My very favorite Thai place in town! They are the nicest people that work there, very friendly & the food is the BEST! Cute décor & comfortable place to eat. Portions are big & prices are awesome! I absolutely love their pad Thai, cashew chicken, crab Rangoon & curries! Everything is delicious! Go now! Don’t wait! Tucked away in a small strip mall area off of Scholls but worth the find!

One of my favorite Thai place around here. Love their Pad Thai, Green Curry and Tom Yum soup :)) and if you check in, you’ll get a free Thai Tea, which really good.

I moved close to this place(within a 5 minute drive) about 6 months ago and they have amazing food! I particularly like their yellow curry and pad thai. The service however, leaves a bit to be desired at times. Normally everything goes fine, but I’ve also called well before closing(like at 7:30) to place an order with no response, only to drive by and see they are dead and not busy at all. They are very friendly at the counter though and the food is consistent and hot on arrival.

I had«Hawaiian Style Pad Thai» — which I know isn’t a thing because I’ve both lived in Hawaii for two years and spent 3 months backpacking Thailand. Doesn’t matter. That’s the best Pad Thai that I’ve ever had. Sadly, we live on the east side — so we won’t be able to frequent this place as often as I’d like. That said, now everywhere I go, I ask if they’ll put pineapple on my pad Thai. Come to find out — it’s kind of awesome no matter where you get it. 5 stars for Thai Pasta though for the creativity.

Pineapple pad thai was top. I get take out from here occasionally, easy to swing by on the way home. Would love to see an updated website and interior. Staff seems to be in the back quite a bit, not much presence in front of house.

Unremarkable food. Complimentary cup of egg flower/hot & sour soup combination(?) with absolutely no heat/spice whatsoever with a small lukewarm eggroll on the side. I ordered the Japanese Yakisoba noodles with chicken($ 9) stir-fried noodles with Napa cabbage, onions, carrots, bean sprouts with a homemade sesame sauce. Nice portion size but very little flavor and just a tad oily. Husband ordered the so-called«authentic» Evil Jungle noodles with chicken($ 9.95): giant portion and even though he asked for extra spicy, the dish had hardly any flavor at all. He dumped red chili flakes –like you get at a pizza parlor– on it plus a liberal dousing of sriracha sauce(no Thai chili accompaniments anywhere). The rice noodles were cooked to mush. He was very disappointed. The waitress was nice enough and we did have to wait a bit to get our food… there was one other occupied table while we were there, but we chalked it up to everything being prepared fresh to order, which it is. That’s generally not a problem for us, good food is worth waiting for. Parking can be an issue but when you’re located in a strip mall, you have to share with other businesses. Might go back again to make sure it just wasn’t an off day.

Lord have mercy on my tastebuds. If you are looking for good Thai, stop scrolling, because you have found the motherload. I’ve always wanted to try this place and finally got the chance the other day. It’s definitely going to be a weekly(hopefully) destination for me now! Everything I ordered was fresh and very well prepared. I got the pad see ew and the crab puffs and my boyfriend got the lemon chicken. We both received huge portions! I had to stop myself from eating so much so that I could have some incredible leftovers for the next day! The service was excellent the atmosphere was fantastic and the food changed my life for the better. I love Thai Pasta!!!

Overall the food is ok if you prefer strong flavors. The place was full and packed for lunch. We ordered Tom kha using the picture as guide but the description lacks the info that the soup was coconut base. The ice tea presentations in different glasses/container gave a nice touch especially the rose flower in the straw.

Consistent and delicious! takeout orders are always ready within 15 – 20 minutes even at peak hours. Very generous portions for both lunch and dinner.

Went here for lunch to catch up with friends! Lunch specials are such a great value with the perfect amount of flavorful food. Normally served with an egg roll and soup, they ran out of soup the day we came in so we had salad. We did take advantage of the free Thai tea with check in, and that did not disappoint! Food was delicious, made to order(i always order no bean sprouts and other places often give it anyways), and no msg! There was one waitress the whole lunch rush we were there and our drinks never went empty. Attentive without being invasive, all in all, a good experience. Food was a little oily but yolo? haha, will have to come by again and see if consistency is here!

My only complaint is the parking, not enough to be shared by all of the businesses. I love the crab lagoons. They have REAL crab and the sauce is spicy and delicious. The Pad Kee Mao is delicious! Just the right about of peppers(many restaurants like to put in a ton). They have delivery only on weekends and take out. I recommend for the nights your too lazy to make dinner and are craving something ethnic.

Love this place. I used to frequent their cart near PSU in Portland. When I saw they opened a restaurant right near a coffee shop we own I jumped for joy! Best Tom Kah soup. «Hot» really means«hot»(which I love!) Lunch is fantastic. Dinner is fantastic. My husband loves the drunken noodles and pad see ew(excuse my spelling.) For lunch they bring a cup of soup with a little spring roll out ahead of your meal; great touch!

I’ll start out by saying that my husband is the Duke and I am working to become the Dutchess. This is family owned restaurant with a welcoming ambiance. The people are so friendly who work here. As for the food. My husband is crazy about the house curry. If you like peanut sauce this curry is not to be missed. I try something new every time I’m here. I havn’t had a bad dish yet. My favorite is the Pad See Eu. My out of town guests are raving about the food at this restaurant. I can’t say enough great things about this place.

Happened across this small restaurant last night and had a great meal. The place was almost empty at 8:30 on a Tuesday, the hostess was cheerful. It was nicely decorated but not overly impressive. Iced tea came with the straw wrapper mostly removed and turned into an origami rose — I was impressed and thought, OK, this is a good sign. All of the food was exceptional — about as you would expect, but with pleasingly powerful favors and large portions. I never take a doggie bag, I took the balance of the soup and both entrées home. Not cheap, but not expensive. Dinner for two with iced teas, appetizers and 2 main dishes was under $ 50 with tip. I made sure to get a take-out menu since they are near my house. A bright surprise — I’ve just moved to Portland and told this was a foodie place, the Thai Pasta Restaurant makes me think that’s a good description.

Best Thai Food I have had in the NW. 5 star rating for the food. I usually order the Pad Kee Mao(Drunken Noodles) and my wife orders the Pad See Ew. The noodles and meat are so juicy and tender and the flavor keeps you coming back. Curry and Noodle Soups are delicious as well. If you eat in, your meals come with a complimentary spring roll and soup. Only bad thing is service is slow especially when there is a lot of people. Seems like there is only one waitress. We usually go during lunch time since it is a great price for the amount of food. Bonus: they also got a second place(cart) on the other side of Portland. Food 5⁄5 Atmosphere 4⁄5 Service 2⁄5 Experience 5⁄5

Love this place! I didn’t actually eat at the establishment but instead it was a take out order. I had ordered the Drunken Noodles w/chicken and mild spice for lunch. The lunch portion is a fairly good size. The flavors in the Drunken Noodles is flavorful and delicious. Since I only ate ½, tonight’s dinner will be something to look forward to. Next time though when I order this I’m adding more spice. The mild is pretty much not spicy at all but I wanted to be on the safe route. Every Thai restaurant that I’ve been to has their level of spice at a different rate. The Mango sticky rice is really good as well but fairly pricey. Every bite though was well worth it considering I’m too lazy to make it. I would definitely return to this establishment to try other dishes. Thanks Thai Pasta for a great lunch and dessert!

Love these guys. They’re down the street from me so I order from them more often than I should. It’s family run and the family is super nice. I was worried when they took it over from the last Thai restaurant that was here(which I loved). Luckily these guys know their stuff and are just as quick and delicious. The menu is pretty standard, if you’ve been to a thai restaurant you’ll find pretty much the same stuff here. They do it well though and don’t skimp on meat or portions. I order to go almost all the time and they always have my food ready quickly. The girl at the desk is very sweet. I also love their punch card system. They hold my card, I get a stamp for everything I buy, I eventually get free food.

Based on Chad Or Lisa S.‘s review I was excited to try this place, it is near my house and the same space was previously occupied by another Thai restaurant I ate lunch at every Friday for several years. The inside has not changed much, the same tables and chairs as the previous Thai place. It is cozy and they have done some re-arranging. I like it. We were there at 1:00ish on a Tuesday and there were 3 other parties eating lunch. Service was OK, not much enthusiasm. I can see them being easily overwhelmed. They start you out with a cup of soup, it reminded me of a Egg Drop type of soup and a lukewarm Spring Roll with veggies. Not something I would look forward to, but a nice freebie, I can’t complain. Hubby ordered his usual Drunken Noodles(Pad Kee Mao) with skinny Pad Thai noodles and chicken. They like to use ALOT of Bean Sprouts on their dishes I have noticed, I hate Bean Sprouts, if you are a fellow Bean Sprout hater, take heed. He thought it was OK, nothing really spectacular, he asked for spicy and it was, it needs to be saucier for his taste. The taste comes from the sauce and there was not enough, the noodles suck it up and then the entire dish is dry. It had all the components that Drunken Noodles should. I opted for the Cashew Chicken, it came with rice shaped like a star, cute, but I would prefer plain old hot food, not art. Rice was spot on, if not a little lukewarm. My Cashew Chicken was tasty, the sauce was a little on the sweet side and more of it than I would have liked(that is a personal preference). There were not really that many Cashews, Phở Tango loads your dish with them. I would certainly order it again. The portions are perfect sized for lunch, no leftovers to screw around with. Overall it was good, I am pretty picky about my Thai Food. To be honest not my new favorite place, but I hope they do well and in that location I am sure they will.

The egg rolls are bought pre made in boxes from a manufacturer, as I saw them delivered in a box while I ate around 3pm. My peanut sauce was very oily. The prices seamed reasonable and I enjoyed the Thai ice tea in bottles and added touch of a straw wrapper rose. My pad Thai was just… Edible. No vibrant fresh flavors or anything above flavored noodles. Service was slow and inattentive, but responsive to our requests.
