The meal was good. There were a variety of selections but I would say it’s in a poor location and a bit pricey for fast food. I will visit again but not as often.

This was my first ever visit to this location as I was traveling. Had been craving the El Diablo burger since I saw it on TV so this is where I ended up. First off, the service was top notch for any fast food place. I was greeted as soon as I walked up, «Welcome to Carl’s» by what looked like a manager. Cashier helped me and brought the food out, even came back a few minutes later to check that everything was okay, and it was.(Burger was delicious BTW) I saw the other reviews here so maybe some things have changed here but this cost was top notch for me. Other than Chic-fil-a and Whataburger no fast food places come out and check with you or bring your food out. I was impressed. I wish the one near my house I’m San Antonio was this good.

i am being kind by giving this place one star it doesn’t even deserve that! i have tried this place on three different occasions and on all three visits I took one bite out of my chicken sandwich and burgers and threw it away. It has to be the most horrible fat food I have ever tried to eat! Mine was a take out order I did not get any straws for the shakes that were ordered and no napkins and even the chocolate shate was so tasless and watery I couldn’t drink it either, Total waste of my time and money. Never again will I give this chain the benefit of the doubt. IT ios what it is, sorry food

Once upon a time I was a frequent visitor to a certain Carl’s in a different state. That was many, many moons ago. To my great delight, Carl’s has finally spread to Texas. I stopped at this Carl’s on my way from Beaumont to Houston and wanted a good burger for the road. I was the only person in line, so service was quick and efficient. And that’s the only good part. The burger wasn’t hot. The cheese was barely melted, and it was just… off. The fries were crispy and seemed freshly fried, but they weren’t hot either. What kind of sorcery was this? Food looked great, tasted blah, and was cold. Even the drink had a funny taste to it. Color me dissapointed.
