The Alpine Group

When my Mom passed away we were in need of a Realtor and at the time did not realize her next door neighbor was indeed a Realtor. We went with someone else, but it was Stephanie Hunt from The Alpine Group, Mom’s next door neighbor who actually sold the house!
She is part of a Facebook group of Realtor s, and a fellow Realtor indicated he was looking for a split level home for his client, Stephanie told him there was one next door to her for sale, she showed him and his clients the house and boom, they made an offer. No one else even looked at the home, it happened that fast. We are soo thankful for Stephanie stepping in and showing the home even though she was not even our Realtor, WOW.
Aside from that, she is a wonderful person, extremely giving and helpful, she answered so many questions for us even though she had no real reason to do so. She helped me pick out new paint colors and hooked us up with a Contractor. All because she is a good and kind person.
I would HIGHLY recommend her for any purchase or sale of your home, as a bonus, her company also does Property Management!
