Very dissatisfying experience. Not only have they had my iPad for more than a month, they attempted to give me someone else’s (less expensive) iPad rather than mine. Fortunately, I had all my receipts (I had already paid for the new screen!) and I had the original boxing for my iPad. I still do NOT have my iPad, but if it is not ready today – 35 days after I left it there – I will leave with both my iPad and my money.
Postscript: they returned my money and my iPad, which no longer works, but they were gracious in returning the money.

This store is located inside of HEB on Dowlen near the checkout & exit.
My iPhone screen was severely cracked after I dropped it on the pavement. After they worked on it, it’s looking as good as new!
It took 2 hours to repair.
They sell various cases & accessories, including OtterBox. I didn’t need a new case, but I had them put a new clear cover over my screen.
I was told the cost of repairs (minus tax) before I turned in my phone, so there are no surprises when it’s time to pay.
Will definitely come back if I break my screen again!
