The matcha shaved ice wasn’t as good as we had hoped. The smoothie was not good. The fries were mediocre. I thought it was a cute place but the overall quality of desserts and foods was average at best. I wouldn’t recommend this place to people who enjoy boba tea because it wasn’t that good.

We came in on a Saturday evening to try the toast. My cousin is a very big fan of these toasts, so we were curious about this shop. When we came in the tables were full, it was expected considering the time when we came. We came to the cashier who probably had been working all day and tired, she didn’t smile and took our order. She said the toast would take 15 minutes. We said OK and ordered it with coffee and bubble tea. We thought the drink would come sooner. I saw my bubble tea ready on the counter, so I came and asked if it was my order number, the guy said yes, so I took it. 5 minutes later, another staff yelled out a bubble tea order, it was supposed to be mine. So, I took someone else’s bubble tea, it was mixed up. 10 minutes after that, the coffee still didn’t come and I asked. I saw the coffee was ready, but the girl who was the cashier didn’t call us, she asked if we would wait for it to come out with the toast (why? It would get cold wouldn’t it?). We waited, and the toast came after 15 mins. Although the toast was good, I think it was too much of a long wait for toasts, maybe it will get better in the future. I was hoping my first experience would be better than this, but they can always improve. I will come back and try again, maybe it was just a bad one.

I went here yesterday and ordered the Hazelnut Thai Tea Blended bubble tea. I guess I didn’t even think about the cup size until I picked it up, because it was very big. The Hazelnut Thai Tea was very good and I would come back here to get it again. There are so many things to try! The place is cute and is pretty spacious. I’m sold! :)

We walked in and the store was open but the people behind the counter were not ready. Another thing was that the boba would not be ready for some time so we decided to get two hot teas without milk. They use the tea that is already made and it is heated through a machine. I tried both of the teas we ordered and both of them were so bitter that they should not have been served. Neither of us could finish them and I have never left that much tea before.
If the boba was ready our experience might have been better. Sadly, it was not ready when they opened. The two young women behind the counter were nice and professional but I’m not sure how the two of them have no idea that BOTH of the teas we ordered were so bitter. Do not order the hot tea without milk. Even with sweetener it was difficult to drink.
I will be back and hopefully I will have a different experience when I order something else.

Possibly the best milk tea I’ve had in town. I love the frothy finish. The shaved snow cream is a delicious treat to be shared! I got taro flavor with condensed milk and mochi. I’m afraid to try anything else because that combo is just so good! My only hang up is my connection to the internet! I didn’t see a wifi password posted anywhere and the place was too busy to ask about it. Speaking of busy, beware if you come on a Saturday night. There might not be parking due to Big Al’s customers. I had to send my husband in to get our order to go on a Saturday night after seeing a movie at cinetopia. Anyway, I’ve been here 3 times in 2 weeks and I’m addicted :)
Update! The wifi password is posted at the register. Also, we tried soy milk and it is not as good original milk! Stick with original for the best flavor & texture!

I’m surprised a place like this popped up so close to where I live! We wanted a light dinner, so my boyfriend and I ordered the popcorn chicken, the green tea brick toast, and a boba. The popcorn chicken came in a large portion and wasn’t too greasy. After a couple pieces though, I needed water because it was salty. Eating a bite of brick toast between the popcorn chicken really helped. I liked that they cubed the pieces of toast that they put back into the brick toast — this made it much easier to eat.
I was a bit disappointed in their organization though. I would rather them call out order numbers than the dish — there could be multiple people ordering a popcorn chicken, so don’t just yell out «Popcorn chicken!» Take care of your customers better!

Came here with my family and was very happy that Portland finally had a shave snow place. The only place that I’ve ever had this in the nw was in Vancouver BC. Defiantly worth trying. We had the taro and melon flavors. Although the portion is smaller then what you would get in BC, and the price is a little spendy I would recommend trying attest 1x. Their chicken wings were also very good.
We had also tried their Honey Toast which was very crispy and filling. That was worth my while.
Overall –1 star due to pricing and portions.

Delicious! Finally came in with my daughter, we live up the street and have been meaning to come in for months. We both got mango green tea with lychee jellies and yum! It was a bit sweet for me so next time I will ask for less mango un mine but my 15 year old daughter loved hers! We can’t wait to come back and try their incredible looking desserts!

The food is fantastic and the shaved snow cream and bubble tea remind me of when I was in Vietnam for a month. I have tried to taste as many bubble places as I can where ever I go over the years and this place is one of the best!

Yay! Taiwanese shave ice has finally made it’s way to the Beav!
The other day, my partner and I noticed this place had finally opened, so we decided to pop by for a visit. This is a loud, lively café that serves up some deliciously sweet bubble teas, smoothies, honey toast, and shave ice desserts.
We’ve done the whole honey toast thing before, so we opted for the shave ice this time. It was tasty! You can order all sorts of toppings on it too, that amp up the sweetness factor.
Service was quick, despite it being super busy. Will have to return to try their honey toast, and other milk boba teas.

If I could give the food and milk tea 10 stars, I would. This place reminds me of the snow cream I had in Vietnam. It’s smooth and not too sweet, which doesn’t make you tired of eating sweet after awhile. Milk tea also is very good, probably my favorite now in Oregon. It tastes like Phuc Long chain in Vietnam.

Came here on a Friday night around 9pm with one of my friends. When we arrived there was quite a bit of people in the tea shop already but we managed to get a seat. It got super busy just after we got there though, so I’m glad we got there at a good time.
The ambience here is very nice. It’s very clean, bright, and well decorated. It’s definitely a good place to come and chat with your friends with some pretty good bubble tea. My friend and I just got basic stuff: I got matcha milk tea with tapioca pearls and she got original milk tea with pearls. We both liked our drinks but we weren’t in love with the pearls. I thought they could have been cooked a little bit longer so they can be more chewy.
One thing I thought was cool was that they still used those hand cocktail shakers to make the drinks. Most of the places I’ve been to have already switched over to using machines to shake their bubble tea. It’s nostalgic for me because I remember as a kid I used to get bubble tea from places that used the shakers.
The cups they used are «regular» thick plastic cups and not those thinner plastic bubble tea cups that gets sealed with a film of plastic on top. So the disadvantage of these cups is you can’t flip your bubble tea upside down to mix it.
One other thing I noticed is that they were very child friendly. There were a couple high chairs and a baby change table in the restroom as well.
Overall I had a good time here and I will most likely go back to try out their desserts!

The tea is authentic, the only reason why they didn’t get a perfect score is because the people who work there don’t know the menu.

Go if you’re retired or a bored housewife with lots of time on your hands cuz this place is slow as a snail. They ask for your name to call it out when your order is ready. LIES, they call out the dessert and description instead. How efficient. Not. Plus the music cuts in and out so lots of times its crickets in there while waiting for your order. It’s awkward and a buzz kill. Not the most inviting atmosphere when this isn’t exactly take out friendly desserts. Pretty good but pricey and let me repeat: slow as all hell. Not really worth it imo. Plus no one likes reading fake reviews especially when you’re recognizable as employees. Damn, at least try to disguise yourself. Wear a fake mustache at least. Or draw a pair of glasses on to your face.

Upon arriving my friend and I had very intention of exploring the desert options but it all changed when we walked in to a packed place (like sardines).
As we walked in, there was a few customers in line and I looked around every table was occupied. We stood to the side to look at the paper menus with small print as the menu boards was a bit overwhelming. I attempted to look at photos on Unilocal but the internet wasn’t working. At one point, my phone indicated «No service». Seeing that the Internet wasn’t working and no open tables we decided to order milk tea as it was the most convenient option for us. Milk tea of any flavor is $ 3.50. If you want tapioca its $.50 more but there’s also an option of ½ tapioca and ½ jelly (5 flavors to choose) for $.50. I ordered a jasmine milk tea with the ½ tapioca and ½ lychee flavored jelly which came to $ 4.00 (average price of milk tea).
After we ordered, we stood on the side waiting for our drinks with our receipts (order# on the bottom). The line of customers who paid stood against the ice cream area near us and waited for their order which kept getting longer (almost out the door). There was at least 10 – 15 people waiting.
While waiting, I watched the staff behind the counter work and noticed it was very unorganized. There was 3 gals completing orders in a odd way as if no one knew what was going on. I recall one gal that kept looking at the receipt and looked really confused. At one point, the cashier stepped in because the gals couldn’t handle the amount orders piling up. Orders are called out by order numbers so make sure you hang on to your receipt. We waited for a good 5 – 10 minutes before our orders were done. The service is really slow.
Finally, my order was complete. I took a sip of my jasmine milk tea and it was pretty good. Though, I thought that the tapioca balls were slightly smaller but it was soft and chewy.
The interior décor was sweet, trendy and very modern. It’s located on Barrows Rd right next to Big Al’s in Beaverton. I wouldn’t suggest bringing big groups to this establishment unless you can spot a table quick.
Despite the unorganized slow service behind the counter, Internet issue, my drink was good and I would still return as I believe in 2^nd chances. Since this is a new place, I’m guessing the staff/​management is aware what needs to be improved and it’s probably going to take some time. I saw some menu items worth trying on future visits. This type of establishment is much needed on the Westside. Parking isn’t a issue as there is a huge lot. I am only giving them 4 stars due to what I mentioned.

We got the matcha shaved ice with red bean and condensed milk and Mochi.
The shaved ice here is shaved into giant thick ribbons which tend to stick together on the plate but the flavor payoff is good and not too sweet.
We also got a jasmine milk tea and a matcha milk tea. The milk teas here are true to the word ‘tea’ because the drinks were not too sweet and you can definitely taste the tea. I liked it.
Overall for three items 19 $ for three people wasn’t too bad. This place is picking up on popularity so it got busy really quick.

Love this place! Very cute and trendy new bubble tea and shaved snow cream dessert shop in Beaverton. Lots of options with additional toppings to pick from. Staff are super friendly. Had the Matcha Shaved Snow Cream w/​red bean, condensed milk, & mochi topping it was yummy… a very refreshing dessert!

Toast tasted WAY better than Honey Toast. Decent prices on their menu. I had their brick toast and an iced original milk tea. I would’ve given them a five star review but their service was really slow and their original milk tea tasted like chocolate. Like some chocolate flavored Nesquik…

So I have to straight off the bat mention my standards for asian desserts are pretty high given the options I had growing up in ktown LA therefore I always felt that oregon and washington were still playing catch up when it came to asian desserts.
Now on that note I was excited to see that someone finally opened a place that had «snow cream» (taiwanese shaved ice). Got to try it tonight (honeydew, condensed milk, red bean, and mochi) and I honestly dont think its made the same way because the texture was off. It felt more like slush with a lot of syrup instead of the soft serve texture its supposed to be. Usually they have giant frozen block of the flavor which is then shaved off into very thin stacked layers and those blocks are actually more milk instead of ice hence the creamy soft serve texture, but this was not it.
Im gonna have to go back and try the boba atleast given other reviews say that they’re great. The three stars is based solely on the snow cream, the people and the place itself was cozy and friendly and the business for sure has a lot of potential.

So difficult finding good boba tea, or shave ice or other treats, west of Portland, but this place really has great stuff! The boba was soft and chewy, the teas stayed true to the tea flavor and not overly sweet or milky. The shave ice was deliciously creamy and not too sweet!
I will be coming back, often!
