Got a quote from this guys for two springs almost 580 $ the person doesn’t seems to be giving me a fair price for those type of springs anyway high pressure to buy and downgrade the price every 5 minute seems to be bizarre to me not acceptable

These guys were out the day after we called them, very early in the time window we were given. Victor came in and within 2 seconds of looking at the problem he told us the spring was broken. He gave us a couple of options and helped us make the right decision for us. He also did a service on the hinge and rails, and replaced a broken gear in the box as well.
Reasonably priced, very friendly service, and prompt response. Highly recommended, much like the other reviewers so far.

These are the people you want to work with when you need service on your garage door. Very honest & conscientious outfit. My garage spring broke late yesterday afternoon & they were out first thing this morning to fix it. While he was at it he did a servicing on both doors & openers. Now both move smoothly and quietly. Showed me how to do periodic maintenance on the doors to keep them in good working order. Very impressed — when it comes time to replace the garage door opener I’ll do business with them!

Spring broke on Sunday night — heard it snap (ugh — that was scary). Called at 8am on Monday to get a quote and time. Victor shows up 20 minutes later. Job done in an hour. Got a few instructions as to how to maintain better. Just all around excellent service, no extra charges, no trying to upsell or any other nonsense.

Found this company through Angie’s List, where they have the highest rating, and it is very justified. I called about an old garage door that would not open and they were there the same afternoon. The problem was quickly diagnosed (safety stops were broken) and repaired. The cost was very reasonable and there was no attempt to upsell or make an unnecessary replacement.

Purchased a voucher for a garage door tune-​up and the company contacted me very quickly to schedule the services.
The technician called when he was within 20 minutes of arriving and was well within the time window.
The service was for replacing the rollers and lubricating the track. He did all of this in a very timely manner.
Additionally, without me asking, he wanted to know if I was using my exterior garage door opened. This is a new house and we were never given the code, so I hadn’t used it. He reprogrammed it for no additional charge. Service like that is hard to find these days.

I had Door Works out yesterday to fix a broken spring and I was completely satisfied. They were prompt, efficient, reasonably priced, helpful and easy to work with. It’s never fun when your garage door makes a loud bang and stops working. But as far as repairs go, this was extremely smooth and easy. They gave my door a little tune up and some grease. (It’s so quiet now!) I’m good to go for another decade or so. Totally recommend these guys.
