Went in on a Friday night and they were out of several drinks on the menu. Staff was friendly and attentive enough. The band that was there was less than good sticking around after their set making offensive remarks. I won’t be returning should I ever return to town.

The staff was friendly and were knowledgeable about how to pair certain wines with certain foods. The thing that we liked most about the wine selection was that you could customize the size of the pour that you received(2 oz, 4 oz, 6 oz). We ended up both having a few different glasses of the red wines. We have nothing but good things to say about them. The tapas were extraordinary too. We started with an antipasto dish that consisted of smoked salmon, crème fraîche, capers, garbanzo beans, and hunkadora cheese. It was fantastic. I had never tried hunkadora cheese before, but our server encouraged us to try it with the smoked salmon. It was sublime. After that, we each got an appetizer as our main coarse. My wife ordered the pot stickers and I ordered the empanadas. Just like the previous dish, they were very good. The pot stickers were bathing in a sesame-seed soy sauce broth, while my empanadas were fried perfectly. The dish that stole the show was the chocolate fondue. We didn’t even take a picture of it because we started eating it so quickly. At the center was a nice candle that kept the chocolate nice and melted. It came with various things to dip, such as shortbread, pretzels, toasted marshmallows, and strawberries. Overall, wonderful meal and a wonderful experience. It’s also nice, because after a few glasses of wine, walking along the waterfront park is even more of a delight.

This place is great. My husband and I stopped in for drinks. The staff is very knowledgeable. We ordered an antipasto to go with and the bartender had great recommendations. Will be back. Bri is the best!

Great wine bar. We weren’t able to stay because we had our 2 wild boys with us so we got our drinks to go. They offer $ 10 off bottles so I got a great reisling for $ 15. I love wine bars, too bad we didn’t get to stay. Great atmosphere.

I like bars. I like wine. A lot. And I really like wine bars. We found this one on a Unilocal search during our recent stay in Bluffton and made the drive up just to check it out. Glad I did! Loved it! In a charming downtown area and we were lucky enough to find on street parking right at the front door. Nice, homey atmosphere as you walk in and I felt comfortable immediately. Attentive service right away from the bartender who gave us menus for the wines, specials, and food. Since we had already eaten, this was just a stop for wine. And they had a really good selection! Better than I expected in fact. And the really great thing is that they offer a choice of 2,4, or 6 ounce pours! Great idea! So you can select essentially a sample size before you really get down to a commitment. And the pricing is more than fair! Love this place. I’d be a regular for sure!

This should win an award for the most confused restaurant. The seating is all wrong, the staff is unprofessional, menu selection wins for the worst(do not go here for food), ordered white wine and it was served warm, and not to mention they don’t provide the proper glasses for the specific wines. There are so many things wrong with this place I could really go on. Great location, but seems like it failed on many aspects.

Really pleasantly surprised. We’ve been coming to Beaufort for years and always felt like Plums and other lunch spots were overrated. This new place serves nice wines but, even better, really nice small plates. The Bahn Mhi sandwich was excellent. The antipasto plate was well thought out with fresh bread, small sweet peppers, and fig jam. Overall, this is an excellent addition to the Beaufort scene and well worth a visit for the foodies out there.

Great wine and beer. Better French influenced food. Best Owner Chef. We had a Ruben Sandwich and a Cheese and meat plate suggested by the owner. It was worth riding our Bicycles from Florida to eat and drink here.

Cool environment to enjoy a glass or bottle of wine. You can pony up to the wine bar and watch your favorite game on the flat screens and rub shoulders with other oenophiles or you can cop a seat in the airy and spacious sitting area or one of the more romantic tables for four. One big PLUS is that you don’t feel crowded, the place is big and they make good use of it. Want to dine with some action, sit at the bar. Want a quiet conversation with your soul mate, pick a quiet table for a romantic and engaging conversation. The waitstaff are personable and well trained and can guide you through the wine/beer menus, the tapas menus and the specials of the day. I dined solo today, but will be bringing my wife back and probably a gaggle of friends too. SaleebScore: Food: 9⁄10; Service 9.5/10**; Value: 8⁄10; Ambiance: 9.5÷10. **Kudos to my server who took the time to explain the Premium Luxury wines by the glass are protected from oxidation by a new system that allows for a pour without uncorking the bottle. Argon gas is pumped into the bottle via a hollow needle… Coravin Wine System… check it out, is pretty cool. So now patrons can taste a $ 500/bottle of wine for only $ 20/glass or so.

Poorly run business. The music sounded great and a member of the band waved us in. We walked out after being completely ignored at a bar that had 2 other patrons. I privately messaged the owners, as that was not my first experience of being ignored in their business. It was the first time I left because of it though. True to form, they never responded to my message, so I posted this.

Wined It Up is one of the best restaurants in Beaufort. It is The Place for foodies. My husband and I have been to Wined It Up numerous times, and the food is always exceptional. The tapas portions are just right for tasting as many delicious dishes as possible. The wine is served in 2, 4, or 6-ounce pours, allowing you to taste high-quality, expensive wine at a lower cost. Highly recommended!

I went here with my wife, my parents, and their friends last Saturday night. Overall I enjoyed my experience and found the food to be pretty good for a spot that doesn’t market itself as a restaurant. Their menu is a tapas menu so don’t expect large portions. The wine list is quite extensive and they offer a few beers on tap for the non-wine drinkers(like me). The two waitresses that waited on us were friendly and knowledgeable on the tapas menu and especially on the wine list. I would recommend Wined It Up as a place to go grab some drinks with friends, especially if your friends are wine connoisseurs who are looking to try something new.

I took my mother to dinner here. PROS: For Beaufort, I think the food is exceptional. We enjoyed the rabbit paté, the latkes with salmon with homemade crenels fresh, the charcuterie plates de mer and de terre, and the cheese plate. We each had several 2 ounce pours of wine, although almost all wine is available in either four or 6 ounce pours. They host monthly wine dinners and also offer every bottle at retail price. There are sandwiches to go. We were told that the wife is the chef and the husband is the wine buyer. By sharing our email address we each joined the free wine club which allowed for 20% discounts in the future. CONS: The music was loud and didn’t seem to suit the older crowd. The service was mediocre as the waitress didn’t know much about wine. I had to ask several times for a glass of water. While the owner was pointed out to us he never came over and said hello. Lastly the white line was too warm; when we pointed this out to the waitress she ignored it. The website is minimal. All in all, this place is not engaging enough to probably return.
