The service here was quick and attentive, though it probably helps that I came in on the middle of the day on a Monday, but nonetheless the server I was dealing with was awesome. The food was outstanding, when going into a diner you should know what to expect. The food far exceeded my expectations! As a side note and a total plus, my server was really attractive and really fit the aura and appeal that the décor of the establishment had in place. Overall, it was a great experience while visiting from out of town!

The perfect divey greasy spoon diner with class. Huge portions both breakfast and lunch. I got the chili cheese dog which features large amounts of delicious chili and make sure you ask for the onions. I also got the cheese fries and have them use the nacho cheese which was delicious. I will definitely be going back if I’m in the area the food was very good but heavy to be expected.

First time here. Place is cute with décor, service was friendly & fast. That’s why the 2 star bc the burgers were not so good. They were both dry, not too much flavor. We both added lots of condiments to make edible. He got West Coast FNK& I got Flying dutchman with cajun fries. The patties just tasted like they were frozen not fresh.

Natalie and the girls never let us down. If you’re looking for some great food and wonderful service come here. Everyone treats you like family and always have a spot for you. The guys in the kitchen are on point with their cooking skills. Love this place!

Stopped through Pittsburg-Antioch to take the scenic route/avoid traffic and found this great little diner after a long day in SF. Open late and love the black & yellow décor. Small town vibes much like my hometown of Pittsburgh, PA– kind of reminded me of a Quaker Steak & Lube but cozier and more laid back. Food was up fairly quick too which was great because we were tired and hungry from being on the road all day. If ever in Pittsburg again I will be sure to try the fried chicken.

Thoroughly enjoyed the corned beef breakfast. My boyfriend loved the chicken fried steak. I have always loved Lumpy’s and this was my boyfriend’s first time there. I used to go to the one in Antioch until I moved to Pittsburg, which is just as good a location as the others. Thanks, Lumpy’s. We’ll be back. Can’t wait to try the burgers.

My fist time coming to the pittsburg location and I wasnt completley happy with the dirty silverware. However everything else seems to be clean. And the food was good. A little bland but I might try it again.

Had a bit of a wait but totally expected bc it’s Sunday morning. Menu is vast and some unique choices. I went with rib eye steak and poached egg and my honey got chicken fried steak omelette(yaaaaassss). Everything was very good. Customers service was good. All in all, exceptional diner experience for traditional American fare.

I LOOOVVEETHISPLACE! From the servers to the selection of food. This location is right in the downtown Pittsburg area. I grew up in Pittsburg and it has recently(in the past 5 or so years) become this happening spot for the locals. There are many favorites but Lumpys stands out the most. Yes the servers are hot but there’s so much more to this place than boobs and hot servers. I never get the same thing twice. Y? there are way too many options to be had. I never order the Punisher burrito, but ill convince my date to get it so I could steal bites without feeling bad. The Punisher is a deep fried breakfast burrito! it has shredded pork inside! Need I say more? The coffee cups are HUGE! And they give you vanilla, hazelnut or half & half creamer. That’s all I need to hear.

Interesting restaurant, good large portions, very good brunch items, amazing fried chicken, fast service. Seating is pretty limited but people tend to done fast here. The food here is good, especially considering there are not much choices around this area for good weekend brunch. The crabs Benedict is tasty but is made with imitation crab. The fried chicken and waffles is good… The fried chicken is apparently so good that my bf ordered extra. Biscuits and gravy is amazing and large portion even for a half size. The place is dirty… The tables are bused so quickly that one of the chairs still had food on it. I kinda didn’t really want to touch anything here… The solution used to wipe the table and chairs have a faint smell of bleach to it which ruins my appetite somewhat, especially on top of the dirty chair. So I think I’ll come back, but maybe get my food to go next time.

Lumpy’s diner is my kind of place. They have a giant variety of eggs benedicts, burgers, sandwiches, and fries. Between the benidicts and the burgers the latter won that coin toss. I ordered the Fat Pat which combines two of my favorite things ever: pastrami and a burger. For a side option you are given your choice of fries: Cajun, cheesy, or garlic. I went with the Cajun which was generously seasoned and tasted great. Plus you get a lot of them. The pastrami and the burger were pretty good and tasted great together. The burger comes with Swiss cheese, a perfect compliment to the burger and especially the pastrami. The service is very loud, but very friendly at the same time. Our server Marci made sure that we were taken care of.

Great burgers with unique options for twists on the classic burger. Great for breakfast or sandwiches too! The vibe of the restaurant is fun and welcoming. With quality food choices, this is definitely a great spot for the middle of downtown Pittsburg!

Perfect family breakfast spot, inexpensive and fast. We loved sitting outside this morning and service is friendly. I had The Rapture Benedict — spicy! — and we had the cinnamon roll to share, it was sooo good! I loved how when I asked for lemon for my green tea and water she brought me a glass full of lemon wedges. Ample street parking is available :)
