After a tree branch fell on our house and destroyed a gutter, I found it very difficult to find anyone who was willing to handle the small job of replacing it and do it in a timely manner. Everyone I called had a minimum fee that was out of proportion for the scope of the work (it was just one section of gutter that was damaged). All of the companies that I contacted were not able to schedule the work for months, and they were clearly not interested in doing a small job.
Fall rains were approaching and I wanted to have the gutter replaced before they started. Luckily I discovered Mike through Redbeacon. The way Redbeacon works is that you request a service and then pick at least two of the contractors that are listed as being able to do that type of work.
Mike’s office contacted me promptly and I was able to send some photos via text so he could see what needed to be done. His office staff was great and easy to work with.
They were able to schedule the job to be done in less than a week, and Mike came out on a weekend to do the work. He was friendly, efficient and did a great job. The price was reasonable, and the quality of Mike’s work was excellent.

Totally unreliable. This guy put me off for over 2 weeks because he said he wanted my job. Finally nailed him down to a Thursday. Called me Wed nite to say that he couldn’t make it. Could he come by on Friday. Sure. I just wanted to get the work done. Blew me off on Friday without even a call. Likely for the best as this is an indication of the quality of his work. If there was a no star rating, I would give it.
