Doesn’t even deserve one star. The booth still had a busy tray on the seat when the hostess sat us. The wall was covered in various grime and looked like no one ever cleaned it. I order the Cajun onion burger. On the menu it described the sauce as chipotle mustard. Tasted like stop and shop brand spicy mustard! I asked for bbq sauce thinking that it could potentially save it. Lo and behold, the barbecue sauce was worse than the mustard! Tasted like there was a whole lot of cinnamon and not much else! Disgusting. Even the French fries sucked!!! No salt on them at all and they were soggy. McDonalds is way better!!!. Don’t come here!

This place was horrible. It started with the horrible service. They didn’t even give us utensils and when they did, I got a knife and fork for pasta. Really? And the pasta was like water. Manager was a poor excuse asking what he can do and after that, totally dismissed us. Not even apologetic at that, came up to us and acted like we did something wrong. I’m never coming back to this place ever again. This place is overpriced and the food was garbage.

I hit all the bbq and wing spots. Surprisingly the best wings I have ever had. Nice and juicy! Not burnt or dried out. The ribs were on point also.

Food is terrible. $ 25 for bland shrimp and salmon piccata. I don’t know who their fish vendor is but let me tell you I can find better salmon at Costco.
The hostess tried to sit us at a filthy booth that had the dish basket resting on one of the chairs. Gross. Then she told us that «we could sit at another table if we wanted to.» Don’t mind if we do! The new table wasn’t swept underneath so you could still see a piece of bread and straw wrappers underneath. Ew.
The service was better than the last time I came but still, I don’t think there is anything that will make me want to come back.

Took the family for what we thought would be a nice dinner at Tony Roma’s. Boy were we mistaken. Asked to sit in bar area to watch a game. Manager sat us. Threw menus down on table. Waited approximately 10 mins. No one came to table. Bartender had about 3 people at the bar. She looked at us frequently but never came over. My husband got up to ask greeter if bartender was also server for the tables in bar area. He was told no and they would send someone over. Meanwhile bartender did wait on 2 other tables in bar area. Except for ours. Finally a waitress came over and we ordered drinks and dinner. Salads came out first. Lettuce was a little wilted and discolored. Waitress never came back to ask how anything was. She finally came back after our salads were long done. Said good would be right out. Manager delivered food. My sons filet mignon that should have been medium was more like well. And his baked potato came out with nothing on it. No butter. No sour cream. Plain olé dried out potato. We had to ask for butter and sour cream. My husband ordered full rack of ribs which he was not happy with at all. Flavor. Texture. Almost tasted microwaved. He also order bacon Mac n cheese which was all bread crumbs and flavorless. My ribs were burnt overlooked and terrible. Of course how can you say anything about it when no one comes to ask you how your meal is. The only time we saw a waitress was to drop off food. We were never asked once how anything was. Never offered refills. Only time we were spoken to was by the bartender to ask us to shut the window blinds for her. $ 117 later for 3 crappy meals. I can guarantee you we will never be back. We also told people on our way out how horrible it was and they agreed service was bad last time they were there. So they also walked out and went someone else. For the prices you should be ashamed of yourselves. Horrible food. Horrible service. Never again. Wish you could give ¼ star. Still wouldn’t be accurate.

well this review will be somewhat AWKWARD since we didn’t even get to step foot into the establishment. A group of us decided we would dine at Tony Roma’s because we wanted to keep cost low and basically catch up on our lives. Since there were 5 of us, i thought it would be a good idea to make reservation since it was also Mothers day weekend and it may be more diners than usual. I called up and a female named Jasmin picked up. I told her we would make reservations for 5 ppl Friday at 8pm. Jasmin explained that they only take reservation for 6 ppl and up. «Ok please make it for 6 ppl then» (i was thinking i could invite one more person anyway, no big deal). Jasmin replied «but you said 5 before» in a sarcastic manner. I said just please change it to 6ppl. she further explain we wouldn’t need reservation, the wait is not long on a Friday night. I reminded her i feel «iffy» about that since it was mothers day weekend. she sighed and said «you prefer table or booth «i said it didn’t matter… THEN CLICK… SHE HUNG UP THE PHONE!!! ok… SOOOO did she take the reservation on not ??? what just happened ??? i called back, gentleman picked up, i asked to speak to Jasmin, he put me on hold … a guy name Matt picked up, i said i waiting to speak to Jasmin, he put me on hold … then a guy name Steve picked up who identified himself as the manager. i explained that i wasn’t sure if Jasmin took my reservation … he seemed annoyed, and wanted to know what my issue was since the reservation was made… i told him potential patrons deserve hospitality and good mannerism on the phone as well as in person. I told him cancel the reservation … we will not be coming and to please teach Jasmin how to take a reservation with some courtesy. Common courtesy goes a longgggg way! BOOOOO Tony Roma’s

Came here after getting an email regarding TR using some sort of special coca-​cola flavored sauce on their ribs. Waiter comes over to us and I ask for a full rack with the sauce. Waiter says that no such thing exists. I look up online on TR’s site and guess what? The site says the sauce exists and will be available until June 21^st 2016. Last I checked, it’s still April. So who is lying to me here? TR corporate or this waiter?

Incredibly rude manager-​pm of Saturday April 9. Not recommending this place or going again. What a shame.

Always good food and decent service. They never forget any of my additions/​deletions to a meal which is a big deal to me. The food is always consistent. The wait staff is great and they are the first to apologize if they are running a little behind. Definitely can’t complain, prices are reasonable and I’ve never had to wait for a table!

This place is by far the worst place I’ve ever been. The service SUCKS, the food is horrible and the drinks are the worst. The waiters, bartenders and even THE MANAGERS treated us like shit. At the beginning the bartender was nice, at the end we gave her a $ 50 tip on a $ 150 tab. Before closing out our tab and AFTER giving the bartender her tip in CASH, we brought to her attention that we were unsatisfied with some of the food. We asked if we could speak to the manager, she then disappeared to the back for like 30 minutes and then comes out with the manager. The manager came out with a blazing attitude and proceeded to say we were very rude to his bartender… without us even getting a chance to explain why we requested him. The two of them were extremely nasty, hasty, harsh and rude – NO CLASS AT ALL. I’m sorry to say, but if u were hired for a certain position/​job, u should DO UR JOB. If u don’t like ur job and don’t know how to treat CUSTOMERS I suggest u get lost.
We then paid our bill and left their stupid establishment. I’ve since then contacted their headquarters and filed a complaint.

I gave this place many chances but it’s going from bad to worst every time. The food it’s ok. The service is horrible with a big attitude for no reason. They all seem so miserable.

My husband and I ordered a simple house salad to start and there was a roach soaked in my ranch dressing– and of course I was already eating out of it. Enough said. Told waitress and manager didn’t even have the decency to come and apologize or say sorry. What kind of service is this? Seems like this is an everyday occurrence for them! Will never go back and have already told all my friends and family not to go either.

Regular chain dining experience. Service was very good with an over accommodating waiter. Garden salad for extra $ 2 was great. Ice tea refills. Can’t go wrong w a salad. It nice and cold and crisp. My mahi mahi was okay. Clearly frozen but edible. Pretty good coffee. Close to AMC LOEWS and I didn’t feel like driving and parking again for dinner.

If you love good ribs as much as I do you’ll always find a great selection at Tony Roma’s. The beef ribs have come to be my favorite but my order last night proved to be a bit too salty for my taste… I usually don’t complain but I was so disappointed because I had been craving them for weeks. I am even more in love with this place.
A place with good food… a great staff & a wonderful Manager who actually cares… it doesn’t get better than that!!! …Thank you Jim… can’t wait to taste your next great recipes.

My dinner was alright, the sidewinder fries were pretty good to say the least, but the Cole slaw wasn’t good in my opinion, something about it tasted off and the chicken was ok, nothing major, I believe it was the white BBQ sauce. The cajun onion loaf with Sriracha ranch sauce was pretty good though, thumbs up for that creation.

Just attended a private party here for my cousins 21^st birthday. This is my first time dining here and it was great. The staff was extremely attentive and the food came out hot and quick. Our family definitely enjoyed our time here and if we are in the area would most likely come back.

I don’t think the food here is all that bad. It’s fast casual — not fine dining. If you want a real amazing steak, hit Peter Lugers. If you want a nice place to get together with family and have an adequate meal, come to Tony Roma’s. I don’t get why people think the food is so horrible.
The service here is hit or miss. Sometimes the servers are friendly, other times they behave like we’re ruining their day by being there.
The absolute WORST thing here is the management. One day we were having a family dinner and they blinds were open. As the sun set the sun was in all of our eyes. We asked the server to close them and he said the manager told him he couldn’t. Really?
I want to give this place the 3 stars it deserves but crappy management flows downhill.

Everything about this place is great except the food is so mediocre that you will feel like you’ve blown away a decent amount of money on a most unsatisfying meal. Spend a few more dollars at a good independent rib place rather than at this chain and be happy. It’s not worth saving a little money here.
It’s a shame because the place is beautiful & I had friendly service. It would really be a great location for a kick ass rib place.

Ordered a sample and the chicken came raw inside. Chicken bites were replaced but really dissapointed. Made it through one or two before noticing. Staff had every chance to compensate but nothing.

It’s getting 2 stars because service was horrible. Our waitress started off with an attitude, i brushed it off. But then she could not get our orders right. She took our orders down, got it wrong; okay so we ordered half rack of ribs (since she got it wrong) and she got that wrong too. I gave up. At that point i didn’t really care bc it was for father’s day. But my boyfriend was more pissed off than I was bc we still paid for their mistakes.
The filet medallion was horrible; it was really dry, with no flavor. This review got 2 stars because the ribs were really good however I’m never coming back.
