Five times now I’ve given this location a chance(due to my positive attitude and recent lack of punctuality/rush to get to work). FIVETIMES I have been put in a wretched mood and disappointed. I’ve even thrown a burger out of my car window and made the trek to the Opal McDonalds(which is WAYBETTER). 1. Always seems to take a little longer to get food here(I’ve always been drive-thru). 2. Why they ask if I want medium or large fries and drink is beyond me. They leave more space in the fries container than Doritos leaves air in chip bags. Order a medium fries, get a small. Order a large, MAYBE get a medium. #checkyourorder 3. I thumped my burger bun with my finger nail and then my hard plastic dashboard. Both felt and sounded the same. All five times I’ve been here, positive attitude entow, hoping for a nice soft carb treat, I’ve been disgusted with something I wouldn’t even bring home to my roommates dogs. The buns are hard and not in the good Golds Gym kinda way. 4. I obviously loathe this location for the money my idiot self spent and wasted there(maybe they’re secretly doing my health a favor by making their food inedible) since I’m spending this much time on a review. 5. Great job for young teens wanting to learn responsibility and earn some cash at a major corporation. Now… why not learn CUSTOMERSERVICE. There was recently a «now hiring managers» sign. What… did the McChildren of the corn eat the other ones? Wouldn’t doubt it since they obviously haven’t tried their own product. Staff are rude. If you’ve read this far and are still curious about the wait in line time, food quality, and service; re-read this review about ten more times, chew on a piece of cardboard for burger bun simulation, eat a limp canned cold asparagus for fry simulation, and look in your rear view mirror while repeating«I’m an idiot» five times to receive the full extent of their customer service. Then drive your hungry butt to Opals location and get yourself some… um…quality fast food.

Sooo I visited this fine establishment the other day and tried to take advantage of the $ 1 any size coffee deal. So I ordered a medium iced coffee with cream and no sugar or flavoring. I mentioned no flavoring three times. The total came to $ 1.89 and when I questioned that was told the iced coffee was more expensive than the regular coffee. What costs more? The ice?! And stupid me forgot to check my coffee and of course, it was laden with liquid sugar.

It’s a pretty standard McDs as far as food & quality — but it was renovated recently so that’s nice. There are two drive-thru lanes now, and they tend to go through pretty quickly. I’ve been here a couple of times & I have no complaints.

It’s not often the staff get your order correct. Even though they make you wait 10 minutes at the window to prepare it(strange because everything always seems old and never hot). The employees are rude to say the least and will not hesitate to make fun of and/or laugh at customers openly. 90% of the staff seem to have a serious attitude problem and a lack of manners or respect. Don’t even think about asking for sauce or anything extra at the window! They look at you like you’re bothering them and usually shut the window on you before you even get the chance to speak. Seriously though, always check your whole order before driving away… Most of the time I have to wait for them to come back to the window and give me dirty looks as I point out what they messed up or forgot and wait another few minutes for them to correct it while talking sh*t about me to their coworkers. Don’t expect a «may I help you?» Or «have a nice day.» You’re lucky if you get anything more than a blank stare. I’m not sure what happened to good customer service but this is a prime example of why businesses need help now a days. If you hate the job, don’t work there. Otherwise suck it up and realize you are getting paid to serve the customers as best as you can! I understand that most people say it’s just a McDonald’s but even at McDonald’s I don’t enjoy disrespect or messed up orders. They need to get it together!

At one point in my life I would have considered myself a fast food connoisseur. That is not the case today, but that is beside the point. What I am getting at is that I have eaten at more than a few McDonalds in my life. Anyways, the food is what you would expect from McDonalds. Nearly inedible meat wrapped in golden paper and covered with grease.(Sounds delicious when put that way, huh?) The fries are always good though. I’m not sure what they put in them to make them so good, but I’m sure it will probably kill me one day. This restaurant in particular is at the bottom of the heap when it comes to McDonalds though. The wait staff is particularly rude. I once ordered my food and upon completion of my order was told I need to step away from the counter and wait for my food«over there». I was the only one in line so I was a bit confused but obliged anyways. The other reviewer had mentioned that they always have clean tables. I have not experienced this phenomenon. I feel as though this can only be explained by me being in some other dimension. A dimension where Bealeton McDonalds is dirty. But I digress. I’m willing to bet if you, like a past me, are a fast food aficionado you will get particular joy out of dining here.

I randomly decided to review this place because i fell asleep in here the last time i dined in. Lol. They didn’t throw me out either. So yeah, it’s McDonald’s. The employees are friendly. The drive thru can be very verrrrrrrry slow. Sometimes they have water problems and can’t serve drinks. Not too often though. No real complaints. Good when you need a quick meal. Orders are usually correct and promptly corrected if they aren’t.

I wouldn’t even give them one star if I had the option! I visited this establishment today for the first time. It was a horrible visit! When we walked in there were two male emplyees standing beside the front door smoking. They made no effort to move as we walked in with small children. Upon ordering I was informed the ketchup dispenser did not work. I requested sauce and the young lady taking my order rolled her eyes as she handed it to me. My order was wrong, as I ordered a chicken nugget extra value meal and received a filet of fish. This was corrected upon my asking. Upon walking into the play area I was overwhelmed by a smell I have only ever dealt with in wound care as a nurse. It literally smelled just like an infected wound! You can imagine how difficult it was too eat in this environment. We only stayed because we drove out of our way from nokesville to come here because we had seen the big playground while driving by and thought it looked fun! Our trip was still cut short because we became disgusted by the stench and flies that were circling our head! We would have liked to clean our hands but were unable to as both the men and womens restrooms were out of order. We were again greeted by cigarette smoke as we left! Sitting in the play area I watched employee after employee stand outside smoking! Also the credit card machine was out of order. My friend who met me for lunch had to return her cheeseburger because it was cold and the bun was stale and hard! It was the biggest waste of money and probably the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant.

Always with fast service, this McDonald’s has clean tables and plenty of Diet Coke. Those three things win me over as a regular here; that and its distance from my work. They may call me McFatty for my all-too-regular lunchtime calls on the friendly clown, «Ron,» but if you can’t take the grease then don’t eat the fries. Too bad I’m too big now to work it all off in the extensive indoor PlayPlace on offer. I guess I’ll just have to put another notch in my belt and loosen up.
