Horrible service, been here twice at the Bel Air location. Incorrect diagnosis, inattentiveness to patients, horrible bedside manner. The second time I paid a $ 25 copay for them to tell me to take an OTC medicine and do nothing despite that I had fever for two days and couldn’t even swallow or eat. They said they wouldn’t give me an antibiotic and I was in tears all night from throat and ear pain. ABSURD. That same visit when I checked in, miserable, sick, and in pain with no energy, I was unable to blow a full breath into the breath-test machine initially and the guy working laughed at me. I didn’t think that was funny because I was sick, and it was unprofessional and humiliating. I then gagged(naturally) when he did the strep swab test, and he laughed at me again. It disgusts me people can treat patients like cattle to herd in and out quickly. Side Note: I went to the ExpressCare location on the other side of Bel Air off Route 543 in 2014, 6 months after having my daughter, with the assistance of my father, while my husband was at work, in pain, and literally, barely able to walk or stand(had almost dropped my baby from so much leg pain and had to go somewhere quick) and they misdiagnosed me at that location with sciatica, gave me no pain medication for relief, but gave me steroids and muscle relaxers. Because of the incorrect diagnosis, lack of recommending follow up care with a specialist or taking/suggesting I get x-rays/MRI’s, it got worse, and I ended up at the ER. By the time I got to the specialist, who actually gave me pain relief medication and had me get MRI’s, it turned out I was trying to stand on a fractured pelvis for almost two months. In other words, this place hires complete hacks and is worthless and rude. I can’t even believe these people passed any kind of schooling or certifications or got degrees in any fields related to medicine. I will never go to one of these again. I will stay at home in pain in miserable, waiting for the PCP or specialist if I have to, or go to the ER again if a circumstance becomes dire, but I am done with this place!

Both, Melissa Cocco, N.P., & Reneé(N.P. Student) were WONDERFUL! They«fixed» me up(x-rays, stitches, & all), quickly and professionally. They BOTH had comforting, CARING(which you don’t find often, anymore), & compassionate bedside manners. I would DEFINITELY return to this location. Thank you so much! Jennifer R

Took my baby boy here today. They were thorough and helpful. He was miserable but it’s just a virus. They gave him medicine inmediately to bring his fever down. They told me what to look out for. It was clean, neat, comfortable and fast!!! Highly recommended.

I purposely drive past multiple other urgent care centers to come to ExpressCare Festival. Everyone who works there is friendly, they are fast and efficient, and extremely compassionate people. I highly recommend them for any of your urgent care needs. I’ve gone for illness and injuries. The first facility that I have not had a single bad experience at. Awesome place!!!

Been here several times. Always prompt & professional. After each visit someone has always called the next day to check on me.
