My wife forgot purse they save it! Thank for manager! We remembered about it only after 40 minutes in a very different place. very pleased that such a respectable team works here

This McDonald’s isn’t bad, but it isn’t great either. I think my biggest complaint about this location is that it’s consistently slow. There’s two drive in lands that merge into one(be careful with the impatient aggressive drivers). It takes a while to get your food(10 minutes when it’s a busy time or 8 p.m. at night?!). Fed up with the slow drive-thru experience, I now park and walk inside, which isn’t much better. I’ve been there at lunchtime, and there’s been one cashier and a line to the door. If you park closer to the drive-in, be prepared to get potentially blocked in by the long line. Hectic place, and the quality of the food is what you’d expect at a McDonald’s – cheap.

Bad service!!! I saw a long line for drive thru so decided to just go in and order. Well when I got there there was a customer that came from the drive thru and wanted her money back because her food took too long and she politely asked for her money back. And they just told her to wait. So she just left because she was running late she didn’t get her food or money back. I was standing there for about a good 8 minutes. And there was nobody in line but me. Seemed like they were unorganized and messed up a lot on peoples order through drive thru. I just left I didn’t have time to stand there and wait for them to take my order. I wouldn’t come back again.

The delivery agent at the window was sweeping the floor as we pulled in through the drive thru, he puts the garbage in bare hands, pushes it to make more space. notices us, he heads over to the counter picks up our burger, fills up coke in the same bare hands and delivers it. I am not going here any more. no matter how clean it is. at back end its really ugly. Run. don’t ever go here.

By far the worse McDonald’s I have ever been too double check your order. Then be prepared to be treated like crap if they mess up your order because it’s your fault they can figure out between a large and medium fry or sweet tea and unsweetened. There’s always an issue here and I have given them so many chances and it never improves. The only reason I come back to this location is because it’s the closes one to my house. The sad thing is, it was the Asst. Manager of the store. No customer service here.

What can you say, it’s Mcdonalds. This location is always neat and clean though, which I appreciate.

The food was pretty normal McDonald’s fare, but I was disappointed with the manager. I was there at lunch during the world cup, and when I asked if they could change the channel to the world cup I was given a flat no with no explanation. I found this odd for two reasons: first, the channel it was on was CNN, and if we’re being honest not many of the McDonald’s lunch crowd is going to be watching CNN; second, they are currently having a world cup prize game going on, and I couldn’t even watch the world cup that they were advertising for.

i have to say this McDonalds is one of the nicest ones i have been to. touchless faucets in the bathroom. and a large flat panel tv in the dining room. the fries I got were fresh out of the fryer. and with some extra salt they hit the spot.

This is one of the better McD’s around and I can’t believe I’ve never Unilocaled it. My son turned five today and he was BUILT from sausage biscuits from this location! LOL Traffic in and out can be a pain and the double-lane drive-through ordering station does not seem to speed things up, it just annoys me because somehow I always end up in the slower lane. The drive-through order takers are awesome and friendly, especially the older Asian folks that work weekday mornings. They will get to know you and their daily greeting is warm and sincere. That cheers me up more than the food, which is purely by the franchise notebook.

A few days ago, I was having my car serviced. Rather than head home, I decided to stay in the area and work until my car was ready. I was expecting it to take 3 hours at most, but it stretched to nearly 6. I found myself jumping from coffee shop to coffee shop in that time. The problem with this plan is that this area of Bellevue doesn’t have many coffee shops with free wi-fi. And it is pretty much a Starbucks monopoly zone. I recalled my visit to a McDonald’s in Hawaii being somewhat pleasant for working from, so I decided to give this location a try. I was surprised by the look of the restaurant. It doesn’t have the McDonald’s design of old which made it clear that it was a fast food burger joint. The layout of this McD’s feels like a mish mash burger joint and café. You have the usual fast food sort of tables, but they also have café type furniture with TVs in the seating area. Although I thought it was going to be weird working from a McDonald’s, it turned out to be not so bad. I kind of went into a zone and did my thing. Didn’t have any wi-fi issues. The connection was good. Being a fast food joint, the noise level in the restaurant especially at lunch time was high. If you are looking for a quieter dining/working environment, Starbucks is the way to go. Though if you need to work through your lunch, then McDonald’s is good for that reason as the meal options at Starbucks are a bit lacking. Not to mention the coffee drink prices are more affordable.

Can’t believe that I’ve never Unilocaled this McD’s… for years it was the only McDonald’s close to downtown Bellevue with a drive-thru(and stayed open late). I’ve been here far more times than I care to admit. I can’t ever remember having any major problems at this location. We actually went in and sat in the newly remodeled inside(it’s kinda of futuristic looking and little one insisted upon sitting at the«bar» with the funky stools). Food was your typical McD’s…

I go here regularly. The service is so-so. I routinely get diet coke when I ask for regular. I get half-full boxes of fries. Half the time the food I order isn’t fresh or has been sitting in a warmer of too long. But… it’s fast food. So I can’t really complain about all that. Today, my wife went in for one of the $ 1 Frappes they’ve been promoting all weekend. The ads in the paper and online all say«through Sunday». When we went in to treat ourselves to a cheap treat, the workers said the promotion ended on Saturday. A protest brought out the manager, who said the same thing. Saturday was the last day. We drove off disappointed. As we drove by the McD’s restaurant a mile down the road, the ad in the window said«$ 1 Frappes». We drove in and they happily sold us 2 saying, «No… the promotion is through Sunday.» We stopped in at 3 – 4 more just to check on our way home. All had $ 1 Frappes for sale and all said that Sunday was the last day. I called the first McDonald’s and got a manager on the phone. I told her that the other stores were honoring the promotion, and that the print and online ads all said«through Sunday». The manager said it was out of her hands, that«The system downloads the prices and she can’t change them.» 1) If that were true, why is her’s the only store without the promo. 2) I used to work at McDonald’s as a manager in college. I KNOW that a manager can choose to honor any coupon or promotion at any time. This woman flatly refused to admit she was in error. For this, I rate 2 stars. The food quality is inconsistent, and the service is getting worse. Even for fast food, this is unacceptable.

I have been coming to this McDonalds for years like others mentioned not because of the food but because of their service. They are super nice, really clean and know how to get your order done swiftly with precision. This place was also renovated, they added new seating and some TVs! Let me share one of my fond memories of this McDonalds with you. I remember one time my friend had his 22nd birthday here, it was odd but whatever floats his boat. We brought cake but didn’t have plates so we asked the staff if they could help and they kindly delivered :).

I remember when this place use to have a play area where the picnick tables are now. That was 13+ years ago. Now the newly remodeled mcdonalds is even better then ever! With a beautiful inside, it makes you feel like your not in a fast food restrant anymore. With actual cousions, white top tables & a beautiful asain style to it, this is one mcdonads you must eat at. The food is quality. Unlike other close mcdonalds to the area, they actually take the time to prepare your food. Not over cook it, not under cook it, not squish it, not make a mess of your burger, they are just right. A few times i had to say«you messed up my order, may i have another burger» But with the new workers to the restrant, they deserve a break. They are new, not their fault if they missed a «no pickles» on your order. The drivethrou has two speaker boxes, making it alot faster but sometimes thats not always the case. I’ve had trouble understanding what a person is saying sometimes on the other end. Again if they are new, i don’t blame them but it makes both the people working there & the customer very stressed out. I recommend going inside & taking it to go. Waiting time for your order shouldn’t take long, its pretty quick unless staff is low that day, which it always isn’t so the place is pretty lively. I hope you find my review to be helpful. I’ve been going to that Mcdonalds for 19 years now, ever since i was a baby & i still find it enjoyable. :]

I think everyone knows what McDonalds food is like, so I wont write much about it. The reason why this is my favorite McDonalds is because the service is really nice. I have grown up with McDonalds. My family had McDonalds literally ever Saturday. Happy Meals really do make me happy, even today! :) In high school, after I got my car, I would eat McDonalds for breakfast, and lunch. The thing that made my day everyday was sitting through the drive through and having the old asian man greet me every morning. I think he really remembered me. He always had a smile on his face. In the afternoon, there was a young asian girl there with blonde hair who would make small conversations with me. And they never get my order wrong. They give me exactly what I ask for. Thank you for being the best McDonalds ever. Other McDonalds are just not up to par. Breakfast: Sausage Biscuit meal with Orange Juice or 2 Sausage Biscuits with Orange Juice Any sandwich with sausage is good. Lunch: Big Mac Meal with Coke Happy Meal with Double Cheeseburger I eat everything else too, but those are my go to meals :) PS. I am 115lbs… just dont Supersize your meal…

McDonald’s! Newly remodeled! Same as every other McDonald’s, if you don’t get out of the car. No, really, it’s just as you think it is. This place gets props for being always clean, having a double lane drive thru and for the overly enthusiastic guy who always tries to sell you an apple pie. This place gets unprops for charging a quarter for a half full ramekin of tartar sauce. Otherwise? It’s still just McDonald’s… it’s not the *worst* thing you can eat, but it’s certainly willing to vie for that position…
