I have been with the owner, Jen, for many years. I started with her at another salon, followed her when she made a move, and then was one of her first customers when she opened her own salon. her journey has been incredible, and you should get to know her. I go to her, my daughter goes to her, my husband goes to her, my 92 year old mother goes to her and we would not change. Her employees are bi-lingual, they are pleasant and communicative. The manner in which they all give pedicures is amazing. The leg and foot massage at the end is worth twice what they charge. My husband had knee surgery, could not bend to cut his toenails, and I talked him into going to Jen’s. Now he’s the one asking when I am going to make the next appointment. They are well versed in all types of manicures and stay current with all the new trends. In fact they can add decorations to your nails with hand drawn work that is amazing to watch them do… Tiny brush, tiny drawing, beautiful results. I do strongly suggest you make appointments. What better way to assure you will have your time to be pampered and treated like royalty. When you«walk-in» and cannot be helped right at that moment, you are missing a great opportunity to find the very salon you have been looking for all along. You can walk in anywhere and take what you get, or you can go to Jen’s Nail Spa and get all that you wanted and then some.

I haven’t been able to find a nail tech that understands me well because of the language barrier. I am rating 4 stars because my nail tech is patient(as I am very picky), she is sweet, and she knows what she’s doing but I still have to tell her to fix things here and there. The owner, Jen, is the only one I would go to but she is already booked on clients all the time so you have to call to make sure she doesn’t have an appointment. The other two nail techs that work there have experience as well but Jen is the best when it comes to customer service and quality of work.

Wouldn’t come here again. Took my brother to get a pedicure and manicure on the day of his wedding and also needed a fill. My manicurist was like a cold fish; she spoke in her native language(super unprofessional) to another manicurist but not to me. I’ll have to pay to get them redone as all nails are uneven and frankly, amateur. $ 100 with tip included and was totally not worth it. I’m not from this area, but I’d have to believe there are better joints.

In response to the owners reply, I maintain nothing in her reply is the truth. No one ever offered to pay any medical bills. Since I had not had nails on for over 6 months, and this is the only salon I used, the fungal infection had to be from this salon. Also, the state inspector advised me the sanitation record at this salon is not good. Why would he turn it over to a prosecutor if the salon had a good record?

Jen and most of her staff are very nice and accommodating. The older woman however is quite rude and after speaking with other clients found that does a horrible job. I would recommend this place but only if you have an appointment, they don’t seem to do walk ins. And stay away from the rude old woman!

I treat myself to a pedicure every so often and when I do I go here. They are so nice and try to engage with you. You get your monies worth here. They are great with kids. My daughter even left her stuffed animal and they saved it for her until we went again. This place is sterile and clean. They always take their tools out of a sterile bags. I recently went to a different spa because I had a gift card and their foot tubs had build up around them, the chairs did not work and that salon staff was rude. I will always go back to Jen’s in the future.
