drove up to the drive through it took them about a whole song to even aknowlage me then all I wanted was a caramel Frap when I drove up to the window to pay the cashier tells me that there system is down and they have to reboot it as her manager is standing next to her laughing about it ok um why did they not tell me this when I placed my oder so I could of not waisted my time we’ll’ll any ways the cashier tells me laughing u wanna wait for it because I don’t know how long it will take for the system to be up
This was the worst customer service ever! As an ex fast food employees I know the norm would of been just to give the customer the order for free specialy when it’s something so small and its not the customers fault any ways I got really annoyed by them and left and never again will I go back.

I just order 2 Mc pick for 2 one double cheese burger with no onion extra pickles and small fries then another Mc pick 2 one double cheese burger mayo and mustard with small fries you would think they can’t mess this up right… wrong not only did I get wrong change back they made it with onions and the other one with everything they are so dumb they don’t deserve to even work in any fast food anywhere I hate Mc Donalds now and will never eat there again!!!

DON’T GO! I only gave one star because they don’t let you give no stars and even that would be too good for this place. You’re better off going to Tower Mart and getting gas station food. This place is just nasty NOT EVER EVER EVER coming here ever again. I was so disgusted and hell yes I left a message for corporate. I tried calling three times and no one picks up the phone there which doesn’t surprise me, the staff there pay no attention to anything. My son wanted chicken McNuggets, so we get him a meal. Thankfully he wasn’t already in the car with us else he’d have been eating at the fries. When we got home, I took the fries out of the bag and placed them on a napkin letting some lay out onto the napkin and that’s when I saw it… A freakin pubic hair! This place is just nasty, I hate myself for even going there. I’ve gone inside twice and never would I let my child in that play area. I figured taking it to go was safe. Lesson learned. If you’re hungry and want something quick, drive up the freeway to Jack In The Box.

Morning crew has been super friendly and thorough repeating my order, asking if it’s correct when I get to the window and always cheerful. They always get my coffee order right here and it’s fast! I like their breakfast here every now and then too… Sausage mc griddle or the hotcakes with sausage, yum. No complaints for the morning time.

I don’t usually hit up a McDonald’s for any type of food, but I was in a hurry this afternoon and I need something quick and easy.
I didn’t go inside but from many times driving pass the chain I saw they had what looked like to be a ball pit and play structure, and lots of seats.
At around noontime, I didn’t see to many cars in the drive thru. I rolled up to the menu. As soon as that happened, I heard a woman’s face greet me and ask me what I would like to order.
I decided on the two small cheeseburger meal. I got a small fries with a small Coke and Sprite mixed together. The total ran up to $ 6.39.
They have two stations for cars to take orders. Whomever finished their order first would get to drive ahead to the first window. It didn’t take too long for a woman to open the window and repeat my order and how much it cost. I could tell they took credit, debit, and cash.
Drove onward to the second and final window. Took about a minute or less for another woman to open the window. She again repeated my order once more and asked me if I wanted ketchup and clarified how I wanted my soda. A few seconds after that I got my food and was on my way.
The mix of Coca Cola and Sprite was good. The fries were hot and not too salty. My problem was with the two burgers. First of all the each had only a pickle each, not enough mustard or cut up onions, the cheese was hardly melted, the bread was meh, and the meat was nearly cold.
In the end, I’m sure people don’t go to chains like this for A+ food and gourmet status. We come here because it’s cheap, it’s sort of tasty, and it’s quick. Served it’s purpose.

The most ghetto place to have McDonald. Awful staff to bring family here. All of their employees either need to show way out or train them proper customer service.

Soggy and warm fries.ymm. And who needs ketchup… or even a straw for the drinks for that matter! No wonder sales have dropped.

Ehh. Just went there. Got a large order of fries and it was filled about halfway if that. If I wanted a small fries I would have ordered a small fries and not paid extra just for some cardboard.

Ordered a Large Iced coffee with half and half and the guy really asked me… «What do you mean half & half. Just the closet one

Rudely refused to fill my water bottle when I ordered food, would only give it in plastic cups. So stupid and environmentally irresponsible. And bad customer service.

Dollar menuaire. Breakfast is always good. My go to is he sausage biscuit and egg. Their coffee is surprisingly good for a fast food place. Their iced hazelnut coffee is even better.
If you want something quick and cheap, McDonald’s is the place to go.

I have the choice to go to 3 other McDonald’s on my morning commute and I prefer this location.
Kim that works the drive through is awesome. She has such a great attitude and is always happy and smiling. I hope the management team appreciates her efforts.
I wanted to give her a tip this morning, but she said they aren’t allowed to take them. (McDonald’s — you need to change this policy! If she worked at Starbucks she would get tips).

I came in here with my sis and the kids. I thought it’s good place to hang with them their since we randomly see each other. So we came on. It’s packed! Too many people
In a very small space. It’s like too much parking but not too much space inside. So I have 3 kids with two adults and we sat in a 2 sitter table. And there’s no way to walk. And it’s so noisy. The machines, crowd and kids… Like wow. Not very clean place.

Good place to go around 10pm. Came in like around rush hour and they weren’t able to handle the line. But still they are friendly

EVERY SINGLE FUCKING TIME THEY FUCK UP MY SHIT! First of all. This charging for extra sauce packets crapcdonalds has implemented is 100% idiotic. They act like they’ll go broke without the extra 30 fucking cents. The employees purposely wrap over the top of the bag closed so you just drive away. I can’t believe how many times I have to ask for sauce because they literally give u ZERO packets of anything with your meal. I haven’t been there is so long. But today I wanted a fucking burger and fries. I asked her to add 2 ranch packets to my order and they made me pay extra even though I had two complete meals. The lady said «okay she’s got it» I roll up. Take my prefolded bag. Ask. Can I get 2 ranch? Girl says «they’re in there» okay. I get home. We open our food and guess the fuck what? THERE ARE ZERO SAUCE PACKETS IN MY FUCKING BAG! That’s bullshit. I can’t drive back for ranch. That I asked for 3 times. That I payed for. My fucking night is ruined fuck you. You piece of shit corporate dog food burger chain I hope you enjoy your special place In Hell!

I have to second the reviews left from people about the morning crew. They are always fast efficient and friendly.

If I could Unilocal a zero rating I would.
First off we pull up to the drive thru window with no one else in line and sat for at least 3 minutes without being helped. After realizing no one was gonna take our order we drove up to the cashier window. We sat there and watched at least 2 employees walk past us look at us and still never said a word to us. My husband knocked on the window and still nothing! Finally an employee came to the window and we explained to her what had happened. With no apologies or explanations she informed us that we would have to go back through the drive through or come inside to place our order.
SERIOUSLY!!! It’s bad enough the whole thing had us behind schedule and now we had to go back through or park and go inside???
Just because your located in a undesirable area doesn’t mean you should give undesirable service!

The employees have no sense of customer service. What? No one knows how to talk? You can say your order and there will be complete silence (seriously). Then they will just hand you your items, and still not one word said. I am going to blame the management. Train your employees!

They always use the same excuse: The ice cream machine is not working. Please. We all know you’re turning it off early!!!

It shows very unethical practices that these food servers either don’t pay attention to what they’re doing, or they notice how bad it looks and decide to serve it to you anyways. When you handle food you are expected to meet certain standards, and if you show a disregard for those standards you do not deserve to be in business. The employees at both windows of the drive through were also rude and apathetic.
Minimum wage should not result in minimal care!
