These guys show up as the #1 excavator for the Beaverton area on Unilocal,and their web site shows that they do exactly the type of work I need done, so I set about trying to hire them. I left multiple voicemails trying to get them to come out and give me an estimate — none of my calls were returned. After calling about a half dozen times, I finally caught a person live, and he agreed to come out at 4pm on a Tuesday. I made arrangements to leave work early to meet him, but he never showed, and never returned my calls asking what happened. They may be awesome excavators, but good luck trying to get them to respond or show up so you can find out.
