I have been banking with this branch for years, and have always had the same routine when I come in and do my transaction. This time the teller inside says what I need to do is not possible. Odd, since I have been doing the same thing for years. I told her all what she needed to do, but still refused to help me. I drove around to the drive through, told the teller the exact transaction that needed to be done, and had no issue what so ever. I don’t understand how that’s possible. Looks like I’ll just have to go through drive through from now on. I had a very pleasant experience at this branch today. Had fraudulent issues with my debit card and then had issues with account withdrawals that weren’t authorized. Chase made it very easy to close my accounts and transfer everything over. The gentleman helping me went out of the way to figure out where the fraudulent transactions were coming from. He was also very thorough in explaining what was going to happen and how to protect myself in the future. It was a frustrating situation to be victim of, but I appreciated his understanding and empathy with my issue. Good customer service deserves praise. and that is definitely what I received at this location.
