After owning our woodstove for two months, the blower stopped working. When I called the service department to replace it as it is under warranty they said they cannot come out to look at the blower for 3 weeks. Then at that time they said they would order the part if it was deemed broken but the part was on back order and wouldnt arrive for 3 weeks after that. Of course, I can then only assume that it would take another 3 weeks before they could come back to have the part fitted to the stove. Thus, I have to wait 6 – 9 weeks to get the optimized heat in our house during the coldest part of the year. It is currently 30 degrees outside and we cannot heat our house to a desirable temperature. This unfortunately has been the 3rd time Fireside has taken 3 – 6 weeks to assist with the installation, and re-fitting of the chimney and now to replace the blower. This is the worst customer service I have ever received!

We just had Paul from Fireside Home Solutions here to service our gas fireplace. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We’ve never lived in a home with a gas fireplace so we had many questions which he answered. He quickly discovered the issue and repaired it, and completed the routine annual maintenance quickly. We would give Paul 5 stars for his work, however the person doing the scheduling earns stars for her service.
