Went on a Sunday afternoon about 2 pm, pretty crowded but sat immediately. Surly waiter brought coffee and seemed miffed when my wife asked for tea instead. Ordered steak and eggs for her and pot roast dinner for me. Waited. Waited. Waiter came by and threw the receipt on our table. Waited some more. Waiter said soon. Asked for water he brought one for the two of us and was mad when I asked for another. Realized we were not happy and tried to explain that he does not know why taking so long for our food. After a 35-minute wait, food arrived. Never got biscuits that were supposed to be with my dinner. Food ok, but overall too salty for my taste. The«steak» with my wife’s meal was a pretty thin scraggly piece compared to the menu picture, but in the plus side was devoid of any fat. First time we ever went, and for us, the last time. Completely unsatisfying experience.

Had breakfast there today and I have to say it was the first time I’ve been disappointed, my pancakes were undercooked. They were smaller than usual which I heard another customer complain about as well. My whole meal was ruined. I didn’t get my pancakes back until I finished my sides.

Although the food wasn’t bad, at least the food we didn’t have to send back because it was undercooked. The service was absolutely terrible! The waitress didn’t pre bus single plate, asked me what i had ordered when i inquired as to where my food was, and continuously bad mouthed the kitchen. Not place I’d recommend anytime soon!

Another visit to Bob Evans. Never a disappointment! Ordered fried chicken sandwich. It comes with baby spinach leaves. I like them!

Food was great. Had to wait to get seated and had a looooong wait to get the food, which was no fault of our FANTASTIC server Karen. Would go back, but not on New Year’s Day.

I have very mixed feelings about my experience here at this particular Bob Evans. Our waitress(Gabriella) was extremely nice, polite, and attentive considering the morning breakfast rush at this large restaurant. But that being said, the rest of our visit was extremely disappointing. 1st) When my eggs were served, my over medium fried eggs had a cooked solid broken yolk(see pic), 2) my shredded hash browns instead of being crispy, were soaked in grease and very rubbery on the outside and mushy greasy on the inside, 3) when my french toast finally arrived after I had to inquire as to its where abouts was raw on the bottom, 4) my bacon was undercooked, I’m not talking that it wasn’t cooked crispy, but instead the fat was not rendered which means rubbery slimey, 5) the girl who brought out our breakfast, who was not our server, said she would bring out a new egg when I pointed out that it was obviously a cooked broken yolk, never fulfilled her pledge, 6) my rye toast was not only not toasted, but also had enough butter substitute on it that the slice looked like a yellow sponge(see pic). Our waitress was prompt in getting a replacement for my french toast and said it would be discounted. I expected that the manager would appear at some point, but not. Usually when a customer has been given raw food the manager comes over to apologize, but not. Our waitress got the manager to discount my breakfast, but he only took off a dollar. Apparently he doesn’t care about making a customer’s experience positive. So the main emphasis of this is the short order cooks do not know how to cook eggs, bacon, toast, and french toast. That seems to sum it up. Update, The manager was at the checkout and so I handed him my phone to read. He apologized and took 50% off my meal(not the check). This does not remedy the poor service from everyone but our waitress and the lousy short order cook who doesn’t know how to cook eggs or french toast, but it is enough of a gesture for me to increase my rating to 2 stars.

The service here is always good, and the food is too. I love their home fries! Their pot roast hash is great too. Their pancakes and French toast are so-so — I’ve had better. But overall they’re a decent chain restaurant.

This morning we woke up hungry and ready for a good breakfast I am visiting Maryland and I kept seeing Bob Evans all over the place I was also informed that it is a great breakfast joint I am used to Denny’s, IHOP, etc When I kept hearing Bob Evans, I was thinking of a car dealership… But when we walked into the place it was very clean and nice On the wall, I learned a little about Bob Evans and I even enjoyed the murals There was a 5 minute wait, which is nothing compared to the Denny’s in Phoenix having 1 hour + on weekends Our server was very friendly and swift I opted for the«Rise and Shine» which was Over hard eggs, sausages, hash browns, and biscuits… I even had to add the sausage gravy because well, gravy is deelish My meal was absolutely delightful The eggs were perfect Sausage was great Hash browns were crispy The biscuits were yummy I loved the sausage gravy All in all I really enjoyed my visit to Bob Evans and it was a great breakfast

I go here a lot. A LOT. I love breakfast, it’s my favorite meal and this place serves it up awesome-style. Whether it’s biscuits and gravy, loaded home fries, french toast, or whatever else — it’s always great. The staff is nice and attentive, and it’s only really packed on weekend mornings. Yes, yes, yes to Bob Evans.

This is a good place to meet up with your mom for breakfast. Depending on when you get there in the morning you won’t have to wait too long to be seated. Relatively popular for the area based on the amount of people who are there at any given time. Sausage links and bacon are a must!

I came here with my husband for breakfast before my flight out of BWI. Though the place is pretty busy on a Sunday morning, the wait wasn’t long. Service is typical, though the place seems pretty clean(could be due to the grand reopening). Breakfast was great. Good biscuits(according to my husband), great eggs, hashbrowns, and bacon

I could eat breakfast here every day of my life! The food is great and the service is always fast. I’ve never had a very long wait to be seated but I’ve only ever gone in the morning. The sausage gravy is the best I’ve ever had.

Whenever I leave New York, I make it a point to go to Bob Evans, because it’s the best breakfast I’ve had in any kind of chain restaurant anywhere. Well, after getting car trouble in Maryland, we went off to Bob Evans to treat ourselves and had a delicious breakfast. I got the Rise and Shine — two eggs, bacon, biscuits and the best part, the home fries. The staff was extremely polite and accommodating and I only wished I could’ve brought the entire Bob Evans building home to NYC with me! I hope I’ll find myself here again!

Pretty long wait here, though it did move kind of fast… Service was friendly, and the food was ok — though I always get wary of restaurants who can’t cook eggs over easy… actually over easy. They weren’t too overcooked, but they def were. Besides that, the gravy wasn’t quite to my taste, but it wasn’t bad… just a bit too chunky for me. O! I forgot… hash browns were delicious, but not crunchy, and they were a bit salty. But gooooooooooooood.
