Better Nails

The name says it all!
I’ve been to several nail salons in town. This one is, indeed, better. (Or, at least bettet than the ones I’d been to before.) Better service, better chairs, better price. Check them out!

I made an appointment for a 5 pm time slot and when I showed up, 20 min early, a woman who had NOT made an appointment told Jenny that my appointment was HER’S. At the time I was confused so I asked the woman if she had really made an appt and she wouldn’t even make eye contact with me or answer me. Needless to say, after being told I had to come back the next day, I was so mad! Not at Jenny though (she actually called me back the next morning and made me a new appt). Anyways, I called later that hour and explained to Jenny what had just happened and she was so apologetic. She politely confronted the woman who stole my appointment (haha!). She is so sweet and honest. I love her! She works so hard and cares so much about her customers.
To the woman who knowingly stole my appointment then ignored me when I tried to sort out what you were up to; you’re a rude person!

I went there for the very first time 3 days ago and they’re amazing! Jenny is super nice and friendly and takes her time with your nails and makes sure you’re 100% satisfied. I would go back and recommend others to do so too. Amazing service and reasonable prices.

Great Nail Place! Jenny is amazing! Haven’t been anywhere else since I found this place. Prices are very affordable and quality is great! First nail salon that actual gets it perfectly right how I imagine it!

Love these guys! Family atmosphere; and the owner and his family are so sweet and wonderful. Much unlike other salons that feel really impersonal and rushed. Quality of the work varies depending on who does the work and how busy it is. But, the customer service is do wonderful that it doesn’t matter if its the most exact and perfect mani/​pedi. Prices are great, and the young daughter who works there does really really cute nail designs! Highly recommended.

Loved this place at first, then got very inconsistent (read sloppy) and rushed service. Then noticed the pedicure beds were NOT being cleaned between customers. eeewwwwww. Paul, the owner is nice, good at what he does, unless he’s rushed.

I have been going to Better Nails since it opened and the owner Paul has been doing my nails for over 15 years– he does an amazing job!!! His wife and he run a great shop and they both do a fabulous job meeting the needs of all their clients, I am forever getting compliments on both my nails and my eye-​brows (they do waxing also). I always feel comfortable referring people to Better Nails because I know that they will not be disappointed!!! I would highly recommend anyone male of female to checkout Better Nails they next time you need your nails done, manicure, pedicure, or waxing… because these two rock and you will love what they can do!!!

alright… today i went back again to Better Nails… and this time this place gets 10 STARS! ((is that even possible!!!) If not, they better make a new catagory for all-​time BEST BUSINESS in need of some recognition for their all-​star performance and customer service here!
Today I treated my 10-​year-​old daughter and my 84-​year-​old gramma to their very first pedicure experience at Better Nails. And lemme tell ya… I’m now definitely the most favored mom and grandchild in history! LOL
It was the most amazing experience for the both of them and they will always remember how they were treated (gently, carefully, professionally, passionately — and given extra special treatment from the moment they sat in the chair from the time they left).
Hands-​down, award-​winning customer service. (did i already mention that?) The owner and his wife work virtually round the clock to make sure their business is successful and the #1 priority is for sure is dedicated to their customers, NO DOUBT! They work over and above what is expected of them — trying to make their customers happy and have a great experience here. I’ve NEVER experienced anyplace as amazing and heart-​warming like this before… so i’m shouting from the rooftops that «Better Nails» in Bellingham is the best place for nails in Bellingham!
