Let me linger in the store almost 30 minutes after closing. Incredibly helpful with questions when it wasn’t clear I was even going to buy anything. When I did, very reasonable rates for a house call. Great customer service! Thank you Thank you Danielle

They know what they are talking about and happy to share advice. I found a used bike from an individual and they checked it out for me before I purchased. They taught me how to make some of the adjustments and what was needed for maintenance. Thier prices for repairs are so reasonable though I mostly just have them do it. I am lucky to not only have so many great mountain bike trails around here but to also have them conveniently located. I definitely recommend them.

I have to start by saying I am not any kind of professional cyclist or anything. My wife and I bought what would be considered adult«toy» bikes off of Craigslist, just to have something to ride around on every now and again. And, of course, the bikes needed some work. I brought the bikes into Crank House, and got really great service. Chris helped me mostly, and was pretty awesome. I really appreciated not getting talked down to, because I wasn’t the next coming of Lance Armstrong. Chris seemed genuinely enthusiastic that I had interest in riding bikes, and made the experience a good one. The repairs were completed as promised, and the cost was completely reasonable. And, because of my experience with Crank House, if my wife and I do decide to upgrade from our starter bikes to something a little more expensive, I am definitely going to go see Chris and get his input on what would be the right bike for us.

This is a great bike shop and I’m so glad to have them in the Bee Cave’s area. I have not purchased a bike from them but my neighbor bought a couple and that’s how I found them. I have brought my bike to them for a couple of different repairs and they were very reasonable, knowledgeable and quick. Great store for experienced riders all the way down to beginners, you will feel at home there. Highly recommend!

Went here to get my first ‘modern’ bike after some 30 years. Spoke with Chris and after listening he recommended a bike based on my budget and needs. I called my brother who has many years experience riding and he agreed 100% with Chris’s recommendation. I purchased the bike and the support and advice I was given by Chris at Crank House proved to be spot on. I trained and eventually cycled the MS150 about 2 months later. The bike was beautifully set up for me. Since then. Eric and James have been great in helping me keep my bike in shape. I can’t imagine going any where else. No brainer. Let these guys help you with your cycling needs. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Brought one of my bikes here before it was crank house, and they royally screwed me over. The business went under and my bike was stuck, until crank house took over that is. These guys are great. Really laid back, know what they are talking about and just on top of it. My bike was done and ready to go in no time(after being held up for two months because of LT Cycelry, who said my bike was unrepairable after telling me the parts were on backorder). Crank House let me know what was going on and kept me updated with repairs as they went along. I have had to make a few trips in there, and the guys there are genuine. Will definitely be going here for all of our bike needs.
