Salon Stephan

Had an appointment to get my hair cut. Had coupon to try them out for free since we got this in the mail. Drove 20 min from work to get hair done. Stephan was not there. They called him and he said he was on way. Waited 10 min and then found out he was sick and was not coming to work. Wasted my time and could have just called me to cancel in advance and I would have been ok with this. But to have me drive over there and not show up is plain rude. Think I will keep my hair guy and drive out to see him. Forget neighborhood salon!

Dora Gonzales at Salon Stephan cuts my hair. She is the kindest, most patient person and is extremely talented in her profession. Her prices are so reasonable too. She has saved my hair so many times, and fixed the times when I’ve tried to cut my bangs. I always receive compliments, especially from my 2 sons, whenever I’ve been to Dora. I went to the Blue Lagoon in Iceland this summer and did not know to put conditioner on my hair before entering the water. My hair became like straw and started to fall out, but Dora bought a product for me, called me to come in and try it. My hair was restored. She is like a doctor — a doctor that treats your hair. I lost track of Dora for several years because she moved, I lost her number and couldn’t find her. One day a few months ago she called me and I was so thankful and thrilled to find she was only one block away from our office. I would recommend Dora Gonzales to anyone — man, woman, young and old, and little children too! Her number is 713−591−3943.
