Just came home to enjoy a rare treat… disappointment doesn’t even cut it. The drive through was fast, getting my order correct was also two thumbs up. But the food tho!!! Had me saying«WHATARETHOOOOSE!!!». Chicken fries were like breadsticks dating back to when Jesus broke bread at the last supper. That Halloween whopper? cold. The cheeseburger, cold! It also came with a corner of another patty tucked under, and you couldn’t even separate the pickles? The fries, cold and stale. Used to be my go to back in the day, this is the last time I hit up BK. felt like I just grubbed on leftovers…

Usually I don’t review food joints like BK or Mickey D’s. This exact location gets the middle finger from me. The drive thru here is beyond ridiculous. The wait is usually much too long for this to be considered fast food. Last night I ordered & had to wait about to 20 mins in the drive thru line. I was trapped in the middle with two cars in two car in the back. After I finally got served. I burnt out in their drive-thru. I would be a liar to say I’m not coming back because I am. It’s five minutes away from my home.

There just seems to be a disconnect between fast food and customer service now days. I only went in the drive thru and they couldn’t even get that right. When you have someone working the widow BK, please make sure they can multitask. I mean good lord, poor girl looked as if she was going to have a breakdown. I only got a iced coffee.

The«WORST» Burger King location in contra costa county. I would rather take my chances at Burger King in the middle of Richmond during a shoot out. I just spent 20 mins in the drive thru to order something. Here’s the kicker. Right by the area where you place the order a guy is jack hammering while your trying to order. Then everyone in front of me placed there order and had to sit and wait. They are so slow here they make tree sap look like it’s breaking the sound barrier it’s moving so fast. This is more like park thru then a drive cause every car length you move up get ready to put it back I park and wait awhile. Definately not a place you wanna go if you only have 30 mins for lunch. Then they have the nerve to look at you like your crazy when you pull up to the window mad as hell for waiting. BK corp you need to close this location or complete replace the whole staff. Otherwise if you live in the area avoid the store at all cost. And don’t give us the it’s under construction BS. This store has been slow as hell for years. If I could give them No stars I would!!!
