Although the faces here change. The quality of their food never changes. It’s the best Taco Bell in Portland.

Staff and management is very friendly. GM refuses to allow poorly made food go out. I also had a tricky customer service issue that many would have ignored. He took care of it without a second thought.

They don’t open till 7, but the breakfast crunchwraps are addictive! It can be difficult to get in and out of the parking lot and the drive thru. The remodel looks very nice. Still the cheapest fast food around.

Good gods this parking lot situation is a horror. If you’re coming from one direction and the drive thru is busy, you can’t get in at all. If you go to the other side it’s the same issue, it’s just less likely for the cars to line up back there. If you park and the drive thru gets busy, since the drive thru goes through the teeny parking lot, you can’t leave! It’s madness, MADNESS.
That being said, we come here late at night where this isn’t too big of an issue, so we’ve only watched it happen if we pass by during busy hours. Our orders are usually taken very quickly and the staff is quite a but more friendly than most late night places are. So far we haven’t had a single order wrong, so this is a huge bonus considering the nightmare of the lot. In all, I’m happy this is close by and will keep coming for late night munchies.

This place consistently screws up my order and is constantly out of ingredients. I have complained on the website a few times and have never been responded to. 2 stars only because the beef XXL stuffed burrito is delicious… when they manage to make it right.
