Updated review: I went back to the restaurant and had completely different experience. We were seated and served quickly. The food was very good and the staff were attentive to our needs. So happy I went back!

The food is pretty pricey for the quality. My meal tasted mostly like salt, and I think my grocery store has better tiramisu.(Let’s be real though, tiramisu is always worth eating, even when it’s mostly whipped cream.) None of it was inedible, we finished everything; and I would have been happy enough if the final bill was half the price. The service was good, though!

I’d give 4.5 stars if I could. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because while I came away from the meal without complaints, I also wasn’t wowed at the same time, and I reserve the 5 stars for the places that I feel were really special. To start, we had the fried cauliflower with lemon caper drizzle appetizer which was highly recommended by the server. It was good, but quite salty. When we mentioned that to the server, they were able to remove the item from our bill, which was actually really nice since we weren’t even expecting that. Then we had the Tutta Bella pizza with a side of ceasar salad, both of which tasted just fine. We ended the meal with the Bottega Italiana gelato for dessert which was also pretty yummy. All in all, the whole meal was good, but nothing really wowed us, if that makes sense. We’ll have to try it again, though, to see if anything changes :)

I love the pizza and other food at Tutta Bella! The salad, calamari, and pizzas we ordered were all excellent. They are very kid-friendly. The Bambino plain cheese pizza is perfect for kids or adults! The only thing that bothered me is that our server tried to take our plates away not once, not twice, but three times while we were still eating! What is up with that? We weren’t there a very long time and there were lots of empty tables around us so I don’t understand the need to rush us. We will definitely be back when in the area when hopefully, we can finish our meals without fighting to keep our plates!

The pizza is on point and the waiters are friendly. However, the last time I was here for lunch, I opted for the neapolitan lasagna and the minstrone soup instead. While the lasagna was overall pretty tasty, it would’ve been better if it had less salt. I had a similar issue with the soup, which I found much more difficult to finish without having to constantly drink water due to how unexpectedly salty it was. The panna cotta I had for dessert was delicious though. Overall, I’d definitely recommend the pizzas since this is, after all, a pizzeria. But I’ll probably shy away from the lasagna or the pasta given my last experience.

It’s all about two things at Tutta Bella, the happy hour and the staff. Happy hour offers wine, spirits, small bites and pizzas, truly a varied selection. I stay away from the small bites and go for a pizza and wine usually. However, the you call it highballs with one mixer are a good deal too. Overall quality of the food isn’t on par with say a Café Juanita, Tavolata or Barolo, but it’s also not trying to be. Tutta Bella does what it does very well, and the food reflects that. Staff is really friendly and engaging. Never overbearing, but always there when you need them. They strive to make sure your experience is top notch, and if anything is wrong, they’re committed to fixing the problem. In my opinion, this one of the more overlooked happy hour spots in the Bellevue area. Take that as a reflection of it’s location(relative to the downtown Bellevue dining mecca) and not a indictment of the quality of the venue itself.

Pizza, meatballs and wine special were all good, but they were doing so many take out orders people were having to wait a long time for their orders to get to their tables.

We ordered take away from this restaurant and I wasn’t impressed. It was expensive for what we got and they messed up our order. The food was ok. We ordered the braised beef pasta. It was good, filling, but didn’t knock my socks off. We also ordered the margarita pizza. We ordered a large and it was tiny! The crust was burnt and the toppings didn’t taste very fresh. I would not order this again. Lastly we ordered the calamari– which we didn’t get. They substituted some sort of artichoke side I believe. It was also just ok. I don’t think we’ll be back.

My boyfriend and I got gift card from here and we came for a little dinner and movie date! PRO: The service was extremely great! We were led to our seats right away and our bus boy ALWAYS refilled our waters. For appetizers we ordered calamari which was very delicious! CON: The menu was hard to read because everything on the menu was«fancy» and I didn’t know what was on it really unless it was in English lol. I didn’t know my pizza had these olives that were soaked in wine or something and it tasted horrible I had to pick all of them off. It turned out to look kind of like the personal pizzas you get at Pizza Hut or something. The pizza tastes fine but the presentation of the pizza was not appealing. I I didn’t expect the crust to be so thick. And the bottom of the pizza was very grain and had lots of flour so it was really dry. Taste was okay. Just a little disappointed. Overall the experience was good, wish the pizza was better but I’ll be back soon hopefully to try something else!

Good pizza /don’t order the Minestrone. The side room was sooooo loud; kids bouncing around. We couldn’t carry a conversation at the table :)

I came here for lunch on a Sunday with 6 other friends. There was no one in the restaurant at 11:30 am. We ordered a caponata to share. It was tasty. For entrée, we ordered three few pizza to share between four people. We order the daily special, the Carolina and the Mediterranea. One of our friends was vegetarian so we made the Mediterranea large and the rest small. As it turned out that we didn’t need so many as three small would have been sufficient. But no matter, we ended up having something to take home. One friend ordered her own Napoli and it was this huge salad. Another friend did calzone and a soup. Overall the food was decent. The space was nice and spacious and our server was attentive.

This braised beef pasta is kinda salty but not salty enough for me to not devour that shit. 4⁄5 The off-menu Joya is exquisite. 5⁄5 Place doesn’t disappoint Part 2: Two 9 inch Giovannis, Salerno salad, meatball pasta, pasta with clams, salumi plate, pizza with no cheese that I don’t remember the name of +anchovy, marinated beets, all just wonderful! Really glad the meatballs weren’t too salty, fantastic texture and good meatiness. The pasta in the meatball dish was bouncy because they were hollow, awesome texture and a good doneness. Elegant Salerno, very light and refreshing. The clam pasta is also light and nice, second time I’ve had it. All in all, a fantastic meal! Bravo

First off I must say service was very good and they warrant 4 – 5 stars. Based on the food alone I’m giving it 3 stars. We had several of the pizzas including the Margarita, the specialty pizza that was spicy with no sauce, the sausage with onions and veggies and another one that had round discs of sausage. The pizza was good but really not great, it left something to be desired. We also had an ensalada mixta that somewhat lacked flavor. The meatballs were ok and the calamari was actually very good. I had the bottle of Nebbiolo and that was actually very good, 2012.

I liked this restaurant very much. You’ll find good Italian food here. Reservation is easy and fast and the parking space for restaurant is fabulous. The staff inside are nice. The preparation time for food is perfect. I tried«Potato Croquette» and it was super delicious. For food i tried«Pietro Pizza» which was a disappointment. It was the same as cheese pizza, with only 7 very very thin salami slices and 2 basil leaf. It’s not good to pay $ 11 for a pizza same to Cheese pizza. Drink were also good. I tried«Long Island Iced Tea», which was superb and super delicious. At the end, I must say, this restraunt is almost perfect and I recommend it for all of you to go and try it. You’ll love it.

I came in with a friend for lunch, both her and I were very satisfied with our service and meal! We actually wanted to sit at the bar but I forgot my idea, as we were walking by, it looked very nice! Next time I come to this location, I’ll be sure to request a set over there. We ended up sitting by the window, in which I preferred anyways since it was around lunch time and the weather outside was actually pretty. Our server was super nice and very efficient. He ended up going on his break during our meal and the girl he switched off to, was just as friendly as he was. I’m glad we were able to have two friendly faces during our lunch. So, we ordered a few things on the menu. We split a «Mista» salad, a plate of bruschetta, and one of the pizzas that we’d never tried before. I’ll be honest, the pizza was good but from what we ordered, the«Mista» salad definitely is the reason I’ll be returning. The salad was my favorite thing that we ordered and the bruschetta was a close second. I mean overall, the food was great. I didn’t feel heavy with grease or sick from too much oil or anything afterwards. I’ll probably get the same exact order again. I’m sure to returning again thanks to the great service and great food.

It’s been a week, and I already came back to visit. This time, I took one of my roommates to come try the Happy Hours. The last time he had Tutta Bella was 3 – 4 years ago. His girlfriend was on vacation for 2 weeks so finally he came out with me on Sunday’s night haha. Anyway, both me and him were very happy about everything. Great service, Reasonable price(for Happy Hours), and delicious meal. We went a bit all out more than usual because he was more starving than me. We started off with the beer in which I got Tutta Bella Amber Ale; it tastes similar to Mack&Jack :). For the appetizers we got Polpette(Meat ball in marinara sauce??) and Bruschetta(as recommended by the manager). Both appetizers were really good. Meatballs had nice and soft texture and they weren’t dry like some places. I just feel like if this plate was serving with breads, too, it would be perfect because they would go along very well with its sauce. My roommate enjoyed the Brushchetta very much: A lot of tomatoes on grilled, flavor breads. It wasn’t anything too special for me, because it was simple. But you can’t go wrong with simpleness! For our main courses we got the Pietro and Tutta Bella pizzas. Pizzas were delicious as usual. And this time, we ended up trying their dessert, the Tiramisu. His girlfriend recommended it to us. It was kinda pricey though… 9 dollars. I rather have it smaller size for maybe 4 – 5 dollars. I feel like that size was more for like 3 – 4 people. Don’t get me wrong, it was a very satisfying dessert. I just feel like the right size dessert should be about half size smaller just to satisfy customers’ after meal sweet tooth, rather than being like another meal. Overall, 2 beers, 2 appetizers, 2 pizzas and a dessert, we spent $ 50 dollars($ 9 for the Tiramisu itself). Our server also took care of us very well. She did all the steps right as a server/bartender, and always had a smile on her face. I’m pretty sure we will be back again next year 2016! This time, we might even bring more people :)

Tutta is great no mater which location you visit. I was here for lunch on a weekday and was seated right away. The place is very loud so if you are looking for some quiet, this is not it. But it is a great place to take a lunch break, have some salad and pizza, and have a laugh with your friends. I was on my own this day and the waitstaff were great. I was able to eat and get caught up on my emails with minimal interruptions. I had the Palermo Salad with sparkling water. It was fantastic. Lite, refreshing, and just enough to tide me over until dinner. I highly recommend this location and any of the other Tutta Bella locations.

I was fluctuating between three or four stars. The food here is a solid five, but the service is really spotty. The first time we went there was really late after going to the gym behind the mall and we were seated immediately. The staff was so kind and respectful even though we probably looked like vagrants. Great idea by the way, opening up right by my gym. We ordered, got our salad to share, got our calamari, and got our pizzas. Drinks were filled MANY times, cheese and pepper offered, and we were really well taken care of by multiple staff members. The second time… we came from work and were told that it was going to be a 15 minute wait, which ended up being 30. Then we were told that we can have open seating in the bar… which had plenty of open tables. I don’t know if they thought that we were underage(thank you!) but that was a long time to wait before we were told anything. Then it was another half hour before we ordered, after which we got our appetizers quickly and then another hour before the pizza came. It was still delicious, don’t get me wrong, but the slow times, the lack of communication, and the service in general was enough to turn me off. So naturally because of the food, I came back two more times. For delicious food and good service. So I really don’t know what happened that second time, but it’s not stopping me fro returning. Recommendations: calamari fritte, bruschetta, insalate, giuseppe pizza, ciro pizza.

Tutta Bella has got a great happy hour that runs from 3 – 6 pm and 9pm close daily. And the best thing is that there 5 locations in the Seattle area(2 on the Eastside) in which you can take advantage of this offer. I have previously tried the happy hour at Westlake, but this time decided to check out the Crossroads location which is just up the street from my home. The space Tutta Bella occupies was previously Crossroads Bar & Grill and Chili’s. The interior looks much different from its former occupants. The main dining room stretches from wall to wall making it seem more open. There is also a nice bar here with a giant TV if you prefer more of a pub-like experience. For me, I feel like the lighting inside is a tad bit too dark. But much better than when Crossroads Bar & Grill was here in which this space looked more cavernous. Still, the ambiance here does not compare to the Westlake location which has a great view of the city and the Space Needle. That said, the happy hour menu is just as great as at Westlake. Happy hour items are reasonably priced between $ 3 – 7. On this occasion, I got a bianca pizzette($ 5), the salumi board($ 6) and Peroni beer on draft($ 3). The Bianca pizzette is a Neapolitan pizza with ingredients like fresh mozarella and chevre. It is quite sizable, not something completely consumed after a few bites. I particularly like the chevre which has a ricotta like texture. Chevre also features prominently on the Mediterranea pizzette offering which I would recommend if you like eggplant. The salumi board is a good choice if you want to share an appetizer with someone before eating pizza. And a dinner of a meal if you decide to eat the salumi and a happy hour pizza solo. It has got two types of salumi, fresh mozzarella, pickled peppers and marinated olives which are delectable. The Peroni is a great beer to wash down this satisfying meal of pizza and salumi. I enjoyed my meal here. The only misstep of the meal was that there were a few parts of the pizza crust that were burnt, but that is to be expected given the high temperatures that it is baked at. If you are looking for a great happy hour spot in the Crossroads area, I would highly recommend Tutta Bella. I mean, who doesn’t like pizza? The happy hour offerings here are delicious and reasonably priced. Not to mention it is available in the whole restaurant, not just the bar.
