TERRIBLE costumer service at this Bellevue store. I have been to this store multiple times, and every time I’ve dealt with employees who don’t know what they are doing or just seem like they don’t want to work. One time I had an exchange, 2 employees working, one customer in front of me. I stood in line WAITING for at least 10 minutes, while the other employee just walked around the store pretending to do stuff. My exchange took less than 5 minutes. Another time I went in for Christmas and I wanted to put together a charm bracelet but I had questions, there were 4 employees and not one of them asked me if I needed help and seemed completely overwhelmed by just a handful of customers. I left came back an hour later and still left empty handed… will never waste my time at this store again.

Horrible place to work, and most of the people are rude and don’t at all care about you. They are racist!!!

While I do like many of their items, I would warn future customers to not purchase any of Brighton’s watches. The reversible bands wear out very quickly, and it is virtually impossible to find replacements for them. Brighton carries virtually no replacements, so unless you can find one on Ebay, you will be out of luck. A nice watch should be a timeless item, giving years and years of use. Brighton’s are basically disposable, unless you can find a replacement band someplace. It is this corporation’s way of getting customers to toss the whole watch… not exactly something I am eager to do with watches that cost $ 100 and up…

I have a HUGE issue with this store and their return policy. My daughter and her friends came in with gift cards on 2 different occasions. The staff would not accept them w/o ID, inferring the cards may have been stolen. To say the least, I was bothered. Message to the store: my daughter and friends earn money and don’t steal. To test their policy, I went in with the same card a few days later. No problem and no ID. Seems they target teens. Upon speaking with Chris(store manager), she turned her back to me, walked away and said she has no phone number to head office nor will she comment. I ended up calling the HO number to be told a 3rd policy, also quite rudely. This store and company needs serious customer service attention. They have lost my family business and everyone we know is aware of the incident.

Let me start by saying that Brighton is an acquired taste and while I have purchased Brighton for others, it is not something I would buy for myself. I went in before Christmas and purchased several charms for gifts for family members. Staff was so overwhelmed by the 3 customers in the store that I gave up and left, returning an hour later. Staff was rude but I was shopping for a teenager who wanted something very specific, so I put up with it. Christmas morning I opened up a jewelry roll, a present from my clueless husband. It was not only not my taste, it wasn’t a style that I would use regardless. After Christmas, I went to return the roll and asked what the return policy was. I had the credit card and copy of the bill which showed the full price of the item + sales tax, but we had misplaced the receipt. I was rudely informed that I could get store credit only and for the amount the item was on sale for at that time(30% off). I asked about returning it with a receipt and was told I could get cash, but just for the sale price. I returned home, looked for the receipt and couldn’t find it. I returned with the roll and their return policy had changed. The clerk informed me I could return the item for merchandise credit only, which would be placed on a gift card and I would be required to spend it in that store and must produce a driver’s license to use it as they were going to return the item and attach my ID to the card. This merchandise credit policy is not posted anywhere on their website, nor in the store with a copy of the return policy near the desk, nor was it on my receipt. I left the roll at the store and took the merchandise credit, which is less than what we paid for the item. I can’t even send the card to someone who will actually use Brighton products. I would have had a better time lighting $ 50 on fire. I a total made two trips to the Bellevue store just for the return and as a brand new mother, it’s not easy to do with an infant. Both times I received a different version of the return policy and every time I was there, as a customer and return, I was treated rudely. I reached out to their customer service, who informed me that both versions of the return policy are wrong and gave me a third«merchandise credit» version of the story. Completely ridiculous and worthy of a consumer inquest.

I love love love this place. The staff is so friendly and helpful and price-wise for the charms, very reasonable. It seemed like they have quite a few regulars as the sales people seem to know everyone. There was always a customer at the cash register so I think they keep quite busy even on a weekday.
