The pizza is good however the lack of customer service says a lot staff is very rude & act as if they are doing you a favor by taking your order I ordered two pies and it took them like 45 minutes this after they totally forgot our order it’s unfortunate that they don’t try to at least be courteous not a place I would look forward to visiting again…

I don’t have good things to say about this pizzareia. I came in at noon for lunch the store was empty. I ordered and was told it would be 15 minutes. Well it was 15 minutes before they even made my order. A Small pizza. Really ??? Lo and behold it was 30 minutes before we got to eat the staff was rather rude borderline indignant and they act like they’re doing me a favor by serving me. I used to order here always and only here but as I had problems in the past I stopped coming here. I decided it had been a while I will try them again. Boy was that a mistake. I despise this place and will NEVER come back or RECOMMEND this spot

It would help if you made sure your employees answering the phone speak english! Sad that Papa Johns is better

Solid pizza joint. Grandma slice is on point and prices are fair. Eggplant parm is legit and the guys behind the counter are always fun and in a good mood. Cash only…

Pizza is decent but the staff is obnoxious. Reminded me of the Seinfeld soup nazi episode. I was afraid to ask for something cause they act annoyed or don’t understand English. They only take cash, but they have an ATM for your convenience

I would rate Jack’s three and a half stars. Jack’s serves up your typical New York slice. Their regular slices are priced at $ 2.75. The crust was a little soft; I wish it was a little crispier. The cheese blend and tomato sauce were middle of the road. The service here is pretty quick. Also, there is ample parking at the bay terrace shopping center.

Jacks is a known spot in bay terrace, one of the most popular shopping centers and hangout spots in the queens radius. the rice balls here are BOMB!!! there are many unique pizza slices here than the average place. all really great thick slices, you get your moneys worth. the men who work here are very sweet(not just because im a girl!), theyre quick and attentive. Theyre usually open later than other pizzerias, so if you have a late craving keep jacks into consideration.

Was doing some Saturday shopping at bay terrace and stopped in for a slice. For 2:30 every table was occupied and they had a nice selection of pizza slices. I had the Penne vodka pizza and have to say I was really happy with my choice as it the crust was good and the pizza itself very flavorful — will be back

This place give pizza a bad name. The cheese is always falling off the dough! It’s all over my plate. I don’t like eating pizza with a spoon. That’s notta pizza!

As a family, we’ve ordered pizza and pasta from Jack’s Pizza. The food is good. They would get a higher rating from me IF they treated my daughter and her friends better. My daughter goes to Bayside High School and the Bay Terrace Shopping Center is a place they like to walk to after school. They do NOT feel comfortable in this place. The workers in this place do not treat these girls with respect. They call them«babe» and they look them up and down. So, the girls don’t go there anymore. These girls are 15 and 16 years old. I think the owner of Jack’s needs to evaluate how his staff treats these girls when they come in… Food is good with a ranking of 3 to 4 stars. Service for the teen girls rank a negative 5.

Pizza always looks really good from, which should be expected, right? How long has this place been around? At least since the mid-90’s? Their cheese pizza is good. I’ve tried it a few times and it’s always worth the extra calories. My thing is salad pizza though. Jack’s salad pizza is HEAPING with salad. I have never seen so much salad on a pizza. My one qualm is that there’s a bit too much oil for my taste(see: no oil) but, i’d imagine that it wouldn’t be a problem for their average customer. I just wish they put it on the side!

Very good, quick pizza. The service is fast and the place is maintained pretty well. I’ve been eating at this place for years and it has actually seemed to have gotten better over time. The location is great in the shopping center, loads of parking. The prices are fair, general pizza place prices. They also often have various strange topping combinations which are always good if you’re feeling a bit adventurous.

Looooooooooooove Jack’s! Been coming here since I was in grade school and it STILL tastes the same! Owned by Spanish guys, I think, but who cares! The pizza is legit! So good, good selection(BBQ chicken, salad, margherita, grandma, grandpa, ziti…). Chewy crust and tasty!!! Delivery is SUPER fast too! Only caveat: Cash only

Today March 5,201511:15 am I went into this pizzeria the worker a Hispanic man was extremely rude to me. I asked if the chicken rolls were from today. He replies the chicken rolls from yesterday are in the trash I will give you one of those! He had a nasty face. I replied that’s not how you treat your customers! I was with a group of friends and we ordered pizza. The pizza was under cooked and doughy. They will not be in business too long with these type of employees. I never do business with people like this because I treat people the way I want to be treated. Hope all your employees are legal United States residents. Just want to make everyone aware of this. Those are the type of restaurant workers that spit in your food.

I live near the Bay Terrace shopping center and I am so glad that we can get good pizza from Jack’s. We are pizza fans and have tried many neighborhood pizza places and I like Jack’s the best in the area. The only one that comes close is Cascarino in Whitestone which is pretty good.

Best NY style pizza in Bayside. Located in the Bay Terrace shopping area, so there is plenty of parking. Small location so not really a place to go and eat. Meant for take out and delivery but does have some seating. Place is usually a little cramped and sometimes the service can be slow, but they have plenty of regulars who keep coming back for more Have eaten from here many times and have never had a complaint. Live close by so I usually have my order delivered. Be aware that it is a cash only establishment. Enjoy!

Stopped by Jacks to grab a slice and noticed how rude the Indian looking guy at the front treated the customer in front of me. Pizza was so-so and I agree with the other posts that the only reason this place is in business is because they’re aren’t any pizza joints in Bay Terrace. Not worth the employees’ attitude or mediocre pizza. Won’t be back.

Pizza is mediocre. Service is crap. They’re only in business because they’re the only pizza place nearby. The service breaks down if there’s even a hint of a line starting to form. I think the people working here are half retarded or something.

Yes yes yes!!! The staff here was very helpful and funny, they were super busy but took time to answer my questions(first time customer). The pepperoni pinwheels were so great I ordered some to go!
