I’m not the biggest starbys fan but this one struck my fancy due to the price difference here compared to the other coffee shops in the beaver creek village. The crêpe place? 7 $ for a small. Starbys, $ 2.50.

Stopped by this Starbucks around 2PM to find that it closed at noon. WTF? I guess nobody drinks coffee drinks in the afternoon in Beaver Creek?

Horrible service. Took 15 mins. to get a frap and the place wasn’t even that busy. Also, some poor woman was begging for ice water for her husband who was clearly overcome with altitude sickness and/or heat exhaustion and the barista showed no sense of urgency. I finally had to reach over the counter myself to grab the water pitcher and pour the man a cup of water! Prices were way over the top($ 6.25 for a tall smoothie??) but this is Beaver Creek…

It took 25 minutes to get my drink! I had to ask where it was and they completely forgot to make it. When i complained the people working didnt even care and started talking about me behind the counter and rolling their eyes. The manager Britany gave me free drink vouchers to make up for it.

I am generally pleased with my Starbucks experience, however my visit to the location in Beaver Creek village merits a complaint. Granted, it was New Year’s Eve and the Village was crowded. However, this Starbucks was completely dysfunctional. We waited approximately 5 minutes for our drink order to be taken and then proceeded to wait for over 35 minutes before we decided this was ridiculous to wait for a simple coffee order. No one informed us our drinks would take this long. there was no obvious reason for the delay. Then, When we tried to get the cashier to give us a refund because we still didn’t have our drinks and had to get to another appointment, he failed to properly credit our purchase. We paid half with a gift card and the remainder on a credit card. We only received credit back for the gift card. The cashier was not particularly friendly and acted as though we were inconveniencing him. The whole experience was quite awful. Either this location needed to be staffed to accommodate the drink orders and/or the cashier needed to inform guests that a wait for simple coffee would be 45 minutes or more. I will not be returning to this location.

If you enjoy dog hair or a dogs butt on the seat prior your latte and scone, this is the place. First dog inside the store was when I was in line, told uppity gal to keep it away from my face, the she later sits down by a table with the dog in a chair, yes the dog’s butt on the chair, add to the mountain scene, then another young woman walks in with a dog, sits by me and I ask her to sit someplace else and why is she bring the dog into Starbucks? Yes, dog hair on the seats and who knows what dropped from the animals behind. Ahh, the sanitary standards of mountain towns

Stopped in here to pee, not even going to lie. Long car ride, what can I say. But, once I was in, I needed to get coffee. I’m just an addict like that. But, I always get the same things. So, a thought struck me…“What about those weird green frapps I’ve seen…” I asked the barista about it, and she told me it was a green tea frapp. I ask her if she likes it, as I’ve never tried it, and don’t want to order it and find out it’s awful. She says that it’s not her favorite, says it tastes a little like grass to her, but that tons of people love it. I hem and haw, and she says, «You know what? Let me make you one. If you don’t like it, I’ll make you whatever you want.» Well, can’t ask for better service than that, can you? Especially when you’re looking at $ 5 for a vente frapp. So, she made it for me, and she waited with bated breath to see what I’d think. Green Tea Frappuccinos are now my new favorite Starbucks drink. Thanks for letting me try it out.

We stopped at this Starbucks on our way to Boulder from Beaver Creek. Quick in and out. Needed the extra caffeine to help with the drive. Drink was made perfectly.

That’s the thing I love about this Westin Resort. Starbucks is one of those stores that’s a walking distance from it if you don’t mind the snow and the 20 degree temperature. This Starbucks branch in Avon is adorable. A cozy warmth will envelop you as you walk in from the cold. The equally warm smile of the attentive barrista was very nice. Cute tables scattered about and a couple of sweet spots by the window caught my eye. Nice floor. Parking spot right in front.
