I love this store, it would have 5 stars but the employee that looks like lil Wayne, yea the one with the horrible attitude and bad tattoos she ruins the vibe. I try and come in 3 times a week in the morning, but the attitude just sucks. I hope Managment realizes the business that is effected by employees like this. I’ll drive to Yucaipa in the am to avoid this store when she is working. Last week alone they missed out on $ 50 of my money because of her.

I love this subway, everyone is very kind, and care that you enjoy your experience with them! They always make a perfect sandwich for me. I will always come back! They never disappoint!

I came in 2 order 4 footlong sandwiches, I tried calling several times before to maybe give them heads up I needed 4 sandwiches and no answer to my calls, I went in and said I’m going to need 4 sandwiches, right away trish put a face like she didn’t want to hear that, I started my order and she just seem miserable to be there taking my order, I was reading the order from my cell phone as they were orders my high school kids had requested. I ordered a BBQ chicken and she just put chicken n cheese but didn’t see the BBQ, I was trying to tell her what else I needed but she just said wait until I get to that part, she ended up calling Someone else to finish my order which is very rude, I did tell her I tried calling she said no you didn’t ! Maybe she should have said we didn’t hear it or not just make it look like I was lying, the other lady finished my order, I did tell her if you are having a bad day you shouldn’t show up to work, it’s my lunch time I want to enjoy it, I believe we do expect a happy person to take our order and not someone that makes us feel uncomfortable we are placing a big order. If you don’t believe me please look at your cameras, never did she smile or act like she was there to be of service, customer service is very important ! Trish didn’t do that at all and to just leave my order half way done was unacceptable !

Wow I have got to say best customer service! Place is clean staff is friendly! We have to give Alicia some extra points here. she is a gem to your business! She is very efficient knows how to treat her customers & makes them feel welcome! Our sandwiches were awesome as well! Thank you Subway!

Who does the ordering here your feature sub is the italian hero and your out of one of the meats and its 8:26 am very disappointing!

Subway to me is always just ok. The bread used to taste different, which I found out was because that Yoga mat material was used in it, but now the bread doesn’t taste as good. Subway used to be my go to place, but now not so much. I am glad they got rid of the bad material in the bread, but they should create better bread recipes.

I came here because the place we were going to wasn’t serving lunch. Subway is subway to me. I eat it a few times a month and it’s way healthier than grabbing some fast food. This location is tiny. Really cramped if there are many people in line. There was 2 maybe 3 tables? We weren’t able to dine in because the only table that served 4 was taken. Not a big deal. I have to say the staff was pretty quick with making the sandwiches. This location is located in the Stater Brothers parking lot.

For a Subway restaurant, this is a good location. It’s very clean. There isn’t a long wait and the sandwiches come out well. Some Subway locations are very stingy on everything, but this was not the case here.

always have fast service, this store is really small so 3 is a crowd, but really no complaints, it serves its purpose.

Went to this location for the first time today. There were 3 ladies working and they were all extremely nice and helpful. I think the lady that directly helped me was Janice. Very friendly very professional very quick. There was a line of 3 – 4 people in front of me and it still took less then 5 minutes. I highly recommend this location.

Every time I come here this subway always provides excellent service.
The bathrooms are clean. The only problem is, is that it’s a little cramped inside.
