Comcast Service Center

Comcast IE. Exfinity fucking sucks. My parents work for Frontier IE. Verizon. I grew up with Fios fiber optical cable so I know my shit. I’m fucking sick and tired of calling to tell them to stop cutting my broadwidth and they fucking charge me 71 $! To fucking complain. It’s so fucking annoying. They charge me for X amount of data and they slowly bleed that down to less and less of a connection until I complain which is a «Service Call» and they bump my connection a little so I can play and they fucking charge me. It’s fucking bullshit. The only reason I’m using comcast is that they are the only fuckers that will wire our appartment complex. We are too far away for century link.

Comcast is a bunch of crooked liars. They sell you one package then you get the bill and its $ 50 higher. I would use their internet and nothing else if I was you. Don’t say I didn’t warn you!!!

If I could give 0, I would. First of all, at this location you have 3 tellers at their windows. The woman in the center window (on a Saturday) was PAINFULLY SLOW. The line of customers was all the way out the door, yet she took forever to deal with each person. We watched her spend 4 times longer than any other service rep., mostly because she drolled on and on about her personal life to customers, slowly brought out pamphlets and gave ultra slow instructions to customers — like she didn’t know there was a gigantic line of people waiting!
Next, when we signed up for service, the rep (at another cubicle) didn’t even ask what kind of service we wanted. When we asked for a particular plan she said it wasn’t available even though we’d spokem with the 800# about it and they said it would be fine. So when the first bill came it was nearly double what it was supposed to be. And you have to take their $ 15 «kit» even if you don’t need it.
Go with Century Link — at least their reps might be more honest.
Comcast Bellingham has terrible customer service, wrong information, and insanely huge waiting lines (we waited an hour!).
