The clothes are decent– 3 out of 5 times I can find something I really want to buy. The shoes are cute and cheap. The store is clean. The downfall is the staff. The girls who work there, and I’ve been to Fab’rik on and off for the past four years, are more or less snobby and rude. My last experience at Fab’rik the cashier was extremely rude and unfriendly, making me feel really uncomfortable when I tried to be friendly to her. This just made me realize that I no longer want to spend my money somewhere where I am not treated correctly. Like it or not, customer service is a huge factor when it comes to choosing where you’re going to spend your money– and being looked and talked down to is not a good business strategy. Will not return.

The store was very clean and organized but the employees were talking bad about their previous customers… I walked out even though they had beautiful clothing. I would rather take my service somewhere that has better morals.

When I walked in this store, I wasn’t greeted by anyone working there. They just gave me a glare and continued what they were doing. I was like «ok, I guess its not cool to greet people anymore» but i looked around cute clothes. They need new employees with better attitudes there, thats why I gave it 3 stars.

Not only does Fab’rik carry cool, fashionable threads, the staff is relaxed and helpful when needed… ie…they don’t breathe down your neck.

I really thought fab’rik was going to be another boutique that costs an arm and leg. I was wrong & so happy! You can find amazing deals! The girls there really help you as well, I needed their opinion and they told me the honest truth rather than just try to milk me for all I’m worth. I wish it wasn’t so inconvenient to go out there otherwise I’d be there every week!

Great fashion, great people working there to help make important fashion decisions! Prices are very reasonable, and the clothes are very trendy. They also sell cute jewelry and even have wine and beer (and water)! Also, they have some nice sales. One of my favorite places to shop in Austin!

i hit fab’rik every time i’m in austin (which is quite often — i’m from there). it’s my go-​to shop for up to the minute fashions… fashions that i really want to rock, but don’t want to spend a fortune on. the quality is great though, despite the modest price tags. i always walk out with cute tops, a dress or two, and great accessories (jewelry & purses are my favorites, but they have great belts & shoes too). my husband used to shop there, but they have done away with the mens section — so now it’s mine all mine! the staff has been helpful and friendly every time I have stopped in to shop.

YAY Fab’rik is in Austin! I moved to Austin a few months ago from Atlanta, GA where there were several Fab’rik boutiques. I loved this store and was sad to leave it along with a few other of my favs behind! But now I am super happy to have found a piece of ATL in ATX! Reasons why i love Fab’rik, super cute, trendy, great denim (i really like people’s liberation), great handbags and jewelry! oh yeah did i mention extremely reasonable price tags? (i have found this hard to come by in austin– it is ridiculous the way boutiques price clothing around here) Fab’rik is located in Hill Country Galleria– great one stop shopping :)
