Gave it a shot, but won’t be going back. First the cashier was not really interested in our order or making exceptions(daughter wanted a veggie burger/not a hamburger on the kids menu)-his answer was NO… After the order we went to sit, 2 tables were“cleaned” but dirty, the third was fine. Food was good, but a little over priced. The atmosphere was sort of blah… Guess it’s back to P Terry’s

Great place for kids. Food always comes out in decent time. Service is just ok but sometimes you get that one happy camper. Food is no where near the quality of what I know as Fuddruckers. I’d rather drive to Lakeline and get it done right. That’s a good Fuddruckers IMO. But the kids love the playground in Bee Cave. It’s missing something in flavor. The buns don’t seem done right and the toppings area is just meh. That’s how I feel about this Fudds. Meh. I imaging that’s how the owners feel about the dining area. Meh. And it shows.

Filthy place, generic food. My God, I remember when Fuddruckers was something special. Maybe it’s just this location, but honestly, it was among the WORST burgers I’ve had in the last 2 years and my standards aren’t that high, lol. I’m afraid the people of Bee Caves are just too willing to settle for garbage. There are much better places around. Even P-Terry’s is a superior place with fresh food, decent atmosphere and better prices. I will NEVER go back to Fuddruckers again.

So incredibly disappointed with this location! Going to Fuddruckers was a huge part of my childhood and I’ve always thought it to be delicious… until today. I met my dad here for a quick dinner as its exactly in the middle of where we both live. It’s Monday so it was basically empty. I wasn’t feeling a burger so I ordered the wings and I know I KNOW this place is typically known for their burgers, but everything should be just as tasty! The wings were a total let down… cooked weird and tasted terrible. I asked for extra wing sauce because they were extremely dry and they guy hands me a container from the fridge… So cold sauce. on my wings… c o o l. I couldn’t even eat more than 2 — the fries were soggy and I was so dissatisfied.

I’m a Fuddrucker’s fan and love their burgers. On top of that, this particular location has good service, lots of space for kids to play(or leave you alone as the case may be), and it’s less crowded than some outlets I’ve been to. This place gets 5 stars on the ‘CTJ Scale’ as noted below. 5 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Jesus good. Would be OK passing on after finishing a plate here. 4 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Mary good. Would be OK being seen eating here by Mother Mary. 3 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Joseph good. Would be OK having a beer here with Jesus’ Dad. 2 out of 5 stars: Come-to-the-Apostles good. Meh. Wouldn’t have my last supper here. 1 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Nobody good. I wouldn’t have my penultimate supper here, either.

I normally do not write bad reviews, but I feel like I need to… I believe it was the manager that took our order. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all and it took several minutes to take our order. Several. Food was ready — looked great, went to the condiment table and they were out of catchup. We told the manager-he said that was ok because there is ketchup at all the tables. Not ours-we were outside. Ketchup is pretty important at a burger & fry place-you should never run out! There were a few more little things that would have been overlooked if the first 10 minutes of our experience would have been better… first impressions really do make a difference. Good food-I hope this location gets cleaned up soon — they offer a great outdoor seating area.

The staff wasn’t overly friendly and the food wasn’t really anything special. If your expecting it to be an establishment like red robin or some other burger place close to that you will be sorely disappointed. Overall wasn’t really impressed for my first time and got sick from the food afterwards.

I have eaten at this location several times and it has been a good experience each & every time. I always get a burger(no bun) & fries. Molly has had a salad on two occasions and really liked them both times, today she said everything in her salad seemed fresh. I’m glad they have a full bar incase you want a proper drink with your burger! I will be back.

Went to this Fuddruckers for the first time, and it was our first time to visit any Fuddruckers in years. Good prices, good food, good margaritas, awesome shakes. Place was clean, food came out fast. We’ll be back!

I went here with some friends during a weekday. They have a nice playground in the back for kids. I think that is the only plus. I’m pregnant and not much meat sounds good to me, so I ordered the adult grilled cheese. It was okay. Nothing I would feel like I need to go back for. The order line smelled like rotten eggs. It was horrible. All three of us wanted to vomit waiting in line. We didn’t leave bc we were there for the playground for my friends 2 yr old. The smell was horrible. You could only smell it by the order line, but it really didn’t want to make me eat any meat product here. Rotten egg smell is the worse!!! The fries were petty good. But it’s hard to mess up sweet potato fries. I ate those over my grilled cheese. There is the signature area where you can top your burger with toppings. It looked okay. I’m not a fan of produce sitting out in the open for people to touch. Kids kept running up there and grabbing stuff and making a mess. I would prefer to go to All Star Burger for my burger. Not coming back here.

Always a good burger and fries and they have a good little bar as well. Bring the kiddos and let them enjoy the playground.

Great updated interior. Gave it 4 instead of 5 stars because my husbands burger was a little over cooked. But my fish and chips were perfect and our four kids loved their burgers and pizza. They enjoyed the fountain drink machine, being able to mix drinks and add vanilla or cherry or anything their little hearts desired. My kids also loved the outdoor playground and we enjoyed a quiet conversation while they all played outside! If I could I would give it 4& ½ stars! ;)

Only when I receive terrible or superb service do I review a restaurant. I dont visit many Fuddruckers but I will never suggest one again. 1. It started with the cashier at the front; rude, pushy, in a hurry. 2. Half the tables were not cleared and the ones that were, were dirty. Ill justify this in a minute. 3. My dad ordered a milk shake, took him 3 trips to the food pickup counter and an attitude from both my dad and the lady behind counter. 4. FOODPOISON I can’t say it was for sure the burger but I dont think it was the bowl of cherrios that morning. Spent ALL night in bathroom! 5. Portions of the patty isnt suppose to be a small circle on top of a huge bun. Back to #2, they had one busser(Marlon) he was the only good thing about that Fuddruckers. Nice, sincere, and funny guy. Only problem, he was busing the whole restaurant! I watched him make more tables laugh, includong ours then you could imagine. Props to Marlon! Visit Marlon but don’t eat the food.

Love this place! They have really upped their game in what beers they serve here. What a selection. Every time I come here I make sure I try out a different beer. Did I mention that the burgers were good also? :)

Good burgers but front doors locked before 8:55 when they advertise 9PM. Not good when you drive 30 miles. Not good to deceive the public.

I really like the Napa Valley salad. The soda machine is really cool. The outdoor patio is so pretty with the little lake next to it.

Where do I start? Three visits, three stale stale stale buns… The bun was a big part of my «burger experience» but did I mention it was stale every visit? I’d love to make y’all Fuddrucker folks an ultimate cheeseburger on my green egg grill with a fresh baked bun, because that’s the only way I’ll go back. I loved being able to sit at the bar and order it was so fun. Also, check the fries before they are sent out for quality control, it’s ok to throw away undercooked grease infused fries and not serve them with constant stale buns, I’ve seen it before and it really works. Unless a strict military like manager takes charge of the systems, this place will be another failed option at the end of a lonely tarmac…

Fuddrucker’s is certainly one of the original(if not the original) upscale burger places. This is their newest location after what seemed to be a previous retreat from the Austin market. If you like a thick burger cooked to order, you’ll like Fuddrucker’s. If you like controlling what toppings come on your burger, you’ll like Fuddrucker’s. Things I don’t like: It’s a bit pricy, especially considering the amount of other burger places out there. The fries are fairly thick steak fries that, while heavy on seasoning, could use some more time in the fryer. My biggest complaint is the bun. The bun itself has a great taste, but it’s so big and bready that it soaks up any sauces/condiments. My burger required several trips to the condiment bar for extra BBQ sauce. In short, I think this location represents the best burger option out in the Bee Caves area. Given the lack of options in the area, take this for what you will…

Good food Kid friendly Needs some work on the service. The people working here are eager to please but don’t have the formula quite right yet. It’s one of these places where you order and pick-up your food. At the same time, they bring you your alcoholic drinks and milkshakes. The system is flawed. Just have table service or make it completely fast food. When I got up to get my food, they bussed the table and tossed my beer and kid’s milkshake. Yes, they got us new ones but c’mon. When I asked them for a list of beers on draft, the order taker nicely told me that she had no idea what they had. Well that’s fine — find out :-). I stood there and asked her again to go ask someone — she was quite shocked. BTW., they do stock decent beer. Your best bet is to skip the lines and go straight to the bar and order there. Hopefully, they will do better than Waterloo that was here before them. It can’t be that hard. The burb is starving for kid friendly restaurants.
