Decent. Got a carne asada burrito. I used to live in San Diego, so maybe I’m more critical, but I wasn’t too impressed, but I wouldn’t say it was bad either. Just average.

The tacos were good! Loaded with meat and good sauce. The burrito was filling but felt like a burrito with just rice, beans, and beef. Not a bad place for some quick food. I’ll definitely get the tacos again.

Authentic mexican according to my mexican friend! Never thought I would find authentic mexican food in Seattle. Even in Los Angeles all I found was tex-mex. I love the street tacos!

I have used Los Chilangos for two catering work events and both times, they were amazing. They are very easy to deal with, get the orders exactly right, stay and help in a huge way and on top of that, the food is amazing. Everyone at my work loved the food and is still raging about it. Highly recommend for work events.

Possibly my new favorite Mexican spot. Got myself a carne asada burrito for $ 6. Not the best thing ever but tasty and filling. The GF got three street tacos: al pastor, beef tongue, and chicken(best to worst in that order). Definitely skip the chicken, it’s like at all other Mexican joints; a little bit dry and salty. Didn’t try al pastor myself, but the beef tongue was really good. Reminded me of beef brisket or roast beef. The horchata was really good too. Staff really friendly. The hours listed on Unilocal were wrong. Open until 8pm weekdays and 6pm Saturday.

Street Tacos! $ 1.75 and sooo meaty! I tried the pollo(not my fav here) but the pork?! Yummmmmmm! Al pastor with pineapple, is the best taco. And plenty of meat. Plenty! Horchata $ 2/medium or $ 4 /large– very good. Authentic, not watered down! Also they’re open later then Unilocal hours*** Weekdays 8:00 pm and Saturday 6pm.

Love this taco truck! Their burritos are huge, their tacos and meat are fresh and you can’t beat the price for how much you get! Anytime I drive by I’m tempted to stop by and grab something! Check them out!

I got E. coli 0157: H7 from Los Chilangos. Thanks Los Chilangos! In August 2015 I got E. coli 0157: H7 from eating at Los Chilangos. At least 8 other people were also sickened, 3 were hospitalized, and one poor girl even developed Hemolytic Uremic Syndrome(HUS, a.k.a. Kidney Failure). The King County Department of Heath shut down Los Chilangos on August 27 but they were allowed to reopen again in September. Here were the reasons sited for the closure: Reasons: Potentially hazardous foods at unsafe temperatures Improper cooling of potentially hazardous foods Inadequate facilities to control temperature of potentially hazardous food, cold holding Foods not protected from cross contamination Continued operation of the facility constitutes an imminent health hazard Ongoing investigation of possible foodborne illness outbreak You can read about Los Chilangos and their recent E. coli outbreak in the Seattle Times: Or just do a google search for«los chilangos e coli» or «los chilangos seattle times»(without quotes) to see the recent news regarding this issue. Food trucks have a certain cachet but sometimes when an establishment looks a little questionable it really is.

Horrible the food was bad and I got diarrhea the next day so bad I couldn’t even move! Then come to find out a few months later they had to close several of these trucks due to a whole bunch of people getting sick. I’m good on ever going back and I am now even on the fence about trying food from a truck ever again.

This place is so delicious I’m so sad it’s in Bellevue I wish it was closer to home I got the carne asada torta and at first I thought it was pricey at 6.50 because the average price for a torta at other taco stands is $ 5 but the price is definitely fair because it’s huge and they stuffed it with meat I mean stuffed! And the meat is really juicy and flavorful :))

I ordered the plate of three tacos, each with a different meat… chicken, carne asada and chorizo + carne asada(chupa cabras). The chupa cabras had the most flavor… a little smoky, and the perfect amount of heat. This was my favorite out of the three as it was the most savory. The chicken was good. It had a sweeter taste to it, which was pretty unique. I was a little disappointed with the carne asada, which didn’t have the grilled flavor that I would expect. It could have used more seasoning and was on the drier side. The serving size was substantial and the pricing is reasonable($ 6⁄3 tacos). If you’re in a rush, the food here is prepared really quickly compared to other food trucks. My order was ready by the time I was done paying.

I usually get the Al Pastor tacos at either the Issaquah or Sammamish Farmers Market. I like how the marinated pork is cooked on a vertical rotisserie and the tacos are served with fresh pineapple. Pineapple and pork is a great pairing and they can make it spicy with their salsa. When I am really hungry I get the Tortas as the sourdough bread, black beans, and my meat choice again, al pastor-brightened up with cilantro and onions is really filling. This Wednesday at the Sammamish Farmers Market I ordered the fish tacos and agua de horchata. The fish was grilled to order and was two generous sized filets when assembled onto the flour tortilla filled the paper plate end to end becoming my new favorite dish at the Farmers Market.

I literally attend every farmers market on the Eastside to find these people. Have been at the Sammamish, Issaquah, and Bellevue farmers markets and even all the way down to Seattle Center one day. There is NOTHING better than their al pastor tacos, or a torta with pork. Seriously going to hire them to cater my wedding. After I find a husband ok with having a wedding catered by a taco truck.

Authentic real carne asada tacos! Food was made quickly after ordering. Customer service was great. Be sure to ask for salsa on the side! I will be back weekly!

Cabeza taco(head or cheek), very fresh. One of the best tacos I’ve had. Always people there. I traveled from covington just to try them out and it was worth it! Friendly people, plenty of space.

So I blindly came here, thinking it was going to be pretty amazing… I’m not sure I would say it was, probably something right in the middle. I came here for a torta. a simple sandwich, with good meaty filling… yeah, it was just okay. I have been to Mexico, I have been to LA, San Diego, Texas, Arizona, new Mexico, Utah. Yes Utah(I’m talking about Red or Blue iguana)… had feel I have a grasp on good Mexican, either from a sit down or food stand. and this place ranks okay. The bread needs a little more to it, and the meat, was not as seasoned as I felt it should have been. Granted, I order Tortas from most food stands, I am a bit of a snob when it comes to it. Would I come here again, perhaps… but maybe something different.

I just got my Horchata and burrito fix this morning from Los Chilangos at the Ballard Farmer’s Market, where they sell each weekend. Hands down, this place sells the BEST Horchata(rice, cinnamon, vanilla, milk) drink I’ve ever tasted. My husband who doesn’t like Horchata drank some of mine and then bought his own. It was so rich, smooth, and the perfect balance of sweet and creamy. They price it just right, $ 2.50. The vendor made a joke, «We should bottle this stuff, eh?»(most definitely, hombre). I also had their steak and egg burrito, which has some refried beans, potato, and eggs thrown in there for a hearty breakfast kick(have to get in those veggies somewhere!). Hubby ordered the egg and chorizo burrito. We love this stall and will be on the look out for the taco truck in Bellevue.

Disclaimer: I’m from LA. I don’t get it. I mean it’s just okay. It’s not bad but is it something to write home about? No. I tried their speciality, the al pastor tacos with pineapples on top. It was okay but I feel like rinconcito does a better job. The service is super friendly but I can’t rate it on service alone. I’m in no way comparing the tacos to LA standards but it’s just meh. Sorry, to dissent from the consensus.

I ate at Los Chilangos at the Edmonds Farmer’s Market on Saturday. YUM! I had 3 soft tacos(one each of beef, pork and chicken) and it was a generous amount of food for $ 6, and incredibly delicious! It’s hard to pick a favorite between the three meats because they were all tender, juicy, and flavorful. The pork taco had pineapple on it which was a nice touch. Writing this review is making me drool!!!
