Wendy’s

This is fast food, so you should know what you’re getting already.
This particular Wendy’s is always clean and staffed by an efficient and generally professional crew. I’ve been coming here for years and I can’t remember ever having any order mixups. Great spot for a quick lunch or dinner that doesn’t leave you feeling bogged down like other chains, and light on the wallet. Yum!

I like this place. My father & i come here often. We are regulars. I have both experiences with the drive thru & going inside. At the drive thru we’ve had a few problems but nothing like what i’ve gone through with Mcdonalds. Wendy’s only messed up on my order twice within the 4 ½ years i’ve been going to this one. While waiting for food at the drive thru sometimes its busy, especially at certain hours because it takes forever to serve people at the drive thru but most time its not busy but you still have to wait a decent amount of time till you get your meal. Inside experience is good to so-​so. Because this is close by Interlake HS, the teenagers that come in are extremely loud & disrespectful on weekdays around 12:05pm-12:35pm but for the most part this place is really quiet. We’ve gone in here at dinner hours & its almost empty. I like it. Even when its full, people are either reading a newspaper and many elderly couples come here and families. They are polite people & its a good atmosphere. Now comes the FOOD. Yeah i’ve had more than enough burgers that have been sitting out here for too long. I was going to say they haven’t been doing that lately but two weeks ago, my burger was nasty. The people serving us are friendly. Mind you this place hires regularly every 4+ months. So if someone seems nervous at the counter, it might be their 1^st time. Its not as bad as Mcdonalds down by Eastgate which hire horrible servers, throw them out & hire new horrible servers again.
Overall i recommend this place. It is fast food so food can taste amazing & sometimes you might not like it but most of the time, its good.

I heard the guy at the drive thrue speaker calling me f latinos dont underetand, ofcourse i let the guy knw that i was pissed off, i dont knw why they have bilingual latinos cooking and stupid white trashes in front the desk… other day they mixed my food and tonight I had a horrible chilli and ruin my meal, I understand they are getting paid the minimum but a good attitude is a must in any job. Ill never go to this Wendy’s at bellred road.

In my opinion, Wendy’s has the best «standard» meat of the fast food places — so if I want a dollar menu burger, my vote is almost always for Wendy’s. This location’s staff has been really helpful about my avoidance of buns — they never make it seem like they’re inconvenienced to put my burger in one of the side salad containers so I can enjoy knife and forkin’ it.
I’ve never run into issues with incorrect orders in the drive thru and when I go inside I usually get similarly friendly service. There’s not a lot to say about most fast food places, but this one is quite consistent and *always* has a clean «dining room.»
Now that I work ’til 1am, it’s probably in my best interest that this place closes at 1 as well — because I pretty much always have burger cravings, and 9 times out of 10 if I want fast food — it’s Wendy’s I’m craving. Mmm.

The prices here let you know that you’re in Redmond, or close enough!
Still hoping that Unilocal will make a «Fast Food» category — as its not really ‘dining’

I think due to the increased advertising for Wendy’s (something about revamping their menu and upgrading the buildings I think) both my husband and I have been craving Wendy’s. I was a little upset to find that they’ve increased the meatiness of their Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger because I don’t like a really meaty burger, but luckily it was still a fairly small patty when I stepped in! ;) They do have good fries here too… and I really wanted a good (little) burger and fries so this was pretty perfect (especially after an attempt to go somewhere else failed b/​c they were randomly closed for what could only be a franchise holiday).
I was going to go to the location near Bellevue Square but then read the horror story from another reviewer here and swiftly changed course and came to this one (they were equidistant away so it wasn’t a big deal!). I really like this location because it’s not on a super-​ridiculously-​crowded street despite the busy streets surrounding it! It also has a sort of atrium-​like seating area, and I bet it’s nice on a sunny day with all the windows. The place itself is clean and what I expect from a Wendy’s including friendly service. I think I’ve been away from fast food for a while though because the drinks were HUGE and we only got a medium I think!
I definitely approve of this Wendy’s. When the JBC craving hits again, I’ll be back!

After having an experience from hell at the Wendy’s near Bellevue Square moments before, we arrived a few seconds before the lobby at this location closes the lobby. Sindy, the manager on duty told us the lobby was closed. However after hearing about our experience earlier she had pity on us and allowed us to dine in. The food was excellent as always and the customer service was superb. This is my favorite Wendy’s in the east side.

It’s Wendy’s. Their burgers are decent though their buns have more sugar in them than any other fast-​food restaurant (that’s why you like them). LOL Their fries are good. Their chili is tasty. The baked potatoes are a nice switch-​up. Their value menu is more extensive than many places.
I’ve been going to this location since 1998. One of the staffers has been there all those years (he’s really friendly) and several of the others have been there many years. I always like to see that; it’s a sign of good management and it means that other things are probably being done right as well.
You know you’ve been going to a place for too long, and too frequently, when somehow you forget to pay at the drive-​thru one day, and when you go back the next day and say, «I forgot to pay yesterday, I think it was about $ 4, here you go, sorry» they say, «that’s OK, we knew you’d be back today!» That made me lay off it for a while (switching to Burger King) but lately I’ve been back because I do love a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger. Just the right size… so many burgers are too big, too many calories.

As far as Wendy’s restaurants go, this is a great location. On one hand, it is fast food so how much can you really expect, but they always do a great job of providing good food quickly and with a smile.
The dining area is always clean and well kept and the staff is always friendly and in control whether helping one person or while trying to work through a long line during lunch rush.

I love Wendy’s but this one stinks. I had a coupon from Wendy’
for a dollar off a premium burger and they wouldn’t accept my coupon. Seriously lame, I won’t go back there.

Back when I was in high school, pretty much everyone went here for lunch because our high school cafeteria was disgusting. So many students went here that the manager of this location was even in our senior class video…
The context of this story is that you probably don’t want to go here between 12:15 and 1:00pm because it’s going to be crowded with students (unless things have changed in the last ten years).

On the way home from school (my son’s) today, we made a pit stop at this place. I used to work right across the street from this place and it was pretty much the only place to eat, so I’ve been here a lot. Anyway, it’s a normal Wendy’s… what do you want?
I friggin hate that they put like an inch of mayo on everything, but it’s tolerable for fast food. It should be illegal to put mayo on hamburgers unless it has wasabi or garlic in it.
