Ugh, if I could give zero stars, I would. Save your money! I was hanging alone at home while my better half was out doing a live fantasy draft; and being pregnant, I was happy to be able to order a WHOLE pizza the way I wanted it! The pizza took nearly an hour to arrive and when it did, it was barely warm. I’ve never had to heat up pizza right after it arrived. The dough was raw in places and it wasn’t because I loaded up on toppings. So this mama-​to-​be and bean did not get to enjoy what we thought could have been a much better pizza experience. I won’t be ordering from a national chain ever again; there are many mom-​and-​pop pizza joints in the Bear area who sling a much better pie.

I ordered a large thin-​crust with pepperoni, sausage and black olives, along with an eight-​piece of boneless buffalo wings. It took an hour for it to arrive.
The pizzas (they delivered two mediums instead) were inedible, dried-​out and overdone (nothing like in the photo online). The «wings» were chicken nuggets with no sauce, just runny blue cheese. I had a few bites and threw it all out. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Worst Pizza Hut ever. Last time the manager cussed me out on the phone and called me a liar about them delivering to me a week before. This was when they were remapping the area.
Decided to try again over a year later. Got an ultimate cheese lovers pizza. Was seriously undercooked, almost raw dough. Wasn’t cut. I was quoted a pickup time of 8:12, arrived at 8:15, and they didn’t even start my order. No other orders were being made and the place was empty. They were just busy talking to each other.
Trust me, spend the extra 10 minutes and go to the one in new castle if you have to go to Pizza Hut.

You basically microwave your pizzas Pizza Hut! What’s your problem!
