Great pizza place, surprising for a hotel. Crust is St. Louis style thin cracker. Lobster pie had decent quality and quantity meat. Lauren behind the counter is also great. They also carry Tower Root Beer regular and diet which is damn good.

Wonderful little place inside the Doubletree Hotel. Very nice lady behind the counter this evening. We ate it in the bar adjacent. Half Margherita and half Bostonian pizza was delicious with the thin crust. A good value for the money and I’m sure I’ll have another before I leave in 3 days time!

This small pizzeria just opened in October 2012, and while its head chef is technically Jayson DeMarco, Mr. DeMarco will likely be preoccupied with his SORA restaurant next door. As a result, the person making your pizza will probably be Lauren, the former restaurant manager of Bistro 44(SORA’s predecessor) and an incredibly sweet woman who is great to have a chat with. She even put my(plastic and paper) place settings down on the table for me! As for the pizza, without a doubt, go for the Tuscany pizza: the combination of parma ham, figs, gorgonzola cheese, and arugula is heavenly. My only qualm about this place is how expensive it is. My pizza cost $ 17 after tip; granted, I got 1.5−2 meals out of it, but still.
