I eat here on occasion because I like the white chicken chili, but for some reason the wait is always more than 15 minutes. Even when it is dead

Great customer service and neat soda machine. I am longtime Taco Time fan and this is a convenient location. I love that it is a PNW company and sources food locally. Also has some healthier options!

This food is dry, tasteless and boring and cold! It is downright yuck! I would rather have Taco Bell over taco time. I would rather go without Mexican food altogether than to eat Taco Time!

I have been going to TT for a long time. Go about once a week to get a salad and my son gets 2 taco meal(includes mexi fries and a drink). One time I didn’t get the fries. The next time I went back I asked if I could get the fries since they were left off. I was told since I hadn’t called the day I was shorted I was not due any fries. This was after I had ordered the salad and two tacos. What… I’m trying to cheat Taco Time out of an order of Mexi Fries by ordering $ 13.00 of food? Crazy. Terrible customer service. No apology, no solution offered. Won’t go back… going to OOba Tooba from now on. Also a local company with really good food.

Some of the nicest guys working at this location that I’ve found here in the Bellevue area. Don’t listen to the naysayers. This was a very fresh tasting soft taco. The«meal» was pretty yummy, too. Chips, sweet potato tots and a natural chicken soft taco. I like that Taco Time is part of the original chain of WA restaurants, and they source locally/make things fresh to order. Very good alternative when you don’t eat«regular US Fast Food»(aka McDonald’s, Burger King, Taco Bell.). Looking forward to trying more of their menu items.

Would not make a kid size Veggie Taco. Guess that kids aren’t allowed to be vegetarians!

Urged to retry by my intern, I made the mistake of again wasting money on this«I saw some Tex-Mex in the freezer aisle at Walmart and decided to start an entire friggin’ gross franchise based on Don Juan’s Taquitos» sorry excuse for food. This place sucks. Also: DIRTY. Never going to make this mistake again.

I have been a fan of Taco Time since the early 2000s and have yet to have had a horrible experience. HOWEVER…the other day… I was given moldy cheesy at the Taco Time in Factoria. It was a really horrible experience. This is will not deter me from going back next week, I have been living away from Washington for 6 years and I have missed Taco Time dearly however… that was just gross.

This Taco Time recently got an incredibly cool digital self serve soda machine where you can mix a wide variety of flavored syrups with a wide variety of sodas, which introduced me to me new favorite drink: Peach Sprite. This is the only thing particularly remarkable about this specific Taco Time location in terms of food, but I would also like to mention the politeness of the staff. An older women came in while my boyfriend and I were eating and started being a complete COW to the employees(«How does this machine work? This is ridiculous! What, I have to pour my own water now?!?»). The employees handled it incredibly gracefully and somehow refrained from punching her in the face, which I found quite impressive.

While I generally try to stay away from fast food chains, Taco Time is one of my favorites and every now and then I get a craving that can’t be denied. I also had a gift card from a Groupon deal. They didn’t mess up my order, I didn’t get sick, and the employees were pleasant — about all one could expect or hope for.

I have always been a fan of Taco Time and was very happy to find this location near my work a while back. Have been here for lunch on several occasions and my main compliment to the restaurant is overall consistency pertaining to the quality of food, service, and representation of the brand. Some people will compare Taco Time to Taco Bell but I would say they are in two completely different leagues. Taco Bell is basic junk food akin to potato chips and sugary cereals. Granted Taco Time is still within the realm of fast food but they do use a higher grade of ingredients in their products and you can truly tell there is a difference.

5 minute wait to order the food at the drive thru, only thing keeping me there was a kidlet on the verge of starvation. Total time at drive thru — 16 minutes, number of screwed up or cold food items — 5. Thanks but no!

My first time at any Taco Time. I didn’t really have any expectations for a place like this, but it does seem of slightly higher quality than a taco bell. Kind of like a fast-er food Chipotle without hotter options. As I hadn’t been here before, I had one of their $ 6 chicken soft tacos. It was ok. The house picante was alright and is dispensed from one of those bulk ketchup type containers. For what it is, it’s fine. Don’t go to a discount theater and expect broadway productions. Don’t come here and expect awesome food.

Save your money… go to Taco Bell. The meal was not tasty and I ended up throwing almost all of it away.

Pretty bad. Even worse than Taco Bell, and that’s sad all by itself. Tater Tots instead of fries? Sure I like Tater Tots… it brings the feel of Mexico to me when I eat them. I think of Acapulco when eat tater tots… I mean seriously, WTF?

I haven’t eaten fast food for at least five years, maybe more. Though, I will admit freely that my definition of what’s fast food and what isn’t is quite fuzzy. There are a great many places that fall within the fast food fringe, and therefore I allow myself to frequent those places on occasion — Subway, Dick’s, Qdoba. Hypocritical? Oh, hell yes. But as far as mainstream, nationally recognized fast food chains, like McDonald’s, Burger King and Taco Bell, I just say no. It’s an industry I’ve chosen to shun, because there’s just so much wrong with it, and yes, it’s also because I saw«Super Size Me» and I’m easily persuaded by the media. Nevermind that the food is laced with crack and making America’s kids obese. However, against all better judgment, I decided to break my anti-fast food streak by going to, of all places, Taco Time. I mean, seriously, I must’ve been smoking crack to think this was a good idea. But somehow, I found myself there today, the words, «I’ll have the two taco combo» coming out of my mouth with ease, almost as if someone else was speaking them for me. The devil? Quite possibly. I was quickly served my two tacos with a side of tots. Let me repeat that for those who didn’t hear it in the back. Taco Time’s got tater tots! Because that’s the logical accouterment to Mexican-inspired fare. Calling them«Mexi-fries» does not make them anything other than tots. And greasy tots, at that. But did I eat them anyway? Heck yes, I did. I also managed to eat the two beef tacos, which were kind of stale and chewy, the whole time wondering how I would break the news to my husband. As I guiltily quasi-crunched away, my cell phone rang, and it was him. I ignored the call, as I wasn’t ready to divulge my indiscretion just yet. When I got home from work, I saw him checking our bank account online. Uh oh. Him: «What is this?! $ 5.71 at Taco Time? Jenifer Leigh …» Me: «Heh. My co-worker made me do it. But if it’s any consolation, it wasn’t worth it.» Him: «Damn straight, it wasn’t!» Me: «Yeah, I’m pretty sure what I’ll be going through in the bathroom in a couple hours is punishment enough.» I’m also fairly certain that I can feel Taco Time re-dehydrated beef filling rushing through my blood stream, mercilessly mocking me. Never, ever again. I am so ashamed.
