Fast, hot, fresh, and clean. Night and day from how this location was for so long. It’s now how a Wendy’s should be… Tasty and fast! I just updated this review and knocked a star off because I went to dine in last weekend and there was a terrible smell which was such a let down. I turned around and left with the people I was with who, also were put off by it.

Today me and my daughter went out shopping just girls!!!, she said she want have lunch at Wendy’s. They have a deal 4 for 4 $ Contain Jr. bacon cheese burger, fries, 4 chicken nuggets and a drink. It’s good deal so we had 2 order of this deal. They were fast it took one minute to give us our orders. usually I have my lunch there and order asian cashew chicken it’s good portion and delicious.

I walked in and it smelt very bad. I waited in line for about five minutes without a greeting from any team member or manager. I don’t walk out often, but I did at this location and went to the much nicer Sehome location.

Place is managed horribly. Poor service and terribly trained staff. Was told I would have to wait 30 minutes for a baked potato because it was during ‘peak hour’. Perhaps you should consider cooking more when you expect a dinner rush? Well done Wendy’s…

It’s 12:55am and I’m coming from a new years eve wedding. The gentleman who was probably the manager, was working the drive through. Extremely professional and friendly service that I have not received from any establishment in some time now. Not just fast food, but also «fine dining» establishments as well. Refreshing to see people take pride in what they do, and how they treat people.

Hands down, this is one of the worst fast food places in Whatcom County. After extremely slow service our order is NEVER right, the burgers are reheated ‘things’ that are seriously dried out, the service is anything but friendly, actually quite rude if you have a problem with how bad this place is (wrong order, cold food, if they are out of food etc.) We went here for the first time in a couple of years because my husband wanted to go for some reason, getting some chili was my consolation for agreeing to do and they didn’t have any chili!!! NOT to mention my order was not correct and tasted like yesterday’s leftovers. French fries were okay. The best thing about this particular visit was that it reminded me of why I never go there!
