Very expensive, but a colorful haven for all things healthful in Bellingham. They’ve got it all – a juice and smoothie bar, a fair-trade coffee and espresso bar, an Ethiopian joint, a bakery featuring gluten free and raw items, a sizable case of fees produce, a large bulk section, a video store, a legit herbal remedies, tea, and incense place, and a used bookstore run by the kindest guy in town. I’m probably missing something. Worth a visit, especially if you’ve just inherited your rich uncle’s estate.

My husband gets Golden Seal powder there when we drive through Bellingham once in a while. This time I went inside with him and I loved this Market. It was similar to Whole Foods or Trader Joes. Great offerings in every department. Just the washrooms alone were way better than Whole Foods. I’m really happy to have discovered Bellingham Public Market. Its at 1530 Cornwall Ave. Has lots of parking and a great coffee bar. Next time I’ll try some of their Raw offerings.

Loved it. Exactly the type of market we were searching for. They even offer a «discount» section! Sushi/pizza/smoothies available made to order inside. Great selection of groceries! Can’t wait to move to Bellingham, and make this my local market.

I love the public market in Bellingham! It’s THE stop for me. The variety of stores are great, including a deli that has gluten free, vegan treats. You can heat up something in the micro, grab a fresh baked good and a coffee and chill at a table. There’s wireless inside as well. Terra Organica is always a must stop for me with all the great merch at the back on sale. I’m curious to see what’s going into the other half of the shop, and I hope it’s congruent with the existing vibe. *update; A church went into the other half of the market! That’s just weird.
