The food is just ok, staff doesn’t care. They have four flavored teas plus sweet tea, and no unsweetened tea.

As much as I love Panda Express for a quick Chinese craving, this one has got to be the absolute worst. The service is horrible, mainly on the dive thru. They don’t let you finish your sentence before cutting you off. It’s completely frustrating. The chow mein is always dried out like it’s been sitting there for hours but they never have any entrees ready. I think they run out and don’t replenish in hopes no one will order those items. I don’t expect great service in Baytown, but it’s REALLY not hard to please me when it comes to food.

I ate at the Panda Express in Honolulu(Hawaii Kai location) and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the place and the food proved to taste as good as it looked. I had seen the new Panda Express in Baytown but, as my daughter said, «I often wonder who eats at those places!» The Baytown, TX location proved to be equally as clean and the food was freshly prepared, even at 3 in the afternoon. I like the Honey Sesame Chicken while my husband enjoys the Angus Steak. The fried rice has no eggs in it because of the shortage but isn’t missed. I think Panda Express is good, fast food.

For some reason my mind was like«don’t believe the reviews, just go ahead and try for yourself» chileeeee. Trust the reviews on this one. E for effort but lawd hammercy… just, no. First she got my order wrong… I told her I didn’t want the dry ass steamed veggies but when I opened my box they were still there. I was just like ok whatever, I didn’t pay for it so cool. As I imagined they were hard and dry but whatevs, I still like veggies. I got the noodles… SUPERDRY(and undercooked) I was in shock at how dry they were lol definitely wasn’t expecting it. The orange chicken was okay. It alone is the reason for the 2nd star because, yeah… no. Won’t be back but it was a cool lil adventure.

Love, love, love, the Honey Walnut Shrimp! We will pass up other nicer restaurants to go here when we are passing through! Excellent value and fast service!

Overall the food was ok. I went in right as they opened, therefore everything was fresh! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The only problem I encountered was my noodles being undercooked :(.

The food is good however everything else was not. Understaffed, dirty, unorganized and a line out the door. Omg, store manager, please get your act together. You have a great product but you need a great plan!

Every time we go they are out of noodles, and or rice, or somthing else, They can’t seem to keep up with the volume. Yes it’s great to have them in Baytown, and the food is good with the exception of undercooked noodles. Most of the staff very friendly and nice, However on my last visit a employee on her break was shoving her way around me to get to the drinks and reaching over my daughter face to get her fork and napkin to eat. It was so rude she acted as of we weren’t there! I’m sure if they had another one across the street it would be just as busy. Hope they get things worked out.
