I just want to state that we cook our veggie patties in the microwave like the instructions say(they are Morning star brand) and we heat our apple pies back up and our cinnamon rolls. You cannot see the microwave from the drive thru window by the way and if you’re ordering during a rush, you should expect to wait just as you would at any other place. Especially one that cooks everything they can to order in order to be sure it’s as fresh as it can be. We do not stage our food if we don’t have to to ensure the customer gets the best product we can give. There have been many times that I have been in the front by myself, trying to clean, take orders on front counter and ones in the drive thru(they are on opposite sides of the store) also while trying to send out orders made by the only person in the kitchen. We get many people at once and some of them have very large orders, sometimes $ 70 or more and it’s constant. We are cinstantly being abused by difficult customers. If you expect someone else to make your food for you, you should cut them a little slack.

Not so fast food, but to be fair, I suspect that the Suburban in front of me in the driveway had half a dozen clowns inside. Yet they got the order right and my burger and fries were hot and tasty. I love the fresh veggies on thei– burgers! Access is easy off the I-5.

4 stars for having a discrete washroom entrance, they’ve saved me a few times when coming/leaving Bellis Fair, and wanting to avoid the restrooms at the gas stations lol. Big place, only open til midnite, with a drive thru. I’ve mistakenly come here for Whopper Wednesdays, so fellow Canadians, don’t ask for it lol as they don’t have it here but do have 2 for $ 5 on select burgers. Keeping up with the Golden Arches. Friendly service from the few times I’ve been here. Wifi ;)

CAUTION … The staff is Nasty! And they will leave you hanging at the drive-through, and when you ask for service, the YELLING from the staff begins. Corporate Office NEEDS to address this problem.

Stopped in here for a quick dinner one evening. Tried to keep it low carb. Ordered a Double Whopper with Cheese — with no bun and a medium order of onion rings, plus a bottle of water. The burger was very average — the patties tasted as if they had been cooked some time ago and then held at temperature. The onion rings were fresh, hot, and crispy. Service was good, dining area was relatively clean.

This particular location is not so great. Today we waited 9 minutes before they even took our order. Almost 20 minutes total until we got our food. Plus, I’ve seen thru the window when I go to pay — they cook the food in a microwave. Also, this restaurant messes up our orders probably 1⁄3 of the time. We don’t go here that often, between the wrong orders and the long wait.

I read the other reviews before going there and expected the worst. We went there so we could try the new jalapeño cheddar burger. I was pleasantly surprised. Especially since it was a Sunday around lunch time. There was an employee walking around cleaning tables as soon as they were free. Our ‘order taker’ was friendly and got our large order correct. Our food was out in less than 5 minutes and was delicious!

I regret the moment I stepped into this place where time, the most rudimentary customer service, basic cooking skills and cleanliness went to die. The young woman who took my order yawned. If you are looking for the«fast» in «fast food», keep driving. The floor was covered in food detritus such as bread, meat and wrappers and only part of the«restaurant» was available to sit in because most of it had been blocked off by the ironically placed yellow«wet floor» signs. In reality the floor had not been wet(as in soap and water) for quite some time unless you count the sticky residue under our feet. The hamburgers were cool or extremely hot. Apparently customers have a choice in this regard. At no time did any of the staff emerge from the kitchen although customers around us were seat hopping as they tried to find a clean table. We could tell where the bathrooms were because we smelled them as we came in the front door and went to order. You would be much better off buying some peanuts at a nearby gas station to stave off hunger.
