the best facial i ever had. nice customer service. the salon is clean and neat. you will not smell chemical and stuff when you are here. It feels like home.

I’ve been coming to this shop for over a year now and have NOT one bad thing to say. They are friendly and do great work! This location is convenient as to where I can escape on my lunch break and they will work with you. I recommend this to any one in the area !

I had a pleasant experience with much better work this time. Very good shellac job and they will be up to 120 colors soon. My eyebrows look great with no burns. I will return.

Well, I read all the wonderful reviews about this place and decided I needed to go and check it out. Checked to see what time they opened and I was ready to go. I got here and the sign on the door says open at 9:00 am. I decided to give them a couple minutes, people run behind, I get it… well it is now 9:15 and they are still not open. I’m going back to my regular nail salon.

I stopped in here on my lunch break because I had the worst migraine. I was hoping for a quick neck and shoulder massage. This salon wasn’t the fanciest but they were all super sweet. Made me feel comfortable and gave me a great massage. $ 1 a minute… totally worth it. I will go back.

I have gone to this salon for years. It is nice, friendly, affordable and efficient. Would definitely recommend it. The owner Kim is awesome.

I called before going in to Lotus and received a quote over the phone for a french mani fill in. After the lady started clipping my nails she began adding small fees for services on top of the quoted price– a few dollars to clip my nails, a few dollars to buff the nails, a few dollars if I wanted the top shiny coat (which I’ve never heard of. The top coat is usually included in a fill in.) I told her I was a little frustrated by the hidden fees after being quoted for a simple fill in. She then gave me a «store promotion» and offered a small discount… only to then add that I needed to remember to tip her and include that in the final amount as well. The discount was nice of her, but her telling me to tip was awkward. My nails didn’t even look good after all the hassle. I’m definitely looking for a more price/​quality consistent nail salon for the future.

First couple of times I went here were great! This most recent trip, however, was awful. In short, they spilled acetone on my leather wallet and butchered my shellac manicure. After about 2 hours of shoddy work, and a second manicurist having to step in and help, my nails look average at best. They still charged me full price, and came off as annoyed as opposed to accommodating when I insisted that they fix their mistakes before I left. Overall, they seem like nice people, but if you want anything more than a basic mani/​pedi, I would go elsewhere. My experience was really subpar, and I won’t be returning.

Not gonna lie I love this place wish it’s open on Sundays!
It’s very reasonably priced ($ 25 for a french pedi) and everyone there is super friendly. I actually forgot my stuff at the nail salon and ended up driving back to get it and they actually kept mu stuff safe for me the whole time.
I am not much of a talker when I get my pedis and they respected that. In general awesome service and great price. My pedi also lasted forever. Definitely recommend it!

I almost feel guilty writing a bad review — because the lady that waited on me was so sweet… but, a bad manicure can make or break a girls day, and this experience was not cool.
For $ 27, I got a really bad shellac manicure. The manicurist didn’t paint the coat on evenly — or on the entire nail. I’m not really sure what the problem was, because she was using OPI products.
I realize I should have complained about the service, but after spending 90 minutes on a bad manicure, I wasn’t up for waiting around to get it fixed. I learned my lesson — stick with a place I know. I was back in my regular place two days later to get my nails back to looking beautiful.

This place is the worse I’ve ever been too. I go in to get my eyebrows and widows peaked waxed first they rolled their eyes then I’m told to wait and when my friend comes out they rush me back to the room then they rush through the procedure not even trimming, didn’t wax in between my brows and left lots of hair on my widows peak I had to go home to fix it. On top of that they refused to do my friends waxing requests she usually gets done there they would only do her eyebrows because they were «busy»… there was barely anybody in there. I will never go here and I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone.

The pedicure massage was way too short! I walked up to pay and I was then told I needed to pay 2 dollars for cutting down my nails. I do not understand why I was not told this when I asked Kim the owner to cut down my nails. I am not impressed with these hidden charges and needless to say, I will not be returning!

While visiting family in Houston this past weekend, I developed a painful ingrown toenail. I was literally limping around. I called one of my Houston friends who happens to be a nurse and he recommended (to my surprise) going to a nail salon. Man was this some good advice. I called Lotus in advance to confirm that they in fact do this kind of procedure. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the shop. The instruments used were clearly sterilized (they have an autoclave in plain view) and were drawn from a sealed plastic bag. Everyone was very kind and Jessica, the tech was very sweet and caring. The owner addressed me by name as I was leaving. This was actually my first visit to a nail salon for myself. I have taken my daughters and a girlfriend on one occasion. I would highly recommend this shop. They were very reasonable too.

Great nail place and affordable too. Kim is the owner and she always knows everyone by name. I recommend them for manicure, pedicure and they do lash extensions too. Located next to Charlie’s BBQ.
