As a worker in the galleria, there are times where I need a quick snack or a different brunchy type item. It’s great to call them and order it as soon as ten minutes ahead of time and still being able to pick it up in a flash. They’ll make suggestions when you make the trip inside to help enable your selections as well. My whole workplace is addicted to the honey almond spread and I myself enjoy it with the blueberry bagel. Always seems to be really clean so it seems they fixed the problems of cleanliness as complained about in other reviews.

We brought home bagels, spreads, and the best coffee home for a home breakfast — they package all their products to go so well! I’m actually super impressed with all the secure and thoughtful packaging. We got their house blend coffee, nothing out of the ordinary. It was well roasted, very rejuvenating. You can choose 13 bagels in the to-go bagel box and we got the garlic, everything, poppy seed, sesame, and plain bagels with 4 different kinds of spreads — Plain, Honey Almond(delicious, not too sweet, perfect with the savory bagels), onion and chive(classic, not too salty, well balanced), and our favorite, the jalapeño salsa! It isn’t spicy per se, but it has a zing and bite to it and really wakes you up! The staff at this location were also so sweet and warm and welcoming! They helped complete our to-go breakfast experience. I miss going to Noah’s bagels in Berkeley so this is my replacement!

Absolutely disgusting interior. I often blame teenage work ethics but this time I completely put Management under the scope. Bagel case was half empty and I’m the glass half full type. Though busy, the staff should NEVER be too busy to sweep, clean counter tops, pick up around the common areas and the entrance. Bee Cave needed you. We are loyal to our establishments but you WILL close if you don’t clean up your act.

I’ve been to this Einstein location more than five times. Every time my bagel has tasted closer and closer to shit. Today, my plain bagel was the size of a doggie bagel and blackened. I regret the one time I attempted to order something more complex than a plain bagel, as that bagel tasted like a coalition of trash scraps. The place is a pigsty… Bagel crumbs on every conceivable surface. The staff is standoffish and unhelpful. As I sit here eating my scorched bagel, I can hear them complaining about their lack of everything bagels from the kitchen. My boyfriend got his bagel with the smallest conceivable amount of cream cheese possible. When he walked up to the counter and asked for a little extra, the worker huffed and then proceeded to drop a small cup of cream cheese before his hand was under it. It spilled on the ground and she unenthusiastically went to get him another one without apologizing. I don’t know why I gave them so many chances to correctly do their job of serving me a bagel that I can be satisfied with. Will not be coming back to this location unless I want to be disappointed.

I have been here on several Times at 11 o’clock in the morning they are either out of what I wish to order or they drop it on the floor this location should close and never come back this is opposed to the location downtown Austin at Lamar that has excellent service and has never run out even at 2 o’clock in the afternoon

I’m so glad we have a bagel store in Bee Cave now! I have never gotten a sandwich of any other more complex food here. I have only purchased bagels by the dozen a few times. They have always been delicious and I’m a New Yorker so I ought to know a good bagel. I have them put the bagels through the slicing machine, then I freeze them as toast as needed. You can keep them for a couple months and they taste like new.

My son and I were driving around, decided to stop to get bagels and drinks. I am handicapped, to my surprise, one of the ladies waited and open the door for me. Got inside, cute coffee shop greeted by Sophie. Nice lady. We ordered cinnamon raisin and cinnamon sugar with honey almond and strawberry lemonade, too hot outside for coffee. Bagels were good as well as my drink. Sophie is a charming young woman with managerial potential. There were two customers from another state, very unpleasant, but she managed them professionally and with kindness. I read the reviews and I must said, it is the people that work there that deserve 5 stars. We will be back.

Typical Einsteins. They seem to have worked all the quirks out from when they first opened. This was my 6th visit since this location has opened. After 2 incorrect orders(right when they first opened)… All 4 subsequent orders have been totally correct. The two girls behind the counter were both quite nice, greeting me as soon as I walked in. And«thanks, have a nice day!» as I left. Super fresh, delicious Turkey Bacon Avocado sandwich on a Nacho bagel. So good! :) I’m glad they put this location in because it’s near my work! :) hooray!

Friendly staff this morning. My order was taken right away and the young lady offered choices for beverages when she noticed I only ordered the bagel. Tables could have been cleaned up a bit but otherwise the facility is bright and clean. Love listening to Nora Jones in the morning:))

After reading some bad reviews about this Einsteins I was hesitant to come, but I’m glad I did! The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgable about their menu. It wasn’t very crowded in there so the wait time was about 5 minutes or less for two bagels with just cream cheese. The bagels tasted great like any other Einstein bagel companies! The only thing I did noticed is that they left some tables dirty, which seems would be an easy clean up with the few customers they had and the amount of staff, but this isn’t big issue. All in all I think this Einsteins was great compared to others. I will be coming back for more!

I was so excited when the Bee Cave branch opened. But, after a dozen plus visits, the service is still abysmal. Terrible. The orders are almost always filled wrong. Today, I went in for a dozen cinnamon raisin bagels at noon and they had none. They told me to come back in 27 minutes for more. I returned and after waiting for 10 minutes they said someone made a mistake and the bagels would not be ready for 45 minutes. Ugh! This place seriously needs adult supervision. I’m hoping my girlfriend will shop for me because I’m not going back.

Tried some bagels at this new Einstein’s location — was disappointed in the quality. You’d think a bagel shop would have really, really good bagels — but this one doesn’t. They were tough and chewy — the local Randall’s grocery store has BETTER bagels. At about HALF the price.

We were so excited that Einsteins was coming to Bee Cave, but then we went there and the service was awful! The first time they got our order wrong giving my daughter the wrong type of cream cheese. Not a big deal, but the second time we went in on a weekend morning and ordered a bagel pack. They just completely forgot the order. They were busy, we waited for over twenty minutes and then my son went up and asked how long it would be for our to go order. That’s when they realized they had just forgotten the order. The manager could have cared less and to add injury to insult, they short changed our order by four bagels. Maybe in a year or two they will have their customer service issues worked out, but we won’t be going back.

Man, I really wanted to give this place 5 stars. I know they just opened in Dec, but they have got to get it together. I have only been twice, and my order has been messed up both times. I love Einstein’s and have never experienced a problem at any of the other locations. I went here first a few days ago for breakfast. I had a coupon for buy two breakfast sandwiches for 6.99. I wanted the egg white, turkey sausage on thin bagel. There was even a picture on the coupon and next to the order register. I showed them my coupon and pointed to the picture on the counter and said I wanted the southwest turkey sausage sandwich. He did repeat back to me, cheddar sausage and I said okay. I never go here and order breakfast and didn’t realize he got my order wrong and was telling me the wrong thing. I didn’t realize there were two different turkey sausage sandwiches and I wasn’t getting the one I asked for. My fault some, but I did say«southwest» in my order and pointed to the picture. Strike one! I asked for it to be on the thintastic bagels and it was on a regular bagel. Strike two. So I decided to try them again for lunch today. I ordered two sandwiches to go for my coworker and me. I asked for mine to be on a thintastic bagel and when I got to work, it wasn’t! Again with no thin bagel, do they not understand! Strike three. The sandwiches come with a side. I ordered two potato salads. When I was given my bag I looked inside before I left and there was only one side. I had to go back and get another one. Strike 4. I wanted to get 4 dog bagels and asked the cashier to put them on a different ticket. My coworker was paying for lunch and I didn’t want to put my dog bagels on her card. She told me to go back and order them at the other counter. Okay, no big deal. I waited in line again and when it was my turn, that lady told me I order them back down at the other end where I just was. I told her that person sent me here. She said no, it’s just an add on item she pushes on the register. I was like okay… you want me to tell her that(I thought). She looks at me and is frustrated and says, ugh, I’ll go down there and tell her. She showed the other employee how to ring up the dog bagels and wasn’t very nice about it. I’m not sure what was going on, but no one there seemed happy. And they weren’t busy. When I got there, no one was in line and when I left there were only 3 people that ordered behind me. Not a rush crowd. Einstein’s better get it together. I have been waiting for them to open since I found out in summer 2014 they were going to open a store in Bee Cave. I really want to like this place and keep going. But if no one can ever get my order right or be friendly, I won’t go and neither will the teachers at the school I work at. I’ll write an update after I decide to try it again in a few weeks. Hopefully it will be better then.

Einstein bagels just opened in Hill Country Galleria. Everyone who works there seems to be happy and helpful. I had not been to Einstein in a while so I was impressed by the selection: bagels, bagel sandwiches, paninins, coffee, pastries, parfaits — sure to meet your needs for breakfast, lunch or dinner, or just to satisfy your sweet tooth. I got an egg with spinach, mushroom and swiss on a honey wheat bagel and it was excellent. The bagels are freshly baked, very soft and flavorful. Einstein offers cappuccinos and the like but I went for a regular coffee, which was surprisingly good. Not that it would compete with an espresso bar serving Cuvee, but surely better than most other chains. Plus they offer five kinds of coffee to choose from: dark and light roast, decaf, vanilla hazelnut and a cinnamon holiday blend.
