Taco Bell

Today the lady at the front counter, Diana, was very nice and made sure she was hearing me correctly while I was ordering. Didn’t have a long wait in line or for our food.
We had one crunchy taco that tasted a little stale and it was taken care of without issue or attitude.

Probably the most unreliable taco bell in the state of washington. I work nearby and have to get food quickly and sometimes this location is my only option. I can expect something missing from my order every time almost guarenteed. I am on a first name basis with Sharon or however her name is spelled (their store manager) because i always have to call from the road and say my order was messed up. They dont even ask questions anymore just say they’re training which must be 365 days a year. Food is good but check every bag literally every time.

just went though the taco bell drive through. i waited and ordered two mexican pizzas and a burrito. suddenly, a man gets on the drive through intercom and says they ran out of beef. i said ok well i would like chicken as a substitute. he then tells me that they would have to charge me extra! i said its not my fault you ran out of beef. he said they could put extra beans on it. i was like just give me the burrito. i asked for the managers name and he said thats me my name is phil. phil i will be contacting your manager soon.
get your act together folks.
phil you are a poor manager and even less of a man for not doing the right thing.
ten minutes later update:
just at the steak xxl. i have had that burrito in several locations and this is the only place is sucks. it hardly had any steak it in, a drop of guac and loaded with rice. i am going to contact the corp office. this location is required to make the menu like every other taco bell location. that is why they are allowed to put that taco bell sign in front of the place. they dont get to say oh well we are taco «lets make it how we want» bell. this is the only location that tastes nothing like the others. they skimp on everything!

Does Taco Bell provides fresh Mexican fast food. The serving staff is ok but sometimes a little clueless. Service isn’t very fast but the food is always good. The drive thru tends to be pretty busy and may take a few more minutes than other fast food restaurants.

Best crunch wrap supreme I’ve ever had at Taco Bell and I’ve been to a lot of Taco Bell. Service was quick and friendly although the drive through looked pretty backed up. It was clean too. As far as taco bells go this one is great! Don’t believe the haters.

The food is so unbelievably greasy, I can’t actually eat here anymore. The location is great, probably still in business because of the Canadian traffic, but the food is not worth the cheap prices.

Come on its a taco bell. What do to expect. It’s gets 3 stars because it’s the only one in town. Would be 2, but there are those nights you need a taco bell fix. Never had anything horrible from here either.

What’s for lunch after a round of golf? Mexican what else? Haha. Goodness you get a lot of food for $ 5.00 in the U.S.A. Listen to this for $ 5.00 I got a large pop (with free refills) and soft beef taco and a beef burrito!
Needless to say after eating all that I was rolling out of the Taco Bell! The food… Hmmm I would have to say so so! What Taco Bell lacks in quality they make up for it in quantity!
I could never eat here everyday but for a quick hit and run this place rocks!

While we all know that, when ordering from a fast food restaurant, the food that you get will bear only a passing resemblance to the item pictured on the menu, my most recent experience really took the cake.
I ordered a Nachos Bell grande, but received something closer to a Nacho Day Today. I am not a food complainer, but this was beyond the pale. I was basically told that I was SOL.
Taco Time will get my future crappy taco business.

I’ll try to keep this short but have lots to say. I eat at this Taco Bell once a week. I worked at Taco Bell over 30 years ago and know they have guide lines as to how much of each product goes into the final product. Each food item is supposed to weigh a certain amount and they have shoppers who come in and check for quality of service and weights of each food. I was shopped several times as a Taco Bell employee.
This Taco Bell must be told by their owners and Managers to go extra chinsey on their food amounts. I «always» complain to my wife about lack of proper amounts of food in the final product. I have frequently gotten tostadas with beans spread in the middle of the shell and close to an inch away from the end of the shell. Tacos are made with less than the amount of meat that should be in them. This last week there was a gap in the middle of the taco that didn’t have any meat at all. I frequently grate my own cheese at home because they put such a small amount of cheese on their product, it’s barely even detectable. I forget how much they charge for sour cream; I think .50. For that you get one tiny squirt that covers about one fourth or less of the tostada. I now put my own sour cream on when I get home and save the money.
I understand that Taco Bell’s policy is probably one squirt with the sour cream but the skimpy amounts of meat, beans and cheese is this store’s policy. I would go to a different store but this is the only one around here. Even though the food is skimpy it still has that Taco Bell flavor that I love so I have to eat at this place for the taste. I plan to send an Email to corporate voicing my concerns about their skimpy portions in hopes for a change.
As for the service; always good for a fast food place. Don’t think I’ve ever had bad service at this Taco Bell. Very rarely get wrong orders, missing items or incorrectly made food. We always check our items before leaving fast food joints because so many of them around here make mistakes and have missing items, but this place almost always gets it right on the first try. Getting home with missing items or a wrong order after driving 20 miles is a major bummer. Dustin, one of the Managers, has always been nice to me and my family. Just wish they would make their portions a little bigger «the way they are supposed to be.»

Horrible service, hidden fees, bait and switch, improperly prepared food… All under the name of according to the manager, and I quote: «we can do whatever we want, because we are a franchise.» worst taco bell experience i’ve ever had.

This T-​bell is always SO busy!!! Whenever I go there the drive through line is SO LONG! and you know why this is… BECAUSE THEY CLOSED THE ONE IN SUNSET SQUARE TO OPEN A FLIPPING STARBUCKS! just wanted to express my anger at the situation. gahh

Pay $ .35 for extra lettuce. Get no extra lettuce compared to any previous visit, then told over phone this was the extra lettuce. Local number to call now instead of the national number. You can see why. The quality is way down. Took 40 rings for someone to answer, and they had zero customer service skills. Bye bye this Taco Bell.

I went there tonight for the Crunch Wrap Supreme sale for .99 cents, which is thru tomorrow at midnight.
At the ordering window, I was told that the sale ended yesterday. While I was at the pickup window, I also heard them telling another person the same thing.
I came home, checked online and it says the sale is thru tomorrow. I called the store manager, who informed me that they chose to end the sale early.
Classic bait and switch. Of course when you’ve gone out of your way to pick something up you’re going to go ahead and order from them anyway, so they still made money off of me. Shame on me, I won’t go to this store again.
