Employee 3333 was rude. They really need to be nicer and patient with their customers. They put a pound of cheese on the chili cheese fries

I order chili dogs for the chili cause it’s delicious !!
But this wieny scrimps on the chili, so if you like weinerschnitzel chili dogs as much as I do then find another wieny.
Come on you guys !

Decided to stop by on my way to work, it was 1130am on daily deal Wednesday for their $ 1.99 shake. I asked for a chocolate shake and as I got to the window, I can see them pouring the shake in the cup, thinking «that’s not mine, right? It’s coming out white» Turns out, it was mine and the lady at the window was telling someone else to put more chocolate syrup in the mix. But yet, I was still served it. No time to make a fuss, I had to get to work. I took it and went, tasted more like vanilla than chocolate, if I wanted that, I would’ve ordered it. Maybe I’ll try my luck the next time around, hopefully it will be better.

Polish sandwich was great, chocolate shake was good, wife enjoyed her chili burger, & chili fries but thought her root beer float was very average in taste. I tried float, found ice cream good, but root beer had very little flavor. Place was clean, & well attended.

Let me start by saying that the service is always very nice here (drive thru). I’ve been pleasantly surprised several times. I love the jalapeño poppers and the corn dogs are the best! The prices are reasonable and so are the hours.

Went for lunch last two days in a row — 1^st day had original with chili and cheese and a corn dog with fries and drink — both hot and fresh and fries were good too. My wife had the deluxe and said she enjoyed it. She also had the chili cheese curley fries and said they were good — we both had a dipped cone — I had choc and she had the cake batter dipped cone — both were good.
Today I had the all beef chili cheese dog (Cheddar) and regular chili cheese (American) and she had the deluxe dog again we both split a Chili cheese Fries (Regular Fries) — They were better than the curley fries — I liked the original chili cheese dog better than the all beef dog. Food once again was all hot and fresh — we finished with another dipped cone.

Every time I come here there’s a little something disappointing. Then one time my girlfriend got food poisoning. Never came back after that

We came upon this restaurant because we were in the area. I’ve been to other locations but this is the absolute worse that I’ve ever been to.
They are so slow. The cashier tells us to make a line when there is NO LINE and it was NOT busy at all. There was only two other customers in there. They couldn’t serve soda because their machine broke. The guy that I ordered from at first was holding my ice cream cone with no gloves after handling the money. Shortly after that he threw that cone away had a new one that was wrapped. This place wasn’t busy but they went at a speed slower than a walking turtle.
I would NEVER go back to this location again.

I just ate here. It was pretty busy when I walked in, but the manager or owner came to the register and helped out. An employee from the drive thru window came over and helper out as well. Great service, descent food.

I DO NOT LIKE THIS LOCATION AT ALL. I have been here several times and each time it has been something new.
1) Once I went and had some guy bothering me trying to sell me candy at the drive through. I told the staff… they did nothing to stop this guy from selling his candy bars.
2) Another time I went and the credit card machine was broken. Of course they told me none of this until I had waited in the drive thru line for a long time and found out at the window with no cash on hand. Then the guy at the window gave me dirty looks after I told him to cancel the order because I had no cash.
3) Another time, I waited in line for 25 mins (couldn’t escape because their were cars behind me). The damn voice box wasn’t working so they were sending an employee car to car to take the orders and payments.
Really???

The short story is «I was not impressed.»
The long story is that we ate here for the first time on 2÷22÷09 @ 12:46pm (tail end of the lunch hour). Jared was friendly and knowledgeable and did a good job explaining the options on the menu and taking our order correctly. The food came out quickly and it was serving temperature. The all beef hot dogs were overcooked and rubbery. The pretzel buns were microwave warmed and tasteless. The chili and cheese on the dogs were just OK — nothing spectacular. The french fries were pretty good. The fountain soda was what I expected. The dining area needed some attention but the staff were busy putting the food out. The dining area was not spotless but it was not filthy either. It seemed that the restaurant was running short-​staffed on the front end — maybe not but that was my impression.
I have definitely had better and I am not likely to go back unless I hear that something has changed drastically for the better. This is just my opinion.
