Only had the pizza but it is awesome. Nice light crust thats not too salty. Sauce is good too! Get the meat lovers! Meatloaf is perfect. Just a little pricey. 4 slices of specialty pizza &2 large drinks were $ 25.

The pizza at Fratelli’s is very good. Be prepared to pay for that quality though, a pepperoni pizza is $ 22. My wife and I used to order take out here every few months but we stopped after she got ecoli food poisoning from a veal dish(improperly prepared spinach). Despite this, when we treat the kids to pizza we still come here. They really do have the best pizza in the Islip area as long as you’re willing to pay for it!

I decided to give Fratelli’s another chance after charging me an arm and a leg for a stuffed meat slice last time. One thing that really bothers me about this place is that most of the pies aren’t under glass and they exchange money directly over the pies!!! So gross!!! They really need to fix this immediately! Not only is it gross but it is also a health code violation. I got a buffalo slice. It was good but about 30 minutes later I got explosive diarrhea! Never again will I eat here. And to too it all off, as I was leaving, there were two regulars leaving in front of me. The owner said bye and thank you to them. As I walked past him I said«Take care» and the guy didn’t even acknowledge me. Just totally ignored me because I wasn’t one if his regulars! Well I have been going to Fratelli’s off and on for the past 30+ years but I will never go there again!

Family owned, most authentic Italian food around. The pizza is awesome and the chicken paninis will forever be one of my favorite foods of all time. Frank, John and Vinnie ROCK!

Fratelli’s has one of the best pizza pies I have had on Long Island Will have to return and have a full dinner menu The crust was very good and the ingredients very fresh on it Had meatball pepperoni and onion on the pizza and it was really excellent

My favorite pizza place in Suffolk. Their sauce is great, not that sweet sugary sauce you get in other mediocre pizzerias. Best dough, also. You can buy the dough and make at home if you want. And being Napolitano myself, I appreciate a place like this. I usually cook and make all my food at home but when I need a go-to pizza place for a slice or pie. I go here. Owner is very nice and so are the staff.

I can’t understand any bad reviews for Fratelli’s in Bay Shore, NY I eat there all the time and I’m rarely to never dissapointed. The people are very very nice. The Escarole and Bean soup and the Broccolli Chicken rolls are absolutely incredible and the Grandma Pizza is TODIEFOR! Everything is freshly made and they have a little waitress service restaurant in the back which is cool I’ve tried dozens of things, pasta dishes too on the menu and all were excellent, the only thing I ever had in four years there I wasn’t thrilled over was a Chicken Marsala dinner, they could have done better on that but otherwise I love going there and will continue to do so. Give it a try, the food is quite delicious. ***ON A SIDENOTE*****If Fratellis is reading this I wish they wouldn’t use Barilla pasta, the company founder of Barillas is in the media as being prejudiced against certain people and families and I don’t support their products. There are MUCH better pastas to use and here is your chance to show your customers you support diversity in the world and your community! Thank You!

Ive been coming here since High School for pizza. The owner is always friendly and I’m always greeted with a hand shake. The pizza is the best in town. Try the rest of the menu. You won’t be disappointed.

I can’t fathom where all of these good reviews are coming from. I have to think that most of them are«shills» or, maybe, just really deluded and inexperienced local face-stuffers. I want to like this place. I think of the family from the movie The Goonies every time I see the sign. I’d love for my favorite local pizza place to be called«Fratelli’s». However, they’ll never be that. I’ve gone in here at least 4 separate times, hoping to find something they do really well. I’ve left disappointed every time. It boggles my mind how a pizza parlor can keep a bunch of(what look like) DAYS old pizzas sitting out on their counter to sell as slices. They all look dessicated and greasy, with no hint of freshness. Tasting them leaves an even worse impression on the eater: pure cardboard. I understand that pizzas sold as slices are almost never going to be «fresh out of the oven», but NO restaurant should ever display food that looks like it does at Fratelli’s. Absolutely disgusting. If you can’t sell slices fast enough to have fresh ones, don’t serve them at all. Hoping that ordering an entire, fresh pie would change my impression of their food, I tried that. While not nearly as pitiful as their slices, the pizza was below average at best. The sauce was too acidic and boring, the crust was lacking any real flavor, and the cheese tasted artificial. Seems like they’re selling food made of the cheapest possible ingredients, and doing it poorly. Don’t even waste your time walking into this place, unless you want to see«what not to do».

Upon further review and a Sicilian pie with meatball(not frozen) and sausage(kinda boring). I kick it up a notch. Good solid pie. I mentioned there garlic knots already how great those are. For cost of this pie…$ 27.00. in comparison round pie from Gino’s with EVERYTHING on it…$ 28.00.

Awesome pizza. They have great specialty slices like bacon, cheddar ranch. Yum. The garlic knots are insanely good as well. This place also offers gluten free and wheat crust pizzas.

okay, so i’m from pennsylvania, and i’m not the same kind of pizza snob as my husband. that is only because i did not grow up on fratelli’s pizza the way he did. this place is, singularly, the best pizza on the planet. i would happily eat an entire grandma pie. it is ridiculously good.
