We ordered to go and the cashier was really helpful and friendly. He explained to me that the fill-up boxes for $ 5 deal has ended for a month, and they are like $ 5.5 now. We actually tried the Nashville hot chicken at home and it’s not that good. The spice is good enough for me, but my husband’s piece has very little meat. He said it’s like he ordered spicy chicken skin or something lol. We got a survey code to fill the survey to get a coupon as well.

I went here on 1÷20÷2016. While ordering on the intercom the lady sounded belligerent and I had to repeat my order multiple times. At the window the lady continued acting belligerent, she seemed confused and said some non-sequiturs. She had to have been inebriated. I come to this kfc often because it’s right by my house. I have ordered from this lady before and she’s usually quiet and pleasant. I pull away from the window and look at my order… it’s missing multiple items and the soda has no syrup in it. This whole ordeal is beyond bad. I created this Unilocal account just to type this review in the hopes that the franchise owner will see this and clean this place up. I have never been satisfied with this KFC, I consider it a good trip if they actually get my order right. Please clean up your store

I am really displeased with the service at the Factoria location. We ordered the $ 5 fill up bowl and ended up being given only a bowl of gravy with corn. Seriously!!! How do you not even know how to make your own products. My wife got the chicken littles combo and the chicken was cold, bread was extremely doughy like it wasn’t baked all the way and the fries were stale. To top it off she asked if we wanted sauce and we said BBQ, she still failed to give us the sauce. Oh and we tried calling the store, only to find out the number was out of service. They can’t even pay their bills. Wish I could give them negative stars.

The KFC at Factoria was the worst that I have visited. I ordered a 7 piece meal. They gave me 6 pieces of chicken and no butter or honey for the biscuits which were dry and stale. I tried to call and of course the line was off. That’s why this location constantly receives one star by the Unilocalers.

I used to go there about once every month or two, but ever since they changed management, this place is a disaster. Orders were messed up, and they wouldn’t take the coupons I’ve been using all these years. The online coupons on Groupon and clearly stated to display the screen to the cashier, but the cashiers here wouldn’t take them unless I print these coupons out. This was the only fast food I’d get and now I don’t go to fast food at all – which is good. Thank you Bellevue KFC for being crappy.

Same thing happened again to my friend who visited my home and brought some food from this KFC. 10 hot wings were replaced by a sandwich. They decided not going back to replace because it was time consuming. Make sure to check your take-out order before you leave if you don’t want surprise. Or, why bother, just choose somewhere else.

Dont eat here bad service bad management. I have eaten here for many years this location is usually 20 min to get through the drive through and they never have grilled chicken and after 8 or 9 pm they won’t cook any more chicken so if you want chicken try safeway or QVC this store is a franchise and it seems the management doesn’t care. if I find out who owns it I’ll post the info

I visit this location about 3 – 4 times a month and they are out of grilled chicken EVERYTIME I go there… this was my last visit to this location. I literally walked out this time. As another reviewer stated I recently have noticed I feel queasy after eating here. Skip this location.

re: Dinner thru Drive-Thru I always take advantage of the coupons or circulars in the weekend papers to take advantage of deals rather than paying full price. I ordered one of the buckets that should have contained white meat pieces with dark pieces instead of just dark. I only live about 10 minutes away, so I was a little disappointed when i got home that it was all dark pieces. So I quickly called them back, they were very apologetic and Farrel(sp?), the evening manager, helped me correct the problem. So I drove back and he fixed the order. Farrel was really nice about it and I will continue to return this KFC location.

So KFC is one of those fast food joints I stay away from as I always feel sick after eating here, and I am really trying to stay away from fast food. I am !! … But tonight on my way to work I had a craving and figured I would give it another go. Not a good idea. Service through the drive through was fast and the worker was friendly– Ordered a 6 piece hot wing, potato wedges and a drink. And a Chicken Breast for dinner later… The wings were not crispy and really veiny(disgusting) I only got through two and in the garbage they went. The potato wedges were good and the pepsi was a pepsi, nothing to report with that. The Chicken Breast was not good. It just tasted strange. But it was reheated so maybe that has something to do with it so this review goes from one star to two… I kept picturing all the propaganda of chickens and how they are fattened up fast for slaughter as this breast was really big. This chicken was super big and probably very unhappy stuffed in a cage being so big. Images of Humane Society and Peta undercover videos kept going through my mind as I attempted to eat this really big I am sure hormone filled breast. So after a few bites I stopped… Couldn’t do it. Thanks KFC for reminding me that being a vegetarian or vegan is a better way to eat and be. Not that I am leaning that way but after eating meat like this its surely in my future. Ugh…

It’s fast food I know, but the Asian drive thru lady should be replaced if they plan on staying around. She’s rude, looks like she hates life and doesnt say a thing when she takes your money or hands you your food. I rarely eat fast food but I’d never return to that establishment. Just thinking of the service ruins my day.

Worst location I’ve been to. Drivethru cashier was rude and I had to keep repeating what I wanted. When I got to the window she stared at me awkwardly and then proceeded to drop my change while handing it over to me. No apology. Nothing. Stay away from this location. now I know I shouldn’t have high expectations of customer service at a fast food restaurant but after the experiences I’ve had at the Redmond location I know it is possible and makes me want to come back. this location is closer to where I live so I figured I would give it a try. when we walked in my boyfriend had to use the restroom and I didn’t know what I wanted so when the guy behind the counter asked me what I wanted I told him it would be a minute. he proceeded to stare at me awkwardly then asked me we’ll do you know if it will be for here or to go? while my boyfriend was in the bathroom it was the most awkward time. I have never felt so uncomfortable someplace where I was the customer. the guy just good behind the register and stared at me and didn’t say anything. there was only two people in the lobby and no one in line. meanwhile all the lobby tables were dirty so I think he could have made better use of his time then just staring at me. the talk skinny gentlemen with dark hair appeared to be high out of his mind in my opinion. literally lacked any customer service skills no smile hello, welcome to KFC or anything. I was disappointed that they were out of BBQ sauce when that’s the whole reason I ordered the chicken tenders. anyways the worst customer service I have seen was when this cute little boy was leaving he yelled to the gentlemen behind the counter«bye thank you» confused why he got no response he repeated the same expression three times and not one worker said a thing. apparently the high cashier didn’t care or notice this cute little boy standing right in front of him saying«bye thank you» it was seriously one of the saddest things I have witnessed. I saw a sign saying they are hiring which is a good thing so maybe they can replace the emotionless non caring kid behind the counter seriously they could hire a robot and it would be an improvement. it’s sad I will not be back to this location because I honestly really like KFC guess I’ll just have to drive further to the one in Redmond when they actually understand the word customer service. I feel that this location truly lacks effective management and needs a serious turn around if it’s going to survive in this community. I hope KFC realizes that the cashier in particular represents their company they are the face of KFC and people will remember a good customer service experience like the one I receive at Redmond where the cashier smiles and knows my order. I hope this review helps KFC management realize the changes that need to take place at this location if they want customers to return. wow u thought this couldn’t get any worse and don’t even believe what I just witnessed. apparently if you are Asian and friends with the Asian girl behind the counter then you get an entire bag of free food. I don’t even believe the amount of employee theft I just witnessed never once did they oh to the register thy simply spoke to the Asian girl and she came back with a whole bag of food and handed it to the two gentlemen where’s my free food? looked like employee theft to me! wow unbelievable do they think people are stupid and no one saw that? where is the manager? terrible!

Try to get here before or after noon! This is fast food and you shouldn’t have to wait 10 minutes for your food. Prices are the highest I’ve seen in the area for a KFC. The order-taker on the day I went in was somewhat rude and unapologetic when the 2 ladies’ order in front of me was forgotten about. My order was marked as ‘to go’ when I was eating there. It was set on the counter without announcing my ‘number’. One is just supposed to assume that the last 2 digits of «7416» is the number they are calling out. I had the smallest portion of chicken with my meal — very disappointing. I only go to KFC if I have a coupon anyway — it’s just too darn expensive otherwise.

Ok, you have to have expectations, walking into one of the major fast food chains, like KFC. This particular location in Factoria strikes me as a well oiled machine. There was someone eagerly awaiting to take my order and by the time a stepped away to get my self serve drink, my order was in front of me. It made me ask, «is that mine?» It caught my attention and I took a second look at the kitchen and seating area and noticed everything is spotless and well organized. The food itself was, meh, but I didn’t have high expectations for that.
