After screwing up my sandwich order twice on two separate occasions, I filled out an online survey providing some constructive but honest feedback. I received a phone call back shortly thereafter by the manager, Carmen offering to do whatever she could to make it right. I told her I rarely stop at Jack-in-the-Box but two weeks later I did stop by. I reminded her of our conversation and she personally directed the cook to make sure my sandwich was made correctly. She probably presented the brown paper bag to me announcing it was made to order. And guess what… you guessed it… it had on the very ingredients she had instructed the cook not to include! Don’t go here unless you just don’t care. Update! I recently went back and ordered some curly fries and iced tea. How could they screw that up? Well, they did. Not only where the curly fries overly greasy and overcooked they gave me a coke instead of an ice tea. No, I am not kidding.

Came through after working 14 hours at 10 pm to get dinner so I could go home and crash. Got cold, dead fries and a flat root beer. The chicken sandwich was fine. Had to repeat a few times that I wanted to buy one of the seasonal Jack antenna balls. The cashier didn’t know what I was talking about, even when I pointed at the sign advertising them on his window! He finally figured it out after starting at it for a minute. Good grief. He didn’t give me a receipt either or I would have filled out the customer survey online and let them know that this trip sucked. Food: 2 just for the sandwich, 0 for the rest Service: 1

Food is always stale. I only get the right order half the time. But the open late part is awesome.

This is the worst Jack in the Box I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. Not only were they slow(30 mins in the drive through), they forgot to give me half my order. The burgers were already cold at this point, so we had to circle around and get the remainder which was also cold.

Shocking customer service on the drive through at 10:30 in the night(tonight) by a couple of young guys manning the counters: 1. Did not have the patience to clarify what was in different sandwiches. They actually sang ‘beef meat beef meat…’ In the background after answering a question. 2. At the counter, I wanted an additional item to be added. They refused and asked me to drive round and come back again. Never had this issue at any drive through ever!!! 3. Finally, after paying with a credit card and signing, I noticed only after I had driven off that they had never given me a copy of the bill. I was looking for the bill since there is usually a reference number for giving feedback on the customer service. I am going to call up the manager in the morning to flag the terrible service!!!

Service is slow and the food isn’t that great, obviously. My wife found a hair in the food, so she called back to complain. No apology, basically just a «too bad» attitude. Eventually she got some coupons out of it, but who cares? Not coming back here.

I eat late night quite a bit & this is one of the few places open so late in the night on the Eastside. Also I love their Cheese steak melt. Usually the drive-thru service is pretty quick & good. Today however there was a young huge white guy managing the drive-thru who seemed sleepy. He seemed uninterested while taking down the order which I sensed from his tone as soon as I drove in. So I gave his specific instructions on the sandwich, curly fries, large size & diet coke. He didn’t bother confirming the order or even acknowledging that he took the order down. I had to say that is all I wanted to order for him to say OK. When I drove to the window he handed me my drink without the straw which I asked him for immediately but he shut the window & went back to his tasks. In the past the lady or another guy managing the drive-thru used to ask for any dipping I would need. However this guy didn’t & in the hurry I forgot to ask him as well. I was still OK with the experience so far because I was starving. But after I reached home I discovered that he got my order wrong & packed me a Sourdough Jack as opposed to the Sourdough Cheesemelt I had ordered. I was too hungry to drive back so I ate it. But that’s when I decided to write the review in the hope that they improve their service.

The food taste great, but man is the service s-l-o-wwwww. If you walk-in to order you will have to wait at least a good 10−15mins for your order. They take drive-thru as their #1 priority regardless if you ordered first.

This is just like any other Jack in the Box. Quick, reliable and friendly. The food is the usual, tasty and greasy. I had the Bacon Insider which is their new bacon based burger with bits in the patty and sauce. It was nice but a little heat would have made it even better. The curly fries were a lot soggier than usual. I wish there were nice and crisp like some other locations. The oreo cookie ice-cream shake was ok. The crushed cookies were too large for the straw and kept clogging it. Overall a decent JITB for a late night craving for some unhealthy sins.

When in jack in the box my daughter and i went into the bathroom as we came out a employee commented about the last people who did that get the cops called on them! Do I look like a crack head? Or my 14 year old daughter! Not only that we weren’t in there forever. Last time I checked it wasn’t illegal! Anyways we go up to the counter to order three people in a five min span walk past us, I understand being busy but at least say you’ll be with us in a moment. Third this girl is workin drive thru in the eating area. Do your job in the back how unprofessional. So we walked out never going back!

I used to go here almost every weekend night with a friend. I knew I went there too often when the guy taking my order remembered my name. The 2 for $ 1 tacos are your best bet if you want to save money and don’t care about the deep-fried tacos you’re getting. The curly fries are amazing too, but make sure you ask for ranch sauce! It completes the whole meal. Best park of Jack In The Box? Open 24⁄7!

Owing to the E. coli disaster about two decades ago, I’ve never been too excited by the thought of eating at a Jack in the Box restaurant. Even without taking the potential for getting sick into consideration, Jack in the Box still seems like a fairly low-tier fast food restaurant. This one in Bellevue is very generic, but at least it’s way better than the one in the University District. I had a coupon for this place, but I don’t think I would otherwise come here again. There seems to be a bit of a language barrier with the cashiers, but since I don’t speak Spanish, it’s not fair for me to criticize them for it. I was able to use a coupon to get an ultimate cheeseburger for free with the purchase of another ultimate cheeseburger. They wouldn’t let me use a second coupon to take a dollar off the cost, though. Bummer that you can’t combine coupons here. But since I was already getting a massive discount, I’m not going to complain about it. The service here is really quick! Do they really not make it until you order it? I hadn’t even finished filling up my drink when they already had my meal ready to pick up at the counter. I’m not too happy with the fact that they gave me a dirty cup(it was covered with soda on the outside – I wonder what could have happened to allow this), but the cup is really big! Perhaps even too big. I’m also not too happy with how they put the meal in a brown paper bag when I asked for it for here, but does it really make a difference in the long run? The ultimate cheeseburger appears to be a very puny thing for $ 4.19. I found that it’s actually quite filling, but I might be biased from eating two of them. It’s a little dry, but actually kind of good. So were the curly fries that I got; they came in a very large paper cup but had a lot of those weird little burned bits that I’m afraid to eat. They seem to be common among fast food fries, so it’s not a surprise. The whole thing for me came to $ 8.08, which is a terrific price to be full for in this economy. Like any other fast food restaurant, there are pros and there are cons. They seem to even out at this one, so I don’t know what other rating to give it.

Got a jumbo jack meals. Burger and fries taste fine. The drive thru line here however is really slow moving. Probably like 4 – 5 minutes per car wait. Go in if you are in a rush.

This Jack in the Box location is one of the better ones around. The food is standard like any location but what separates them is the fast and friendly service. They are always on point and give great service with a smile. If you are in the area and need your J-Box fix, this is the place to go!

It’s a Jack in the Box. What’s more to expect? Normally I don’t review fast-food, but this was my first taste of Western US fast food. They don’t have this place in the mid-west. Not at all THAT bad though. I’d say it could easily be called BK’s weird ‘special’ cousin. That is, very similar yet distinctive all it’s own. Meaning you’re reminded of BK but you’re left shocked asking«You deep-fried WHAT?!»

This is the only Jack in the Box that never screws up my meal! Yay for consistency. Compared to other JitB locations, the employees here are generally friendly and attentive and the food is fast and hot. Only weird that that happened is that I was eating their mini sirloin burgers [yay!] and my fiancé’s breakfast sandwich had some grilled onions on it [and he doesn’t eat onions, ever]. Kind of weird. Their croissants are never stale and their biscuits are always delicious. I’m a fan of their smoothies, however when we go through the drive-through when I get off work [5am-or-so] the ice cream machine is still down and we can’t get them. This makes for sad times, but I will continue to enjoy this location, as JitB is my favourite fast food chain widely available, and this is a particularly good one.

This Jack in the Box is one of the better ones that I have been to. I had the Homestyle Chicken Ranch Club last night, and I have to say it was my favorite JITB sandwich to date. The breakfast is way better than most of their sandwiches though. This particular JITB always has fresh food, which is totally worth a two minute wait. The staff is generally very professional, not always friendly, but they are definitely doing their jobs well. The location is really close to my place, so it is super convenient when we don’t feel like cooking or splurging on a sit-down meal.

This location is often really busy but the crew is efficient and you won’t wait too long. The food is standard-issue Jack in the Box, which I find to be better than a lot of fast food, though I like McDonald’s breakfast better. JitB doesn’t have biscuits for breakfast at all, major bummer that, but you can get the entire menu any time they’re open, which is great if you get a hash brown jones at 11 pm. It can be hard to get into this store; it’s most easily accessed going north on 148th Ave or headed west on Bel-Red Road. Once you’re in there, the drive through is much slower than going inside, so I recommend the dining room, which is basically clean and quiet. I love the ultimate cheeseburger without sauce. Their fries are good; try the curly fries for a change, and the mozzarella sticks are good but not as good as those at Red Robin. Prices are average here, service slightly better than average, and it’s no-surprise fast food.

Mmm… e coli burgers. Do you remember in 1992 or 93 when those poor people died from eating ecoli burgers in the Longview, WA Jack in the Crack? Well I worked at that one right after it happened. It was a sweet job. Pretty much nothing to do but torch burgers to the point of char. Well, I still eat at Jack’s sometimes, which is probably saying a lot. For fast food burger places, they really do a pretty good job. I hate the smell of the grease in the store though. It always makes me sick cause I worked the fryer. I doubt other people notice it, but I hate ALL fried foods there except curly fries. Anyway, this particular store is really not that great. They have the drive through where every other word cuts out and it seems like the staff is always brand new. Also, it’s really hard to get in to this one because both roads on the intersection are divided. Nevertheless, it’s just a normal jack in the box. The food is the same as any other.
