In our family summer is getting close when the regular trips to Ritter’s start! I prefer the thick creaminess of custard to standard ice cream. I tend to be a bit traditional and order chocolate custard with peanut butter sauce. The husband loves their glaciers(especially with strawberries) and sundaes. They always have vanilla and chocolate custard but other flavors rotate daily. The Beavercreek location has a small park onsite too which is a bonus with the kiddos!

Some of the best custard I’ve ever hard. It’s terrible(for my waistline) that it’s so close. My favorite is a Glacier(like a DQ Blizzard) but see what special favors they have — they rotate often.

Great place to get a nice cold treat. My own my downside is all the bees. Wish they would try to do something about the bees by the playground.

Loved it! Got a medium Glacier with choc chips, cookie dough, and choc syrup. The young lady at the counter was super nice and laid back the only reason I am docking a star is because my Glacier was super melted at the top and I wasn’t handed any napkins(when the top was clearly beyond the cup holding it-still delicious! This also meant I could lick the top wo needing the spoon, sadly the goopy mess made this less desirable. If I still did it tho, does that make me savage?!). Anyhoo just throwing it in the freezer for a bit when I get home to get it a bit more firm. Love Ritters will keep coming back!(But not everyday bc that would most certainly create unnecessary health issues lol) SOGOOD rich creamy and TASTY perfect treat for a sunny spring day!

RITTERS is amazing. Don’t get me wrong, selling ice cream in suburbia is like shooting fish in a barrel, but at ritters, you get an excellent variety of flavor at reasonable prices. If you haven’t tried the Turtle Somethin’ you’re missing out on life.

Frozen custard? More like frozen food poisoning ! Terrible place to get dessert ! If you like ice cream I suggest eating frozen dog poop from the Veterinarians office next door, it will taste better.

I love Ritter’s so don’t let the 4 stars fool you into not going. I took off a star because as most have already said it’s a pricy cup of custard. I love their glaciers but if you like some candy in every bite then I suggest asking for extra candy. Otherwise you’ll be candy less half way through your yummy dessert.

Yes, it’s rather pricey but makes for a really nice treat now and then. If you are going for the frozen custard, you never know what flavors are going to be available until you get there. So that is kind of a «downside» but otherwise, very smooth and delicious!

They had foodie flavors which brought me to Ritters. I tried the Lavender pomegranate and vanilla. The frozen custard was delicious. I like that they have outdoor seating and are close to the bike path. It allows bikers to make a quick pit stop for a cool treat.

Their frozen custard is the best! We love their glaciers. Their flavors change daily, so check their website for the flavors of the day. My favorite day is Turtle Tuesday, when they have Turtle Something custard!

Who doesn’t LOVE frozen custard? It is a little pricy… but then for the friendly service and the moments that I have gotten to spend with my cousins there, it is well worth the money. 29 of 31 Unilocal

This place is GREAT. The service is quick and friendly and always smiling. It appears these young adults thoroughly enjoy their job. You would have to travel a long way to find a frozen custard this good. We have often avoided dessert at restaurants to visit Ritter’s on our way home. This is worth going out of your way for this treat

Wow! This place was amazing!!! The custard is honestly some of the best I have ever had. I had the brownie sundae and my other half had the turtle sundae. Both were delicious!!! I tried both the vanilla and the lite vanilla and I have to admit that there was a pretty big difference. I stuck with all of the fat and had the regular. I didn’t regret it one bit. Yum-O! The staff was wonderfully friendly and the service was speedy! They even have a drive-thru. They are open year round which is pretty frickin cool! Pun intended, of course! Want great custard? This is THE place to go!

Frozen custard is hit or miss lately. The regular frozen yogurt is rich and creamy. The glaciers are usually good but my most recent experience there it did not taste like frozen vanilla custard I have had before.

Fast and good. What could be better when it comes to custard? I thought it was just going to be another ice cream drive up but it was more! It’s a very creamy, soft and very tasty. You can get it in several types of cones, cup or have it mixed with any of the many toppings they offer. Check the website for the flavors of the day since they make them fresh you never know what you options will be that day. If you are in a hurry you can just stay in your car and go through the drive through. One last thing… there is no bathroom, make sure you and especially your kids kids go before you get there. Yum, I want to go right now.

This place is great and very popular. Went here tonight and it was packed. Although what I ordered wasn’t my favorite, I plan on coming back and ordering something else since their menu is so varied. I got the turtle sundae and I wasn’t that impressed. I prefer Freddy’s Frozen Custard but they don’t have those here in Ohio. Either way, it’s a nice place to go to for ice cream and apparently they open year round. Who would want ice cream at an outdoor ice cream shop in the dead of winter is beyond me.

If you have a hankering for ice cream, skip Dairy Queen and come here. Ritter’s offers frozen custard that is a creamy, rich dream. They have sundaes and blended items, and special daily flavors and some seasonal options. The pumpkin during fall is fantastic. This location has a drive-thru if you so desire, as well as a spacious outdoor seating area. They are located just a stone’s throw away from Beavercreek High School.

Second, yes second, ice cream stop of the day. I’ve been trying to eat healthier so once again my order was stealing bites of my boyfriend’s purchase. He got a sour apple Italian Ice, and even though it wasn’t my taste, it was still good and I spent enough time drooling over the other selections! Everything looked so good!!! The price was reasonable and the staff was friendly. I really want to come back on one of those really hot summer days and get one of the frozen custard’s to eat on the patio! I took a menu with me when we left so that next time, I will come prepared! Just a note: Go ahead and get out and come to the front to order. From what we’ve been told, the drive thru line is super slow and you’ll actually get served faster in person!
